Leni Robredo’s lawyer, Bernadette Sardillo said SC Associate Justice Marvic Leonen points out that Marcos’ question on the integrity of the entire automated election system may pose consequences. Sardillo said that Marcos cannot “surgically remove” the results of the VP race from other positions. If Robredo a product of a fraudulent election, President Du30 is too.

Sardillo explained that the canvassing in Congress only has one certificate of canvass for President and Vice President. So if that certificate of canvass was fraudulent and cannot be trusted, that means the President is also affected and his post should be vacated.
Robredo’s Hairline Lead
Perhaps, Sardillo forgot that Robredo won with only 263,473 votes lead over Marcos. That discrepancy can easily be justified if the disputed ARMM votes in Basilan, Maguindanao and Lanao del Sur are annulled. She garnered a total of 477,985 votes, compared to Marcos’ 169,160 votes in that area. Aside from that, Marcos is even confident that the hairline margin can also be disputed quickly right after the recount in his 3 pilot provinces namely; Camarines Sur, Iloilo, and Negros Oriental. No one can even question PDu30’s over 5 million leads to Mar Roxas.
Next Step after Prelim
Marcos’ lead counsel George Garcia said that the Supreme Court gave them a guide on the proceedings of the case. Both camps have to answer in 5 working days. “That will happen by next week. Then hopefully, the collection of ballots can happen by the middle of August. That takes the entire August. Perhaps, we can start the revision by September,” Garcia said.
5 M vs 100 K Lead
Most Filipinos know that no one can contest Du30’s over 5 million votes lead over Mar Roxas. This is not the case with Robredo’s over 100 K lead over Marcos. No matter how the digital fraud was done, the large gap is not just possible to corrupt the way it was observed during the election night. The trend of the voting report transmissions changed drastically in favor of Robredo. That was when people fell asleep during the wee hours. Only to be shocked in horror first thing in the morning.
Bongbong Marcos finds an ally in its quest to prove the fraudulent digital election system in 2016. The justice department reverses the decision of the Manila Prosecutor’s Office, which earlier found no basis to Marcos’ complaints that the alteration done by Smartmatic in the server did not have the permission from the authorized Comelec officer.

The DOJ orders the filing of criminal charges against the Commission on Elections (Comelec) and supplier Smartmatic for changing the script in the servers in between results transmissions during the 2016 polls. This coincides with the sudden switch of the trend that favored Leni Robredo.
The justice department found probable cause to charge Comelec and Smartmatic personnel. This is for violating Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act. Recommended for charges are Smartmatic technical support team head Marlon Garcia and members; Neil Baniqued and Mauricio Herrera. Comelec IT specialists Rouie Peñalba, Nelson Herrera, and Frances Mae Gonzales are also not off the hook.
Criminal Intent Not Necessary
The DOJ rejects Comelec’s defense that the script change was just for cosmetic purposes. That it did not affect the election results. The change in the script was allegedly due to the need to correct the items with “ñ” appearing as “?” and not for digital fraud. The DOJ stressed that RA 10175 is a special law that does not require criminal intent. Whatever the case may be, they have
The President’s Hand
The DOJ is noted to be an agency that pursues the ideals of the President – unlike the Supreme Court that sits as PET for Bongbong Marcos’ electoral protest against Robredo. Netizens recently urged the President over social media to interfere in the delaying tactics of Robredo being tolerated by the Comelec and the Supreme Court. It is a relief for Marcos supporters to think that their pleas did not fall on deaf ears.
Bongbong Marcos is confident more than ever that he won as Vice President during the 2016 elections. The evidence of the fraudulent activities he got from Comelec’s digital system is about to be disclosed starting June 21 in a preliminary conference. (Reset for July 11). They refer to them as Comelec’s 7 Kingdoms.

Overseas Voting Discrepancy
Reports over alleged discrepancies in vote receipts in the ongoing Overseas Absentee Voting were overwhelming. Marcos urged the Comelec to explain the process that voters should undertake in case of discrepancy between what was written in the ballots and the results in the receipts. “If a voter says the content of the receipt is wrong, what shall he or she do?
Marcos pointed out that he has met quite a number of people in his campaign sorties who expressed concern over vote receipt discrepancies. There’s even a video which went viral on social media about an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) who complained that her voter receipt did reflect Marcos as her choice for vice president but another candidate’s name was displayed instead. “The OFW, who is from Laoag City, was told by the election officer but that a voter is only entitled to one ballot.”
Election Security Measure
“This is a very serious matter which the Comelec should look into. If this happened in the Vice Presidential race during the last election, how can we be sure that it will not happen in 2019 or 2022? Therefore, it is crucial that the Comelec releases clear guidelines when such problem occurs next election,” Marcos said.
7 Kingdoms of Comelec
Comelec is found to have established 7 different servers during the elections. They give different kinds of results. Only one is allowed according to the law. This is the greatest ever digital election fraud method found to have diverted the winning stake of Marcos to his rival Robredo during the counting of votes through the servers.
