Atty. Glenn Chong of Tanggulang Demokrasya asks Comelec if transmissions were for final testing or queries. They said yes initially but later on refuses to confirm. He then finalizes his finding that the transmissions made on May 8, 2016, were from a foreign entry and serve as a clone for a purpose that is about to reveal with evidence. Chong’s decoding data matches that of Senator Tito Sotto’s presentation on the 2016 election fraud. Contrary to the rumors, the technical lawyer is a clean election enthusiast since 2010 and not Bongbong Marcos’ legal counsel.

Atty. Glenn Chong’s Technical Findings
The VMS server logs from the Comelec as per the subpoena clearly indicate that there were indeed unauthorized transmission last May 8, 2016. Atty. Chong gave many chances for the Comelec to answer but they were speechless to confirm that they actually happened. He urges people not to allow Smartmatic’s connivance with the fraudulent act of the Comelec again. The clean election advocate said that he has watched similar activities since 2010 which triggered lawmakers to doubt on Smartmatic’s reputation. Especially now that a majority vote can allow the election digital provider to get involved in the 2019 elections.
Beneficiaries and Victims of the Malicious Transmissions
Senator Sotto refuses to answer the question of fellow Senator Ping Lacson on who were the beneficiaries of the unauthorized transmissions. He said that he does not want to rely on hearsays. He is waiting for the information that is now under a subpoena. However, he reveals the victims of such frauds such as Lacson himself and Senator Grace Poe.
Robredo’s Camp Attempted to Discredit Chong
Atty. Chong vehemently denied any relationship with Bongbong Marcos. Being nominated is one thing and accepting is another, he said. VP Leni Robredo’s lawyer, Bernadette Sardillo is in a video. She gives a note to Senator Franklin Drilon. It was for him to ask if Chong ever represented Bongbong Marcos. Rappler was quick enough to spread the news about Drilon’s inquiry on the lawyer. This is despite having no major writeup about the whole Senate hearing. It is fortunate that some people made their own initiatives to inform others through social media.
