Bongbong Marcos’ spokesperson Atty. Vic Rodriguez said that the PET informed them that whether the remaining eight slots for revisors will be filled up or not, the manual recount will proceed on April 2. The recount was initially set in February but it was moved to March 19. It was due to the need to conduct psychological evaluations of the revisors.

Reason for Revisors
The revisors are part of a committee that will examine the ballots subject of a protest. The PET announces that only 42 of the 50 revisors have qualified or passed the psychological exam,” Atty. Vic Rodriguez from the Marcos’ Camp said.
In the interest of transparency, the Marcos Camp informs their supporters, especially those who anticipate the revision or recounting of votes in the election protest of Marcos at the Supreme Court, that the scheduled event is moved from March 19, 2018, to April 2, 2018. This is due to the incomplete staffing requirements of the Presidential Election Tribunal (PET).
Acknowledgment from Robredo’s Camp
Atty. Bernadette Sardillo, one of the counsels of Robredo confirms the rescheduling of the recount to a later date. This is alleged to prepare the logistics of the recount. They expect another meeting soon to finalize arrangements. Sardillo said that it is in their best interest to finish the protest. Hoping to quash any doubt about the choice of the Filipino people, she added.
