Future Senator Imee Marcos Slams Macalintal on Gag Order and Typhoon Theory

Senator

Popular bet for Senator, Gov. Imee Marcos and the very supportive sister of Bongbong Marcos defends their lawyer, Atty. George Garcia in speaking in front of the media. She said that Garcia is so careful about what to say so as not to disobey the gag order. While VP Robredo’s camp via her legal adviser, Atty. Romulo Macalintal even holds a press conference to counteract the younger Marcos’ observations on Bato, Camarines Sur’s wet ballots, cracked ballot boxes, and missing audit logs.

The popular senator to be Gov. Imee Marcos explains how ridiculous the other camp’s reactions were on Bongbong Marcos’ observations on tampered Bato ballots during the first day of the recount for the VP post.

Freshly Made Wet

Gov. Marcos can’t help but flash her lovable smile when she stresses that the wet ballots are freshly made. They do not look like they were affected by the typhoon last December and until this April, they are still wet. Macalintal earlier said that it was normal because of the bad weather last year.

Weatherproof Ballot Boxes?

Marcos, who is running for Senator questions the so-called weatherproof ballot boxes. If they really are what they should be, why are they made of plastic, with masking tape around, and most of all wet?

Excess Ballots

Marcos added that excess ballots are normal in an election. This happens when the elderly made mistakes in filling up the form, accidentally wet and the ballot becomes eligible to read. However, if they are freshly made wet, then that’s another story.

Why is Macalintal so Defensive?

The audit logs do not contain a tally of votes, which is the subject of the recount. Thus making their disappearance a “technical defect” that “can never affect the genuineness and accuracy of the count,” Macalintal said. Ballots in previous elections were also not safe from typhoons and floods. This is not a cause for concern because of the ballot images of the automated system, he added. So, what is the purpose of the weather-proof ballot boxes then? Does he insinuate to use the encrypted images that Bongbong Marcos is still asking for the PET to give him copies after paying over 7 million Pesos?

Did Macalintal Just Hint Why they Made some Ballots Wet at the Supreme Court?

Early Anomalies on VP Recount Observed by Bongbong and Imee Marcos

Bongbong Marcos as seconded by his sister, Gov. Imee Marcos discloses that while the Bato, Camarines Sur ballots are gathered for the recount today, some are wet. In other boxes,  the audit logs are missing. He added that these are obvious signs that the questionable ballot boxes were opened prior to today’s initial recount in connection with his electoral protest against Vice President Leni Robredo.

Wet ballots and missing audit logs are few of the anomalies observed by Bongbong Marcos and sister Gov. Imee. CNN Philippines Full Video Here.

Finally Happening

The recount finally happens two years after Marcos brings his electoral protest to the Supreme Court that sits as the PET. He lost to Robredo by a slim margin of 263,473 votes. The PET earlier announces that if there’s not enough discrepancy in the pilot provinces, the electoral protest of Marcos may end there. His chosen areas are Camarines Sur, Iloilo, and Negros Oriental, Robredo’s bailiwicks.

Early Anomalies of Recount Explained

Former Senator Marcos explains that the ballots that are wet are set aside. The sabotage act cannot happen two years ago. Someone may have the splash just prior to today’s event. The audit logs are also essential to determine the transmission date of the report.

Words from Robredo’s Camp

Atty Romulo Macalintal said that most electoral protests are not successful because the results of the manual ballot count tally exactly with that of the vote-counting machines (VCMs) and the consolidated canvassing system. However, Marcos’ protest is the only case that reaches this far in the national level.

Patience Counts

“We have endured two years of waiting due to Robredo’s habitual and intentional moves to delay the election protest and deliberate attempts to bury the truth,” Marcos’ spokesperson Atty. Vic Rodriguez said in a statement.  Bongbong and Imee Marcos are in the Supreme Court in the early hours of April 2, 2018, to visit their supporters who are in vigil since February 7.

Resistance vs. Imee Marcos: Does PI Need to Wait for Election 2019 Winners to Start Deuterium Extraction?

election 2019

The likely top senatorial candidate for election 2019, Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos has full commitment to clean and renewable energy. She renews her advocacy on this matter during the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Forum held previously in Laoag City. This gives hope to the country’s local deuterium explorers to produce clean hydrogen fuel as a substitute for gasoline. They are certain that with her influence, they can finally get the pending oil and gas exploration permit from the DOE’s Evaluation Section. However, the “Resistance” is also building up to counteract her ideologies.

The Resistance for Election 2019

The president of the opposition Liberal Party (LP) hopes to see a strong opposition in the 2019 midterm elections. He echoes the statement of his party-mate, Senator Bam Aquino who eyes a “resistance” coalition in next year’s polls. Senator Francis Pangilinan said a genuine opposition is needed to make sure that the country’s “democracy remains vibrant.”

Hydrogen Fuel from Deuterium

Deuterium is abundant in the Philippines. 100% Filipino explorers bank on the President’s good governance to finally drive this project forward. He already endorses the 60 -40% deal in favor of the government to the DOE. No foreign consultants partake in this private-public joint-venture. The aim is to produce clean hydrogen fuel for local consumption first. This can uplift the nation’s economy. They intend to refine locally using a portable mini refinery machine from Korea on site. A Refinery and distilling plant can arise locally in the future on a partnership basis with global players particularly ASEAN.

Hiccups at the DOE Evaluation Section

In a democratic country, contrary to the LP propaganda, lawmakers from the Senate and Congress have great influence in the country’s decision-making process. If both chambers are not in unison with the wishes of the President, the delay for beneficial projects like this one can happen. Foreign investors through the oligarchs want to bring crude oil out. Then refine in their country. Just to sell them back to the Philippines at surging commercial prices. The Filipino consortium turns their offer down. Thus, made them suspect why their permit is withheld. The DOE meanwhile, asks the group to show proof of financial capability. So, this is all about money.

The Resistance’s Unacceptable Liberalism

Back to Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos, she believes that the latest expose on alleged irregularities during the 2016 elections could strengthen the election protest of her brother, Bongbong Marcos, against the Vice President. It is also on file that Senator Tito Sotto previously expresses his disgust to decriminalize illegal drug use in the country. Vice President Leni Robredo floats the idea. She insinuates this Liberalism stand of her backers from the “Resistance” slate against President Rodrigo Du30 whom the Marcoses support. Can they still fool people with the dictatorship myth to jeopardize democracy and economic progress of the country?

To Be Recorded April 2 VP Recount for Bangbong Marcos’ Protest Finally Pushes Through

protest

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Bongbong Marcos April’s Fool worry seems to disappear into the thin air now. The  April 2, 2018, ballot recount for his electoral protest against VP Leni Robredo is now set to start on the day itself. The Supreme court conducts a tour for the media showing the venue of the said event.

Youtube video by; Elena Grace Flores
[VIDEO]: The recount for Bongbong Marcos’ electoral protest against VP Leni Robredo is to begin on April 2, 2018, at the Supreme Court of Appeals Gym. It is to be recorded with CCTV cameras at every corner.

Some Camarines Sur Ballots Now with PET

Lawyer Jose Lemuel Arenas, a member of the tribunal’s AdHoc committee, said that the PET currently houses some 1,400 ballot boxes from Camarines Sur, one of Marcos’ chosen pilot provinces for the recount.

Comelec Storage

Arenas said that other ballot boxes are currently with the Commission on Elections due to storage issues. Once the recount on the first 1,400 ballot boxes is done, the PET will receive the other ballot boxes from Camarines Sur, Iloilo and Negros Oriental.

Tight Security

Members of the Philippine National Police, Philippine Coast Guard, Police Security Protection Group and PET guards secure the venue round-the-clock. CCTVs are also ready to capture movements around the recount venue and the storage area. Cunanan said that the tribunal expects to augment 101 security personnel this coming week with more members of the PNP to arrive at the vicinity.

Patiently Waiting

Marcos just cannot lose his patience after many delays. He vows to continue to wait because he is closer to the much-awaited event. This is the opening of the ballot boxes and the actual recounting of votes manually. At long last, both camps can already leave their disputes to the recount. Speculations of further cheating and connivance loom greatly but if we do not let it flow through its due course, we can never move on as a nation.

The DOE Cites the Proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law as the Reason for the Deuterium Exploration Delay

Deuterium

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

acting workshop

Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri, the chairman of the sub-committee on the BBL, reiterates the Senate’s commitment to passing the Proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law bill. Zubiri earlier said that President Rodrigo Du30 expresses the commitment to certify the bill as urgent. This shows clearly that the President is not a dictator as supported by former Senator Bongbong Marcos. However, the power struggle in both the Senate and the Congress causes the delay of the country’s progress. Currently, the Department of Energy cites the pending Bangsamoro issue as the cause for the issuance delay of the oil and gas exploration permit that allows EMGVCI to develop deuterium deposits as hydrogen fuel for the country’s consumption.

Republishing of PTV’s Youtube video by; Elena Grace Flores
[VIDEO]: Du30 has appealed to both the Congress and the Senate but until now resistance is still strong from both chambers. This is an extract from PTV’s news clipping: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsOuo…

A Priority for the Senate

The Senate will prioritize the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) and not the impeachment trial against Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno when the Senate resumes its sessions in May, Senate Majority Leader Vicente “Tito” Sotto III said recently.  However, prior to the April 2  recount of Bongbong Marcos’ electoral protest, Sotto exposes evidence of digital election fraud during the 2016 election.

The Delaying Game of the Anti-Marcos

[VIDEO]: FORMER SENATOR Ferdinand _Bongbong_ R. Marcos Jr., chair of the Senate Committee on Local Government,

Former Senate President Aquilino Pimentel Jr. despite the son’s alleged commitment to the Du30 administration questions the possible violations of the proposed parliamentary system of the Bangsamoro government and the implementation of Shariah laws. Pimentel said the system of government should be presidential, consistent with the 1987 Constitution. It is noted that former Senator Pimentel is an anti-Marcos. Koko Pimentel is also an indirect rival of Bongbong Marcos in the Vice Presidency because, in the constitution, the Senate President is next in line to the VP Post.

Different Faces of the Resistance at the Hearing

[VIDEO]: Senate hearing on the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law

The co-sponsor of the said law, Senator Risa Hontiveros said this previously in her speech; Bangsamoro is our commitment to peace. A peace that is built on and strengthened by democratic ideals, empowerment, progress, and justice. A peace that has long been awaited by a nation that is trying to heal from its fractured history. She also stresses this; With the Bangsamoro Basic Law, a bill I proudly co-sponsor, we renew our commitment to democracy. The persistent strife and poverty in the region took its damaging toll on our democratization project. So, this lady senator from the opposition is into the passing the law in line with the Presidents wishes. Isn’t she the one who accuses Du30 with term extensions through federalism, and entering into a compromise agreement with the Marcoses?

EMGVCI’s Stand

Banking on the Bangsamoro Basic Law does not make sense because of the A. O. R. is not within the area of ARMM. The property in question for the oil and gas exploration has a T. C. T. privately owned by Maulana. It also has M. O. A from the previous owner, Petronas Oil, OFyzia.  He bought the rights for 10 million USD and has a PNOC-approved permit from all the Barangays, Mayors, and provincial officers. It’s a  Maguindanao A. O. R. NOT a Tausog. However, we don’t want to deal with the oligarch’s big companies and consortium. Our group is a 100 percent Filipino including the engineers from Aramco Petronas Texas oil. We have all-Filipino technicians who are best in the world. They work for Maulanan Oil,  Mindanao, Philippines; said the chairman of the Filipino Consortium.
