Marcos respects the will of the people but they deserve the truth

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
The camp of Senator Bongbong Marcos through Atty. George Garcia said that Marcos respects the electoral process and the will of the Filipino people. They congratulated Leni Robredo for winning the official Vice Presidential race – but they owe it to their supporters to dig deeper and let the truth come out amidst massive cheating reports.

It was noted that there were 3.9 million undervotes for vice president which is a lot more than 1% of the acceptable rate against the total number of votes. Garcia mentioned that the collecting evidences and affidavits is part of the preparation for elctoral process which could be underway when ready.

Another option can be manual counting of votes – to be really sure where those undervotes went. Garcia was also the lawyer of Migz Zubiri against Koko Pimentel but they end of widrawing because Zubiri would rather not serve if there’s cheating involved in his winning the senatorial seat. Now, the case is opposite. His client is now the one in koko Pimentel’s place so, a very interesting story to follow through.

Marcos Camp: Comelec Did not Grant Server Audit by IT Expert

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
The Commission on Elections did not grant the request of the Marcos camp to perform an audit of the Smartmatic server by own selected IT experts to prove that the script change was really a cosmetic one – or just changing the spelling of a candidate’s name which is already a balony given that any script change during an ongoing process can disrupt the system totally.

A Smartmatic technician added the script into the automated election system’s transparency server while it was supposed to transmit reports for the unofficial counts that can be picked up by selected media continously in real time. Trend change was noted that concided with the time of the alteration favoring Leni Robredo for the Vice Preidential race instead of the leading candidate, Bongbong Marcos.

Legal terms are now being prepared to force Comelec into submitting to a thorough system audit as Comelec chair, Andres Bautista deferred Marcos’ request to audit after proclamation of the President and Vice President – that is being criticized by Jonathan dela Cruz, Abakada party-list representative because it will not be understood how the change can affect the system transmissions if not through server audit. The winners of the top two positions can be proclaimed at the same time by Wednesday next week. This seems to be the ultimate goal of the Comelec.

Leni-Bongbong Undervotes Case: How can one COC has 623,174 less VP Votes than the Presidential Votes?

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Large undervotes for Vice President in questionable COCs were disclosed amounting to more than half a million difference between Presidential and VP Votes. The very first day of the official canvass by the Board had noted large amount of undervotes in the vice presidential – that is more than half a million votes behind the Presidential Votes. This is clearly electronically maneuvered discrepancy.

The huge gaps were noted by Atty. George Garcia, Marcos’ lawyer that from the Certificates of Canvass that has been counted so far. In many instances, votes for president outnumbered the votes for vice president by 623,174 as reflected in various COCs.

Leni Robredo did not have a clue that only !% undervotes is acceptable in Philippine elections which should not exceed 400,000 each COC for those particular cases as she defended her side saying; it’s normal during elections to have undervotes – when in fact, this must not be permitted during close fight such as this one.

Saycon’s Next Move After Gathering Evidences of Election Fraud

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Copa chair, Pastor Boy Saycon is planning to hold talks with the Iglesia ni Kristo who might be looking for their missing votes for Duterte and Marcos, Brother Eddie Villanueva of the Jesus Is Lord movement and Brother Mike Velarde of the El Shaddai first to let them know of massive cheating incidents that happened during the May 9, 2016 election.

However, INC members knew that their duty is just to vote for whoever are endorsed by the church as a sign of unity. It is not certain if their leader Eduardo Manalo would go further into protesting as to demand where their votes for Bongbong Marcos went.

Pastor Boy’s disclosure to the media with regards to the pre-shaded ballots, no election held and undervotes coincided with Basilan ex-Governor Gerry Salappudin’s accounts as experienced in his areas. So there is a possibility that this is mirrored in a larger scale in different areas. These are not mere coincidence anymore but a well-planned election fraud plots that were conspired among those who are in power, their candidates and their willing plus able contacts in the local areas mentioned.

Of the 113 COCs counted by the Canvassing Board out of the total 165 COCs, it was revealed that Marcos leads by 83,480 Votes over Robredo at the end of May 26, 2016 session. This does not include the suspended COCs from Iloilo, Antique, Canada, and Kuwait while the panels are still settling disputes.

Marcos had garnered 13,214,810 votes while rival Leni Robredo had 13,131,330 votes. The lead could have been as much as over 2 million votes when Ilocus Sur and Norte were counted which are Marcos’ bailiwicks, showing the solid north faction.

However, Leni’s votes were seen to be strong also in Camarines Sur, Eastern Samar, Cebu, Negros Occidental, Samar, and Agusan del Sur thus narrowing down Marcos’ substantial lead.
