Cruel Detention

Bongbong Marcos thinks that it is cruel and unusual to detain six employees of the Ilocos Norte government after House officials did not like their answers. Marcos. He visited them at the House Legislative Building. They are already in detention for 17 days now.

Fuzz over the Original

Ex-Ilocos Norte Governor and Representative Rodolfo Fariñas cited the officials in contempt after they asked for the original copies of his alleged digital proof that they have signed the cash advance from the tobacco funds for the purchase of some vehicles for barangay use.

Congress vs CA

Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez called the justices behind the ruling ignorant of the law. He is known as a brave supporter of the president but obviously, he’s not for the Marcoses. The neck to neck power struggle is evident in the fight between the two equal branches of the government.

Unusual Occurrence

Marcos finds out that the employees are unable to rest well where they are now. He stressed that there’s no point to continue to detain them because that can’t change their answers to House officials.
