Duterte: Lawless President like Saddam Hussein – violating Human Rights

Lawyer Jose Manuel Diokno, national chairman of Free Legal Assistance Group – squeals after illegal drugs killings reached more than a 100 with simple excuses like they resisted arrest. In many cases, they do not have a gun but cops said that they tried to grab their guns which many experts doubt.

The policemen are not better judges of criminals especially when many law enforcers are now found to be involved in large scale drug syndicates in connivance with high ranking government officials. If the president does not follow rules and continues to run this country using violence, then there’s no point having a congress anymore.

On the other hand, Duterte is too smart not to know these consequences. He himself seems to be trying to complete his revenge in a very short time before he is ousted by the country’s due process which will take a long time or be ousted by the United Nations – like what happend to Saddam Hussein that was spearheaded by America, the reason perhaps with his indifference with the United States. The sad part is, more than 16 million people tolerated him until they themselves could be victims of Duterte’s deeds – since according to study by the Anti Drug Abuse Council that every Filipino family has a drug dependent member perhaps not directly but surely with the extended family.
