Corporate or association owned properties are subject to certain laws of the land in the Philippines. There are things to consider like zoning, building code, construction regulations and taxation plus many more. Land use inside a private subdivision must follow the policies imposed by the homeowners association. This is for the protection of the homeowners and all the land users around the village and adjacent areas. There must be right of way, easement and other protocols that must be followed to be able to live harmoniously with each other.
