Robredo is Thankful for Du30’s Otso Diretso Attention for the 2019 Election

2019 election
By: Elena Grace Flores

It is a known fact in the Philippines that President Rodrigo Roa Du30 is not appreciative of the sitting VP. However, it is still a surprise that the questionable second leader thanks Du30 for his negative remarks on her party’s 2019 election senatorial bets, Otso Diretso (straight 8). At least, they got his attention, she admits. Robredo said that she is thankful for the President’s acknowledgement regardless of his “straight to hell” comment. The tough-talking leader spares only one of the 8 since she is from Mindanao. The mainstream media is currently feasting on this issue among others. z

Straight to Hell for the 2019 Election

The senatorial candidates of the opposition Otso Diretso (Straight Eight) are going straight to hell, according to President Du30. The opposition coalition’s candidates have not done anything for the country but criticize. He made a comment about each one of them who are candidates as Senators for the 2019 election.

Roxas, the Boastful One

Those people do nothing but criticize, Du30 said. He questions their competence and accomplishments for the first time in a campaign sortie. He calls former interior secretary Manuel Roxas II “hambugero” or arrogant. Roxas retaliates at once boasting his alleged call center achievement that the former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo initiated. The former Senator is known for his incompetence in handling the Yolanda typhoon disaster as witnessed by many foreign journalists.

Old Wounds

To vote for Magdalo Rep. Gary Alejano is a “mistake,” the President said as he belittles the former soldier’s involvement in uprisings against Arroyo. “Look at the Magdalo. They launched a revolt in Makati… When the police came, they surrendered,” Du30 said. He also attacks Sen. Bam Aquino being just a lookalike of his uncle, the late senator Benigno Aquino Jr. The late Aquino was the rival of the late President Ferdinand Marcos who resorted to unbelievable strategies to topple Marcos.

Negative Attention for a Laugh

“Tañada is a leftist. Do you know who gives us headaches? They do not admit they are NPA members but they support the group by acting as their lawyers,” Du30 said. He insinuates that election lawyer Romulo Macalintal only serves clients for money. Chel Diokno’s manner of talking is no match to his father former senator Jose Diokno, he added. The Filipino leader also criticizes Former solicitor-general Florin Hilbay and calls him a “turtle.”

Vengeance for Imee Marcos?

Robredo defends the opposition senatorial candidates. They were chosen because of their good track record, she said. The other Otso Diretso candidates hit back at Du30. They accuse him of using his position to campaign for his bets at the expense of the opposition. The temporary VP said that the fact that the President mentions each opposition bet shows that they are getting the attention of the people. On the other hand, Du30’s bet, Imee Marcos was the target of criticisms by the Otso Diretso team earlier.

Anti Duterte-Marcos Triggers Coup d’etat by Creating a Stir on AFP, PNP Pay Hike – then Discrediting Bato

Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

The slaughter of a Korean national near the office of PNP Chief Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa sounds like a plot to discredit the head of the national police force. This comes after Senator Antonio Trillanes IV call on the Duterte administration to stop taking credit for the increase in the salaries of the military and policemen. He alleged that this is due to Executive Order 201 issued by former president Benigno Aquino III on Feb. 19, 2016 – and has nothing to do with the President’s double pay promise.

Youtube video by; Rappler
[VIDEO]: In order to fulfill one of President Rodrigo Duterte’s campaign promises, Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno submitted a proposal to increase the regular pay of uniformed personnel.

Pnoy’s Salary Standardization Law (SSL 2015)

In 2015, Congress appropriate P57.91 Billion in Republic Act (RA) No. 10717 or the Fiscal Year 2016 General Appropriations Act (GAA). This is to cover the requirement to implement the compensation adjustment of civilian personnel and military and uniformed personnel in the National Government. The SSL is a general law for salary and benefits standardization. The fulfillment of the law is expected to be during the new administration’s time.

Duterte’s Provision

President Rodrigo Duterte approves an increase in the combat and incentive pay of soldiers and police personnel as part of his campaign promise to improve the lives of the security forces. This is carried out in the Executive Order (EO) No. 3, which took effect on Sept. 1. Under EO 3, the combat duty pay of members of the Armed Forces of Philippines and the Philippine National Police is increased to P3,000 a month. This is six times the current combat pay of P500 a month for soldiers and nine times the P340 a month for police.

Fulfillment of the Laws Passed

Duterte orders the pay increase during the 3rd quarter last year and also promises a double of pay before his six-year term ends. However, during the congressional deliberations on the 2017 national budget last year, Budget Secretary Benjamin Diokno admits that there are no funds to carry out the promised increases in one go.

Anti-Duterte and Marcos Sentiments are Used for Destabilization

Duterte’s promises are still finding their way to be fulfilled. Diokno is working on it. Pnoy’s signed order is not specific to the AFP and PNP benefits and combat increases – so why the fuzz from Trillanes? There seems to be an attempt to lure the armed forces to go against the government. This is through the use of anti-Duterte and anti-Marcos sentiments. Discourage the armed forces by making a big deal out of the delayed salary hike, then discredit the PNP chief? Looks like the Liberal Party’s behavior pattern – visible during the Marcos anti-burial protests.

Marcos Warfare Tactics: Intimidated by President Duterte, you must be a Criminal

Duterte

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Jose Manuel Diokno, the dean of De La Salle University (Law) and son of the late anti-martial law stalwart Jose W. Diokno, recalls how the late President Ferdinand Marcos sow fear against communists and criminals to justify his political crackdown. This is the same today as President Rodrigo Dutertes’s war on drugs. Why are other leaders not aware of this? Watch the video to understand better:

[VIDEO]: ALAMIN ANG TOTOONG DAHILAN Kung Bakit Galit si Duterte sa Mga Criminal

Forfeiting Human Rights of Criminals

As a lawyer and prosecutor for many years, President Duterte knows the limit of his war on drugs. He can’t be intimidated by the extra-judicial killings done by drug criminals and outlaws. It should be the other way around. Criminals must be intimidated by Duterte’s public pronouncements because he will not hesitate to punish criminals – with the instant death penalty if they endanger the lives of law enforcers and citizens of the country.

Watching Filipinos Killing Each Other is the Most Painful for a Leader

Bongbong Marcos, the son of the late strongman sympathises with Duterte because watching Filipinos killing each other that results from the war on drugs, is the most painful thing for a leader to watch.  Marcos said that Filipinos are no longer concerned about human rights abuses committed under his father’s rule who applied the same tactic as Duterte. This angers activists who said he wants people to forget his father’s dictatorship. Filipinos these days are more concerned about their livelihood, crime and other day-to-day problems.

Instilling Fear to Criminals is a Warfare Tactic

Why should people be afraid to go out to public places? It should be the criminals who must hide from Duterte’s wrath. Intimidation is an effective form of warning the criminals firmly that they will surely be punished if they commit a crime. Si, if one is intimidated by Duterte, he or she has the tendency to be criminal.

Duterte, a Political Genius

Duterte is proud enough to announce that he admires the late Marcos and his support to the son, Bongbong Marcos. He has seen the effectiveness of the Marcos regime when it comes to discipline. As people can see on billboards, the warnings on the streets should not be there if Filipinos are disciplined enough to follow the rules. Duterte’s moves are just right for today’s cultural behavior of the masses.

Diokno, Educate the Youth about Marcos or Brainwash?

Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
It’s all about the money for the Liberal Party – but the late President Ferdinand E. Marcos is smarter than that. He outsmarted the leaders that took over his position for three consecutive terms. Now that he is laid to rest in the Libingan ng mga Bayani together with his war comrades, he can rest in peace. Now, the public knows that he did not steal anything. Instead, he made sure that the wealth for humanity remain for the benefit of the Filipinos through the World Bank.

Youtube video by; Rappler
[VIDEO]: Resigned National Historical Commission of the Philippines chairperson Maria Serena Diokno said the next step beyond the rallies is to continue educating the youth about Martial Law. Other historians and educators agree with her proposal. Historian Xiao Chua said an interesting way to teach this part of history is to let the victims speak in class.

Truthful Martial Law History

If it’s the truth that the Liberal Party is after, history books should contain the following”

  • Martial Law saved the country from chaos.
  • It prevented the country from becoming a communist nation.
  • The Liberal Party members were the culprits.
  • Ninoy Aquino started the media propaganda against Marcos
  • Marcos did not steal anything but provided quality public services and infrastructures to the Filipinos and more.

Return the money, Jim Paredes?

You can really sense that Jim Paredes is only after the money. He can be evaluated in his manner of speaking against the Marcoses. It is obvious that he does not have the wisdom like Enrile who is more credible in speaking about the Martial Law regime.

Diokno is not into Educating Millenials

In the real sense of the world, resigned National Historical Commission of the Philippines chairperson Maria Serena Diokno is not for the true history. He is only after the promotion of her own interests and not for the good of the nation. Worst, she vowed to poison young minds.

The Truth will Prevail

The growing number of Bongbong Marcos’ followers is the proof that the people in the Philippines are already aware of the Liberal Party lies. The good thing is, they are doing something about it. Not letting this poisonous yellow race to dominate the country again.
