Few days after President Rodrigo Du30 hints that he’s not sure if VP Leni Robredo is the real Vice President, Gov. Imee Marcos comes out in the open and divulges that Robredo’s 263,473 votes lead over Bongbong Marcos is now down to 200,000 as per the ongoing recount of his electoral protest. She tells everyone to be patient because her brother is soon to assume the second highest office in the land.

Kabataang Barangay Speech

Gov. Marcos discloses the statistics while in Nueva Vizcaya in a speech as guest speaker during the 2nd-anniversary celebration of the Timpuyog ti Babbalasang idi Kalman-Nueva Vizcaya. It is an organization of married women. She met and conferred with former Kabataang Barangay (KB) leaders in the province led by former board member Efren Quiben.

Marcos Patriarch’s Project

The KB, the predecessor of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK), was created by Presidential Decree 684 signed on April 15, 1975. It was by the governor’s father and then-President Ferdinand Marcos. However, it was abolished in 1986 after he was overthrown from office.

Serious Protest

Gov. Marcos said her brother is very serious in his election protest against the Vice President. She said at this point they are invalidating the votes in only three provinces, Camarines Sur, Iloilo and Negros Oriental.

Soon to be VP

The lady governor further discloses that the one voted by Nueva Vizcaya and Ilocos Norte will soon be taking over as Vice President. She refers to her brother. They are indeed very optimistic because of the shocking anomalies found.
