No, but they are not raising them. they are not having to deal with money issues and pressures of raising children.
therefore they can be more relaxed and enjoy them to the fullest without any stress….

Grandparents are more enthusiastic to their grandchildren than to their own when they were little – because they do not have to do parenting anymore. What they do is already a bonus – like attention, care and gifts. This extra efforts happen because of their love to their children. So, it’s not likely that they love the little ones more. The observation is just overrated.
