[VIDEO]: Breaking: Magnitude 6.0 Earthquake Lanao del Sur Philippines
Robredo reiterates the assurance of God to the people that Jesus is present in many brothers and sisters who are suffering today like His suffering as he was crucified. “As we rededicate ourselves to God and the renewal of our faith, let us also rededicate ourselves to love and respect one another. Let us pray for and help those who suffer,” she said.
Series of Earthquakes
Just after the series of earthquakes in Batangas, that were obviously felt in Metro Manila and nearby provinces, a magnitude 6.0 earthquake Lanao del Sur with aftershocks experienced in the rest of Cotabato City and Cagayan de Oro City in Mindanao.
Calamity and Uncertainty
The troubled Vice President enjoined her fellow Christians to observe the Holy Week. She reminds people to pray for affected while the country is in the midst of calamity and uncertainty. She was just ordered to pay P15.7 M in connection with the Marcos electoral protest filed against her. Her camp refuses to comment for the time being and will only issue a statement after the Holy Week.
Respect for Robredo
Dubbed as the most hated Vice President, it is indeed uncertain if she can touch most people with her Holy Week message. Not unless she applies her wishes to herself and stops accusing Bongbong Marcos of stealing just because his father still has unresolved cases even if he’s already dead. Respect and forgiveness are badly needed that must come from one’s self.
