Binay-Pacquiao Tandem for President and V.P. 2016? Why Not?

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
There are two things that are sure with Manny Pacquiao right now. One, that he’s indeed running for a higher position under the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) headed by the Presidential bet of the major opposition, Vice President Jejomar Binay. Two, Manny’s losing to Floyd Mayweather in a marathon-like bout with Floyd running around always to avoid Manny’s powerful punches earned him the title as the People’s Champ around the world. Floyd Mayweather might won the game but for sure his next fight will not earn him a penny as explained by Christian Today online. Watch Manny’s proclamation as UNA’s senatorial bet:

What’s the fuzz about Pnoy still choosing his Presidential and Vice Presidential bets among Mar Roxas, Grace Poe and Chiz Escudero? Would it be more interesting to have the Binay-Pacquiao tandem for the top positions? At least these two candidates are pro-poor and ever since they got into public office or before, they are already working to “help ease poverty” in the Philippines – as per the political platform expressed during Binay’s speech at the UNA launch. This also explains why they are the best bets for the Presidential and Vice Presidential race if only Manny fulfills the age requirement of 40 years old – for now, running for senator is sealed!
