Bongbong Marcos: No Vengeance to former President Benigno Simeon Aquino III

Bongbong Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Bongbong Marcos believes that running after certain politicians who have done alleged anomalies must not be prioritized. The judicial system must take care of that. But he will strongly go against it. He is pertaining to former President Benigno Aquino when asked if he will prosecute Pnoy and his cabinet for DAP when he becomes Vice President.

Youtube video: ABS-CBN News
[VIDEO]: MANILA – Despite the decades-old political rift between their families, Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. believes the next administration should not run after President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III over alleged railroaded budget allotments.

Most Qualified V.P.

The most qualified Vice Presidentiable of the Philippines thinks that it is counterproductive to spend lots of efforts conducting probes to prosecute government officials can further jeopardize the country. It should not be the main priority as we have seen in the Pnoy administration.

Not the Job of the Executive office

Bongbong Marcos will not convince the Duterte administration to run after anybody – like some kind of vengeance, If the citizens feel that some officials are answerable to accusations, they must file a case. It should not be the focus of the present administration because it will result to disunity.

Unity is Turn Apart

Marcos always says that the kind of policy that Aquino administers running after other accused government officials did not lead us anywhere. He will not do the same to former President Benigno Aquino III because he does not believe in that kind of policy. It will only turn apart unity; according to him.

In Power to Fix problems

It cannot be a policy of the government to run after government officials answerable of anything. The lives of ordinary Filipinos have not improved with Pnoy’s fight against corruption. Executives are here to solve problems by creating and implementing policies. The Judiciary can take the route of any complaints by any citizen for that matter.

Bongbong Marcos’ Nature

Bongbong Marcos is a very decisive speaker just like his father. You can only agree with his thoughts given his brilliant explanations. The heart is also very evident. There are no traces of hatred in him despite the family ordeal after the EDSA revolution. The past pains instead made him a wiser man.

Immediate Future

Without the official title, Bongbong Marcos has been acting like President Rodrigo Duterte’s Deputy President, if not Adviser. He is consulted for many vital issues, an important part of the delegation in China during Duterte’s state visit and the Marcoses’ idealisms are also continued by the present administration. It is hoping against hope that Bongbong Marcos who has every good intention like President Duterte can better implement their plans with his likable personality, charm and with. Even Kris Aquino will not dare challenge that.

CNN Throwback: Rumored New Vice President explains American Disappointment

Bongbong Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Why do people await the comeback of Bongbong Marcos? Here’s the review of his political career and thoughts about the vital issues in the country. Mamasapano, Typhoon Yolanda, U.S. visiting forces agreement (EDCA), and their alleged betrayal to the late strongman’s administration. Know why Bongbong thinks that they are traitors. It was observed that he was with President Rodrigo Duterte during his recent state visit to China. The President announced there that he is cutting ties with America in the areas of the military and economy. He was also introduced as the new Vice President. (If he wins the electoral protest). How strong is his influence with the president? This is a comprehensive video interview from CNN.

Youtube video: by CNN
[VIDEO]: During the CNN Interview with Mitzy Borromeo, Bongbong Marcos opens up his thoughts and principles regarding the various controversial issues in the country. This is very enlightening and perhaps, President Duterte can be understood more as per Marcos’ explanations on his dealings with the Americans.

Filipinos are used to Hardships and struggle with a Smile

Tough times are the way of life of Filipinos. Very resourceful in finding a way to survive. Talented in making both ends meet. OFWs are noted to use this culture to survive and excel in other countries. Creativeness goes a long way and Filipinos are good at that. Ther campaigns for tourism and patronage for local products made Ilocos a first class province. Governor Imee Marcos did well in facilitating tourism efforts.

Yolanda Disaster

All resources should have been deployed in whatever costs. Take care of the survivors as well as the dead. Rotten cadavers can jeopardize the health of the living, mentally, emotionally and physically. Civilians who helped came to Tacloban first before the government. This should not be the case. The people should be able to rely on their government during disasters.

EDCA Discussed at the CNN Interview

The visiting forces agreement with the U.S. benefits the Americans greatly. They have military bases in Asia without paying rent – just aids. Not many promises are realized in terms of physical and financial improvements of the country in the last 7 decades with the alliance. Filipinos would be better off doing things on their own. The joint military exercises are good as per Bongbong’s talk with CNN.

Mamasapano

Mamasapano’s pointing fingers at who might be responsible was the most painful thing that Bongbong witnessed. If it happened during the late Marcos’ time, he would have known everything. How could he not when 44 elite shoulders perished? They are now known as SAF44. No one seems to answer correctly if former President Aquino ordered the operation.

Aquino-Marcos Rivalry

In the 70’s the Aquino-Marcos rivalry was strong but they are both gone now. The children do not have that kind of rift as far as Bongbong Marcos is concerned. Comments like; the “president is an Aquino and you are a Marcos” is something that they have to live with every day but not a big deal for them.

EDSA Learning

There were people that the Marcoses trusted that they should not have is the lesson learned from the EDSA revolution. That includes the Americans. The Marcoses thought that the U.S. was extending help and not connivance with the opposite party. But to their dismay. In the end, music relaxes Bongbong and makes him more creative in mind and in spirit.

How’s it like to have Bongbong Marcos as Philippine President in 2022

Bongbong Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Starting last May 2016 election, Bongbong Marcos is widely expected to run as, Philippine President in 2022.  It is not hidden from the prying eyes of the general public that current President Rodrigo Duterte and Marcos are in unison to the belief that the previous administration  did not lead the country to its potential growth. There were  chronic corruption and most especially,   law and order instability. Massive infrastructural bottlenecks were a;so criticized and perhaps, the reason for its downfall.  The former President Aquino’s absence of decisive leadership in the country was just too obvious.

The nation might be divided in Duterte’s view for more engagement with China – putting the sovereignty of the country over its side of the  South China Sea on the negotiating table. Similarly, they have expressed doubt in the present democratic system.
Since many are frustrated with the past administration’s handling of similar cases, the 16 million Filipinos who voted for Duterte has tried to convince the whole nation into supporting and understanding the ways of the tough-talking president.

However, despite the good intentions of President Duterte, the majority who did not vote for him would always find ways to go against him. The least criticize him for his indecent moves. On the other hand, the Pro-Dutertes are also ready at all times to defend him even if he has displayed a distasteful manner.

The country’s “to each his own” strategy designed to avoid clashes especially among family members, clearly divided the nation. Not much progress can be expected from warring members of the senate and congress. This is contrary to the media propaganda created by Duterte’s supporters that he has done numerous things in his first quarter in the public office.

Fateh al Sham is a leading member of the Army of Conquest alliance, which groups its fighters with those of Islamist factions such as Ahrar al Sham.

The Observatory said unidentified aircraft hit an Army of Conquest meeting on Thursday night, killing Saraqeb and another rebel commander named as Abu Muslim al Shami.

Pentagon spokesman Captain Jeff Davis said the US military was not involved in the attack.

“It was not a US strike,” he said.

A US defence official later told the AFP news agency that Russia was the “leading suspect” in the strike.

The ongoing fighting in Aleppo came as US and Russian officials brokered a deal calling for a nationwide cessation of hostilities to begin on 12 September.

US Secretary of State John Kerry has said he hopes the agreement, forged with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, could be a “turning point” which ends the civil war and leads to political transition in Syria.

Since the country’s current division won’t bring chaos if people will just let government officials do whatever it takes to do their jobs, it is perhaps time to do a reality check on future presidentiables.

Bongbong Marcos of course ,will come to mind first if you ask the  pro-Marcos. But how about the anti-Marcos during the era of his father? That would perhaps still probably divide the nation. The only big difference is, Bongbong Marcos’s personality is by far a lot better than Duterte.  The masses, the elite society group, and the middle class won’t be ashamed to be represented by him. This article aims to feel the impulse of our readers. Let us hear you out!

Duterte on Marcos’s Hero Burial: Those against can hold protests

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
President Rodrigo Duterte fulfilled his campaign promise that he will allow the burial of former President Ferdinand E. Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani as requested by the Marcos family. He confirmed this after reports that former Senator Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. said that his family has chosen to bury him on September 18 which is one week after the late president’s birthday.

Duterte explained that Marcos was qualified to be interred at the heroes’ cemetery in Taguig City because he was a former president and soldier which is in the AFP’s guidelines, adding that it was up to the Marcos family to choose when the final rites should be held – and he fully supports that.

Duterte also advised those against Marcos’ burial at the Libingan ng mga Bayani to hold protests since it is their right to hold peaceful assembly as per the constitution. In fact, he would order local officials to provide anti-Marcos groups permits to “use the streets” as venue for their protests that can last for even a month as long as traffic would not be jeopardized.

Liza & Bongbong Marcos, Happy to step back for Sandro

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Nothing is as stressful as the campaign period for politicians but it’s not over yet for Senator Bongbong Marcos – since the electoral protest process is still going on. However, family life continues and the funny thing is, it’s his son Sandro who became an instant social media star after he made comments online.

The senator or rather former senator is not anymore holding any vital position at the moment – but being a stage father for Sandro. He even joked that while Sandro’s message went viral via social media, no one was listening to his campaign speech.

The remarks saying; “The easiest way to politics is through showbiz,” was quite flattering to them because it means that Sandro has the qualities to be in that business aside from politics. Liza also threw her support by saying that the copuple will be contented to be Sandro’s manager. This way of handling family life is a great example that no matter how hard the family is going through, the good relationship between parents and their children will never change and that’s what Filipino family is all about.
