Beauty Queen Secrets by Gwen Ruais: Review

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

The Tim Yap’s show recently featured an interview with Gwen Ruais or Gwendoline Gaelle Ramos Ruais who is a French-Filipino beauty queen, who was crowned as Miss World Philippines 2011. She promoted her blog called Beauty Queen Secrets. It’s definitely entertaining, informative and truthful:

The design of the site can definitely improve but the content is worth the visit for those who wanted to stay fit and beautiful like Gwen. It might be a wrong perception that the world of beauty queens are just for glamor but as what I can see just in the Get Sexy Workouts – it’s hard work! It’s really true that diet and exercise are the best slimming techniques.

Despite their beauty queen status, you can watch Gwen’s guests in this interview section that they are real people who can win or lose – but what makes them special is how they carry themselves through the odds:

The fact that Gwen Ruais remained humble all though these years after winning the crown, whatever she does will always go a long way because she is dedicated, humanitarian, selfless and of course gorgeous just judging from how she presents her blog. Enjoy it!

There he was – the 8th-time World Champion in the boxing arena fighting a fearless fighter who have not lost any fight yet and mind you, he might won top titles 8th times but while he was doing this, he did not have a single title left! Not until this unanimous win over Bradley. Read this:

Pacquiao wins unanimous decision vs Bradley to reclaim WBO title

By , , ,

LAS VEGAS/MANILA — Revenge was served, and it was cold. Manny Pacquiao won a 12-round unanimous decision over Timothy Bradley on Saturday to avenge his controversial 2012 loss to the previously unbeaten American.

It was very surprising that the aggressive opponent only had kind words to the new WBO Champ, Manny Pacquiao – after the rematch. Friendly and heartfelt gestures from the mother of Manny Pacquiao known as Aling Dionisia towards Bradley was also very rare but genuine. This clearly shows that in sports, it does not matter if you win or lose. It’s how you take it and move forward that matters most! Long live Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao!

They have been known to display their aggressiveness all through out the discussions over the claim. Here’s what the Philippine Military has to say:

AP Interview: Philippine armed forces chief vows to defend fishermen against Chinese threats

By: Fox News

MANILA, Philippines –  The Philippines military chief vowed Thursday to defend the country’s fishermen against any Chinese “terror or intimidation” in the South China Sea, the latest sign of sharpening tensions in what is a potential global flash point.

The Philippine forces continued to strengthen not only their capabilities to handle war but also the country’s alliance with other superpowers. The U.S. has been Philippine’s greatest ally and China would not want to intimidate that. However, to go to war is not Philippine’s strategy in settling the problem with China – that’s why all possible channels for communication are open to be able to deal with the dispute peacefully.
