The Philippines will need nearly $3 billion to rebuild parts of the country destroyed by the deadliest typhoon in its history, the presidential palace said Saturday. http://ph.news.yahoo.com/philippine-typhoon-rebuilding-cost-3bn-aquino-083533205–finance.html
No matter how expensive the money that has to be paid, this is not the major concern. It is troubling enough watching the pleas of the typhoon victims whom most of them lost a loved done if not all. What would life be without the people you care about? Yes, losing someone is a passing stage in life – but losing them drastically like this incident is enough to make a surviving person psychologically unstable. Hope that a great scale of help will come for this need at the soonest possible time.
