Bongbong Marcos’ Lawyer Calls on Automated Election Bidding as Macalintal Frowns

election

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Bongbong Marcos’ lawyer George Garcia said that the Comelec should start to conduct a bidding process for the next election in 2019 already for suppliers of automated election machines. He adds that the result of Marcos’ electoral protest against Leni Robredo can even help in determining if there are no revisions to the actual vote counts compared to the machine-generated results. Atty. Romulo Macalintal of Robredo’s is obviously uncomfortable upon hearing this.

[VIDEO]: VP Leni Robredo’s lead counsel, Atty. Romulo Macalintal frowns when Atty. George Garcia of the Marcos Camp calls for an early automated election bidding process. This is for Comelec to decide if a Smartmatic replacement is necessary.

Early Resolution of Election Protest

The early resolution of the Marcos-Robredo election protest can affirm the credibility of Comelec and even Smartmatic if Robredo wins. If it is the other way around, then it’s about time to change the supplier. Garcia stresses that it’s better to look for options already early on so that decisions won’t be last minute. That can end up in selecting only the available choice and not the best if Comelec won’t move now.

Any Result is Acceptable for Marcos

Marcos may want to win the protest but if it won’t work in his favor, it’s also acceptable. What’s important is to expedite the recount to know the real score. Comelec should take advantage of having this opportunity to clear their name from doubts that they have a hand in the alleged fraudulent 2016 elections.

Macalintal’s Response

Macalintal mocks the IT experts who give their expert opinions on the transmission trend and server behavior when the immediate twist of fate started on the night of the May 16, 2016, VP race.  This is in contrast with Clean Elections advocate, Atty. Glenn Chong’s statement that says that the fraudulent activities during the latest national elections were not only manual but digital in nature. Aside from being a lawyer, he also has some IT background. Not to mention the witnesses of Pastor Boy Saycon in the Senate on the alleged rigging incidents involving system redirecting for questionable servers.

Assessment And Evaluation

Section 33 of RA 9369 states that the JCOC  must monitor and evaluate the digital election system within six months from the date of the election. Comprehensive assessment and evaluation of the AES technologies must be the basis for the appropriate recommendations to Congress.”

Bongbong Marcos Responds to Robredo: 8,000 Witnesses are Election Officers from BEI

election

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
If this will not make VP Leni Robredo ashamed of her camp, nothing would. Bongbong Marcos simply responds to her accusation by telling the truth. The witnesses are actually the election officers from the BEI and not registered voters. They are the watchers of the precincts. That made them more credible than ever.

Video by; Elena Grace Flores

[VIDEO]: Bongbong Marcos retaliates to Robredo’s accusation that he’s a liar by saying that his 8,000 witnesses are election officers who are members of the BEI and not registered voters. Therefore, they are in better position as such.

Marcos’ Lawyer Slams Robredo’s Camp

Marcos’ lawyer and spokesperson Vic Rodriguez slams Robredo’s camp for accusing them of “misleading” the Supreme Court (SC). This is allegedly by including “unregistered” voters in their list of proposed witnesses from Basilan, Lanao del Sur, and Maguindanao.

Board of Election Investigators

Rodriguez said that the investigators from the Board of Election or BEI are the witnesses. They are not the registered voters but the watchers. “Since the BEI members were physically present when the alleged ‘voting’ took place, they would be able to testify on whether the contested ballots had been pre-shaded or if an honest-to-goodness ‘election’ actually took place in Basilan, Lanao del Sur, and Maguindanao,” said Rodriguez.

Who are the Real Liars?

“We should allow the evidence to speak for itself. If and when that happens, the public can decide who the real liar is,” Rodriguez said. “All one has to do is to compare the signatures of the registered voters with the ‘signatures’ of the actual voters to realize that something fishy happened during the May 2016 elections. Now we know why BBM got zero votes in the Iglesia ni Cristo bailiwicks,” he added. Atty. Glenn Chong certainly has the basis of saying who the real liars are.

Technical and Forensic Examination

Rodriguez explains that this is why they want the PET to allow a technical and forensic examination of all election data in the 3 provinces. That should prove the authenticity of all the transmitted results. The PET has deferred action on this matter. Robredo should allow all evidence to surface if she is confident of her victory.

Bongbong Marcos: Why Does Robredo Demands Ballot Soft Copies WITHOUT Paying Liability?

Liability

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Bongbong Marcos has opposed to Robredo’s Motion that she be allowed to secure soft copies of the printed ballot images. This from the ongoing Decryption activity of the COMELEC for Camarines Sur, Iloilo and Negros Oriental. Marcos cannot figure out why Robredo suddenly wants them when she’s been opposing it ever since. She even did not help in paying the liability requirement.

[VIDEO]: Bongbong  Marcos said that election fraud can be verified in the technical examination.

No Liability Payment from Robredo

It will be recalled that the ongoing decryption activity was initiated solely by Marcos. He had to shoulder the decryption fee of Php 2.9M including an additional Php 2M for the initial supplies required by the COMELEC. Robredo did not join him in this undertaking. In fact, actively opposed the same as early as June 2017.

No Right to Demand

According to Marcos, since “Robredo did not contribute any share in the expenses and supplies, she should not be allowed by PET to obtain soft and even hard copies of the decrypted images of the ballots, election returns, audit logs and other relevant documents for all the protested clustered precincts of the pilot provinces.”

Just Shameless

Marcos has accused Robredo of cheating her way to the second highest office in the land. He lost to Robredo by a slim margin of about 260,000 votes in the 2016 national elections. Lawyer and I.T. expert Glenn Chong who has been involved in scrutinizing Smartmatic’s performance just refer to Robredo as a big liar.

Pointing Fingers

Recently, Robredo’s camp released a media propaganda accusing Marcos of forging the list of 8,000 election fraud witnesses mostly in his pilot areas.  The accusation boomeranged to her. ALDUB or Alyansang Du30-Bongbong or ALDUB members stood as witnesses to various incidents of election fraud in Basilan, Lamitan.
