In our homeowners’ association, it was a big thing discussing about the taxes imposed by the government on the homeowners monthly dues and other contributions mandatory or not. However, we have yet to receive services from the government. Nevertheless, as we studied the legalities of the taxes involved from this link, we find it necessary to do something to show our homeowners that their money are indeed used for the village’s development, maintenance and beautification projects:
After imposing the collections of the agreed dues, contributions, security and utility fees, another resistance is starting to emerge. This is regarding the spending for the services needed. Since cleanliness is a must for the village and the working committee has yet to impose their policies, a street sweeper would be a big help. It looks like the minimal fee for the sweeper is questioned – good thing, political will is in sight for the majority of the members. I certainly hope so!
Youtube is the most reliable video platform available socially over the internet. I’m not sure what system they used but videos are continually viewed here even if internet is a bit slow. The problem in is, anonymous rude comments are rampant. So, to stop this, a recent move has been implemented which is of course not acceptable to all:
People with bogus identities over the net can afford to display bad behavior because no one know them anyway in reality. The said integration is not at all a problem to individuals who are honest about their opinions – but will never attack anyone below the belt. As a blogger and a very opinionated person, I go for this Youtube and Google Plus integration.
By: Elena Grace FloresYou probably heard the case of a man who sued his wife for having ugly kids! The worst thing is, the children do not resemble both of them. He might won the battle but what would he do when it comes to taking care of his children? After all, they still are his own flesh and blood. Watch this discussion and beware of the F word:
Having a major cosmetic surgery and not telling your husband to be – must be considered as a crime. This is some kind of robbing the man with his own choice of bride to be – not to mention his sanity when he realized that his children are somewhat alien in appearance. Ladies, marry the one who loves you and your face – no matter how ugly you are.

I have yet to get the name of the Philippine delegate for the ongoing Climate Change Conference in Warsaw Poland. He made a lot of sense in urging all attendees listening to his plea to help his country during this time of unthinkable devastation. I was wondering if he’s also an inspiration for other countries to send massive aids faster than usual. I believe so. Watch this:
I hope that his hunger strike will not last that long because we need people like him. Although he said kind words to the man in charge, his laments cannot hide his dissatisfaction for their emergency responses. He should know because even if he’s away, he is very much in contact with his relatives who are also among the victims of super typhoon Yolanda.

If Anderson Cooper, a reliable CNN journalist can feel the sufferings of the Filipinos affected by the typhoon Yolanda fury in Tacloban – why can’t the President of the Philippines and some of his cabinet members and cronies? Why is he more concerned with how other media practitioners broadcast their stories instead of concentrating on how to clear the streets and dead bodies to make the relief efforts more manageable? Is this the performance of a very popular President? Watch this:
Anderson Cooper is very respectful with the President’s media plea – but most people knew that this should not be the priority. This is another blow for the President showing how incompetent he is in protecting his people. Why can’t he ask for help if he is short of strategies? If the Philippines do not have enough resources, can’t we ask instead of just talking and waiting for aids? Yes, we will survive not just the aftermath of the disaster – but also the unfair government!
