Marcos Warfare Tactics: Intimidated by President Duterte, you must be a Criminal

Duterte

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Jose Manuel Diokno, the dean of De La Salle University (Law) and son of the late anti-martial law stalwart Jose W. Diokno, recalls how the late President Ferdinand Marcos sow fear against communists and criminals to justify his political crackdown. This is the same today as President Rodrigo Dutertes’s war on drugs. Why are other leaders not aware of this? Watch the video to understand better:

[VIDEO]: ALAMIN ANG TOTOONG DAHILAN Kung Bakit Galit si Duterte sa Mga Criminal

Forfeiting Human Rights of Criminals

As a lawyer and prosecutor for many years, President Duterte knows the limit of his war on drugs. He can’t be intimidated by the extra-judicial killings done by drug criminals and outlaws. It should be the other way around. Criminals must be intimidated by Duterte’s public pronouncements because he will not hesitate to punish criminals – with the instant death penalty if they endanger the lives of law enforcers and citizens of the country.

Watching Filipinos Killing Each Other is the Most Painful for a Leader

Bongbong Marcos, the son of the late strongman sympathises with Duterte because watching Filipinos killing each other that results from the war on drugs, is the most painful thing for a leader to watch.  Marcos said that Filipinos are no longer concerned about human rights abuses committed under his father’s rule who applied the same tactic as Duterte. This angers activists who said he wants people to forget his father’s dictatorship. Filipinos these days are more concerned about their livelihood, crime and other day-to-day problems.

Instilling Fear to Criminals is a Warfare Tactic

Why should people be afraid to go out to public places? It should be the criminals who must hide from Duterte’s wrath. Intimidation is an effective form of warning the criminals firmly that they will surely be punished if they commit a crime. Si, if one is intimidated by Duterte, he or she has the tendency to be criminal.

Duterte, a Political Genius

Duterte is proud enough to announce that he admires the late Marcos and his support to the son, Bongbong Marcos. He has seen the effectiveness of the Marcos regime when it comes to discipline. As people can see on billboards, the warnings on the streets should not be there if Filipinos are disciplined enough to follow the rules. Duterte’s moves are just right for today’s cultural behavior of the masses.

Complaint on Pnoy’s Marcos Gold Thailand Shipment is True But Ombudsman has not Filed a Case Yet

Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Loida Nicolas Lewis’ comment that Filipinos must be afraid of Bongbong Marcos because he is a thief has no basis. Marcos has never been involved in any graft and corruption complaints and his parents are both acquitted from such cases. Contrary to her endorsing Leni Robredo in lieu of Bongbong Marcos, Robredo’s Liberal Party members now has numerous complaints filed against them. One of which is the graft and plunder complaints have been filed against former President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III and six other officials during his administration for the alleged shipment of $141 billion in gold to Thailand.

[VIDEO]: Breaking News: Aquino and 5 liberal party members face plunder charges on Metric tonnes of Gold transferred to Thailand

Pnoy’s Co-accused

Also facing the charges are former Justice Secretary Leila de Lima, former Interior Secretary Manuel “Mar” Roxas II, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Governor Amando Tetangco Jr., former Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Treasury Department chief dealer Lorelei Fernandez, and Sen. Franklin Drilon.

Freedom of Information Evidence

The complaint filed before the Office of the Ombudsman was based on a questionable BSP circular that was first seen on social media – with discrepancies from the titles of the co-accused to the actual circular numbers of the BSP. However, the fact remains that an audit is needed to satisfy the interest of the Filipinos. After all, the gold reserves are deposited by the late Ferdinand E. Marcos for the welfare of humanity. They deserve to know if the gold reserves are intact.

Ombudsman’s Job

If the Ombudsman is for the service to the people, Conchita Carpio-Morales should not hesitate to order an audit of the said gold reserves. If something is missing, then it’s a good probable cause to investigate further.

Lewis: Bongbong Marcos Causes Destabilization by not Accepting Defeat

Bongbong Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Atty. Loida Nicolas Lewis explains her side of the “LeniLeaks” Story which actually makes sense. However, many Filipinos can’t forgive her for blaming Bongbong Marcos for causing destabilization. This shows that she can accept the presidency of Rodrigo Duterte but not the Marcos return to power. That is still biased and disrespectful to the will of the majority of Filipinos in the country.

[VIDEO]: Filipino-American community leader Loida Nicolas-Lewis has spoken out after weeks of keeping her silence on President Rodrigo Duterte’s accusations that she has been plotting to oust the Philippine president.

Duterte Resign Movement

Filipino-American billionaire Loida Nicolas-Lewis said there is no plot to oust President Rodrigo Duterte. Lewis denies Leni Robredo’s involvement in her group, composed of her supporters. They are asking for him to resign because they detest Bongbong Marcos. Lewis said the “Duterte Resign Movement” follows Duterte’s own words “that he would resign if drugs are still rampant six months after his inauguration.”

“LeniLeaks” not in Cabinet Agenda

A leak of emails from the supporters of Vice President Leni Robredo that call for the ouster of President Rodrigo Duterte is an issue being treated with “concern.”  However, Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella, however, clarifies that “LeniLeaks,” is not on the agenda of the cabinet meeting.

Robredo not an Overseas Filipino

“Our group has been fighting for Overseas Filipinos’ rights and Philippine sovereignty in the West Philippine Sea since its founding,” Lewis said emphasizing that Global Filipino Diaspora Council (GFDC) is a public space. VP is not qualified to be a member of the GFDC, because she is not living or working overseas.

No Tolerance for Dissent Criticisms

Lewis voices out her sentiments that the Duterte administration has no tolerance with dissent criticism which is part of democracy. Her group is just scared that Duterte will pass the presidency to Bongbong Marcos and this is what media should discover. Why does Lewis so afraid of Bongbong Marcos?

Robredo’s Increased Disapproval Rate Paves way to Pimentel’s Ambition to Challenge Bongbong Marcos

Bongbong Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Leni Robredo with 62% and Senate President Koko Pimentel’s 55% approval ratings are considered high. However, there is a major significance in the in the increased disapproval rating of Robredo from 9% to 16% according to Pulse Asia. This only supports the rumors that the Liberal Party is looking at Senator Koko Pimentel as Bongbong Marcos’ challenger.

Youtube video by; Pilipinas Cnn News
[VIDEO]: President Duterte enjoys a high approval rating, but the latest Pulse Asia survey shows Vice President Robredo’s score tumbles in the last quarter of the year.

Pimentel Dismissed New VP Speculation from Electoral Protest

When media asks Koko Pimentel on Marcos taking over Robredo’s place, Pimentel tries to elude because whoever wins should be declared the winner, according to him. “It’s a rule of law.,” he added. Based on experience, the ruling won’t come overnight. Pimentel files an electoral protest against Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri, whom he accuses of robbing him of a Senate seat during the allegedly fraudulent 2007 senatorial race. Zubiri resigned in August 2011, and Pimentel serves the former’s remaining term. Both are now members of the so-called “supermajority” bloc in the Senate.

Lengthy SC Process Shortened

Senator Koko point has a point saying that the electoral process with the Supreme Court is lengthy. However, the Filipino has seen the quickness of the process when it comes to the Marcos burial at the Heroes’ Cemetery under the Duterte administration. This is something to consider also.

Pimentel is not Duterte

Pimentel does not share the same sentiments as President Rodrigo Duterte when it comes to Bongbong Marcos. He is in fact against the Marcos burial but keeps silent about it. Now that he vows to be more open to the media, it will not be surprising that he will soon show his disagreements with the president and dislike to Bongbong Marcos.

Scapegoat for Robredo’s Unpopularity

It is noted that Leni Robredo is not comparable to the popularity of Bongbong Marcos. Despite the media propaganda of the martial law that involves his father, the millions of votes he garnered during the last election prove to show that the so-called martial law trauma is over. Now, can Koko Pimentel be the alternative or scapegoat of Vice President Leni Robredo?

Koko Pimentel’s NY Resolution: Adapting LP’s Media Trick Against Duterte for Marcos’ Seat?

Koko Pimentel

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Senate President Aquilino Pimentel III this 2017 vows not to evade the media anymore. He chose to be quiet in te past with regards to his disagreements with President Duterte’s move. Pimentel opposes Duterte on Marcos’ Heroes Burial and keeps silent about the death penalty and extrajudicial killings. However, he also justifies why he wants Senator Leila de Lima, Duterte’s critic to chair the justice committee. De Lima is later ousted from the position by the senate. This does not erase the fact that many Duterte, Marcos, and Binay supporters suspect that he’s a traitor to the Liberal Party opposition alliance.

Youtube video by; INQUIRER.net
[VIDEO]: There were some “disagreements” but not enough to warrant the ouster of Senate President Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III, Senator Joseph Victor “JV” Ejercito said on Wednesday.

Senator JV Ejercitos’ Petty Issues with Pimentel

Senator JV Ejercito comments that even if there are minor issues with Pimentel’s leadership in the senate, he believes that as of now, he’s senate presidency is stable. There are also not enough threat that could leave in a campaign to oust him. He hopes that the differences are soon be settled.

Oust V.P. Leni Robredo?

Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez denies that the Duterte administration starts to push Vice President Leni Robredo out of her V.P. seat after resigning from her cabinet post. Come to think of it. If. V.P. Robredo is ousted, Bongbong Marcos is not the next in line before the ruling of the electoral protest. If that happens, Koko Pimental takes over the V.P. post. So, if Robredo is ousted, it can’t be the work of the Duterte administration. Can the Liberal Party takes out their own?

Vocal to Media against Duterte?

If the senate president becomes vocal against the actions of the president through the media, that surely results to the division of power in the senate. Duterte won’t dominate anymore in that area. How about the somewhat Liberal views of Pimentel? Does this mean to say that the Liberal Party prefers him to take over the V.P. post than Robredo? Given that her reputation deteriorates at the moment after “Lenileaks,” Pimentel can only be their option – that if he is indeed a traitor to Duterte’s party.

Speculated Plot

Given the nature of the Liberal Party when Mar Roxas is dropped for Grace Poe during elections, they can easily do that to Leni Robredo for Koko Pimentel. Once Pimentel is seated in the V.P. seat, he can then apply his New Year’s resolution to be vocal through the media – and that can include his criticisms to Duterte’s policies, actions and behavior in public to destroy him. The purpose? Be President? Wait, is that supposed to be Bongbong Marcos’ seat?
