Can Senator Koko Pimentel Work with Bongbong and Imee Marcos?

By: Elena Grace Flores

Senator Koko Pimentel said that he can work with Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos if they both win in May’s Senate elections. However, he maintains that the martial law years under her father’s regime were not good for the country. Pimentel’s father, former Senate President Nene Pimentel was a political prisoner during the Marcos regime. Despite this, he had worked with her brother, Bongbong Marcos when he was still a Senator. He is used to working with them. z

[VIDEO]: Sen. Koko Pimentel on campaigning with Imee Marcos

Gotten Used to Former Senator Bongbong Marcos

“I’ve gotten used to it.” Senator Pimentel said, whose father was a political prisoner during the Marcos regime. He sees no problem sharing the campaign stage with Imee Marcos. Hugpong ng Pagbabago is their common affiliation. The President’s daughter, Davao City Mayor Du30-Carpio chairs the political party.

Imee Marcos and Martial Law are Two Different Things

For Pimentel, the Marcos martial law years were not good years or not beneficial years to the country. He believes that the suppression of democracy at that time was evident. We had no basic freedoms,” Pimentel added. This remains to be his stand. But he can campaign with Imee because she is a nominee of President Rodrigo Du30. Like Marcos, Pimentel is an ally of the President.

Who Doesn’t Lie?

The Ilocos Norte governor recently stirs controversy over her educational credentials after the University of the Philippines and the Princeton University announces through the mainstream media that she is not a graduate of her school. Although Marcos only said that she completed her studied in both schools. Mayor Du30-Carpio defends Marcos, saying that Leni Robredo should not talk about honesty. She is known as a Fake VP for nothing. This should not be an election issue because all candidates supposedly lie anyway, she declares.

Honesty is a Decision One Can Make

Although Pimentel believes that honesty is “important”, he cannot instill it to all people. It is the right thing to do but we are not in the position to judge. It should also be understood that if some people can trust a person who is not honest, then that it is his decision,” he added. Marcos actually did not lie. She knows that she consistently was in the dean’s list and even attended her graduation ceremony from UP Law. However, her diploma was withheld because of Princeton’s taking her out of the list of graduates following the criticisms of some anti-Marcos followers.

Senator Pimentel’s Unpopularity

Pimentel suffers from recent unpopularity because of his slow and ineffective handling of the Senate inquiry on election fraud in 2016. Supporters of the clean election advocate, Atty. Glenn Chong who is among the top senatorial candidates as per an online survey criticizes his impositions to the Comelec or lack of them. Even Mayor Sara was also not happy with him once. He can actually do better than what he said about Imee and Bongbong Marcos. That might give him a chance to at least get more votes.

Is Senator Koko Pimentel Falling Short of his Promise to Present Smartmatic to the Public?

senator

By: Elena Grace Flores

During the last Senate committee meeting on September 13, 2018, Senator Koko Pimentel pledged that Smartmatic people must divulge their knowledge on the alleged 2016 election fraud. Two months had passed by and this promise is still hanging. However, he prioritizes the filing of his questionable certificate of candidacy and his recent marriage. Does this mean that there’s no more public hearing on this issue?

YouTube video by Radyo Pilipinas 738

[VIDEO]: Disqualification case isinampa laban kay Sen. Koko Pimentel sa Comelec

Two Kinds of Senate Hearings

There are two types of hearings in the Senate. First is the public hearing where it is open to the media and the public. Then, the executive sessions where the media and the public are not allowed. Only members of the Senate and the Congress can attend such meeting. Atty. Glenn Chong’s team members are worried that Senator Pimentel’s committee would opt for the executive session. Given that this could save Smartmatic from further embarrassments.

Pre-judged Case?

Smartmatic in partnership with Comelec is obviously very powerful. Only a public hearing can justify a clean mid-term election. However, it is notable that Pimentel’s committee is very quiet nowadays. It could be that an executive session is now cooking if the running Senator is in connivance with the riding in tandem, as Atty. Chong puts it.

Regaining the Public’s Trust

As long as the Smartmatic witnesses cannot be presented in a public hearing, the people will surely doubt the integrity of the elections in 2019. It would look like the committee is protecting the Comelec and Smartmatic fraud syndicates. The Senate would surely lose its credibility as a worst-case scenario.

Confusion on the Law

The Constitution provides that the term of office of a senator is six years and that no senator can run for more than two consecutive terms. “In the case of Pimentel, he lost in the May 2007 election for senator but eventually won his election protest against Senator (Juan Miguel) Zubiri in August 2011 and served merely the remaining two years unexpired term of Zubiri from August 2011 to June 2013”. Pimentel’s election lawyers cited the 2017 case of Albania vs. Comelec, where the High Court reiterated its previous similar doctrines in other election cases that the period of time that an elective official served after winning his election protest “did not constitute a complete and full service of his term as he did not hold the office for the full term of three years to which he was supposedly entitled to.” Other lawyers also disagree with this analysis.

Newly-Wed Blues

Pimentel, 54, married partner Kathryna Yu, 36, in a civil wedding ceremony last October 18, at the Coconut Palace. Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonio Carpio officiated the wedding, which was attended by big names in politics and showbiz. President Rodrigo Du30 and close aide Bong Go who also runs for Senator led the principal sponsors. Despite the newly-wed blues, Atty. Chong still insists on Pimentel’s response as to when the next public hearing would be on the election fraud issue?

Bongbong Marcos’ Electoral Protest Recount Now Progresses to Negros Occidental

protest

By: Elena Grace Flores

According to Atty. Glenn Chong, Bongbong Marcos’ protest is nearing its end. The revision in Iloilo and Camarines Sur is almost finished. Furthermore, 1284 ballot boxes are being retrieved for Negros Oriental. This is the last province of the 3 provinces set by PET for the recount. If Justice Caguioa’s timetable would be followed, the revision should be finished by November. Depending on the numbered of recovered votes in his favor, he can then decide to continue to other places or stop to fast-track the decision.

Youtube video by Elena Grace Flores

[VIDEO]: Atty. Chong reveals the digital election manipulation using his technical expertise.

Checking the Validity of Marcos’ Heavy Losses in Negros Occidental

Negros Oriental is one of the 20 provinces that is being protested. This is as Dumaguete City Election Officer Gildu Agoncillo discloses. On the records, Leni Robredo had 255,000 votes while Marcos loses heavily with only 66,000 votes. This is the biggest difference all throughout the country by the percentage. Hence, Negros Oriental is third on the list of the three pilot provinces.

Atty. Chong’s Analysis of the Protest

Atty. Chong thinks that we will finally know how much votes will Robredo still have over Marcos’. That is if there would still be any left. Furthermore, he thinks that if we get to this point, Marcos will have a substantial recovery. The protest will then continue, as the second stage.

Procedural Verdict

At the second stage, If Marcos completely overtakes Robredo’s votes that she can’t take back with her counter-protest, he can then withdraw the protest on the remaining provinces so it won’t take more time. Because, at this point, the show will be over for Robredo and the yellows.

Justification of Robredo’s Camp

According to Robredo’s legal counsel, Emil Maranon, If the complaint was dismissed then there would be no need to do the recount on the 17 other provinces. The recount of the 17 provinces depends on the recount of the pilot provinces. They are still hoping for a miracle to happen.

Election Hearing Development

According to Chong, Not only was the votes stolen from the people but this syndicate or the Smartmatic-Comelec connivance insults Filipinos. Consequently, Senator Koko Pimentel says that Smartmatic would have to answer on who among their employees were watching porn using the DNS server while the votes were being counted. That’s how lightly he is taking the country’s security measures during elections.

Bongbong Marcos Explains Leadership Changes for the Economy and Technology Advancement

Economy

By: Elena Grace Flores

It’s the economy, stupid” is a slight variation of the phrase “The economy, stupid”, which James Carville had coined as a campaign strategist of Bill Clinton‘s successful 1992 presidential campaign against sitting president George H. W. Bush. Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo’s version was telling Pnoy; It’s the economy, student. Meanwhile, Bongbong Marcos talks about the track record of now Speaker Arroyo when it comes to the infrastructure of the economy when she was President. He said that such leadership change including Senator Tito’s Sotto’s takeover as the Senate President is crucial for the progress of the country.

Youtube video by; Bongbong Marcos

[VIDEO]: It turns out Clinton was right when he said, “It’s the economy, stupid.”

The First Female Speaker of the House

The anti-Arroyo faction must be outraged but former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo wins the house speakership post. She is the first female ever to be Speaker of the Philippines’ House of Representatives. The courageous woman is also the only former Philippine President to become speaker. While it is the first time in over a decade that in the middle of a President’s term the Speaker is replaced, Marcos is confident with Arroyo. There is no leader who has a greater sense of the economy as the former President, he said.

A Long Planned Transfer of Power

Without hesitation, Pimentel had formally nominated Sotto as his successor. Sotto now serves as the second Senate president of the 17th Congress. The transfer of power had long been planned, Pimentel says as he resigned from the position. It is done so peacefully and willingly.

The Impact of AI on the Economy

With the development of artificial intelligence comes the elimination of some jobs. But surely with this technology, we can witness the evolution of most professional landscapes. As research predicts, 1.8 million jobs will be gone by 2020, but 2.3 million jobs would be created. While the AI technology will lead to the extinction of repetitive jobs, we can see it morph and enhance creative jobs. These things should be considered while looking at the economy, Marcos says.

The Depreciation of Peso

The peso is weakening. With weak Philippine trade numbers as well as expectations of an interest rate increase in the US, the peso remains weak against the dollar. This according to Jonathan Ravelas, Chief Market Strategist of BDO Unibank Inc. This will certainly work to the benefit of exporters and dollar earners, as well as the families of OFWs, Cid Terosa, Dean of the University of Asia and the Pacific School of Economics said. Arroyo still worries however of its future implications, Marcos says. The depreciation of the Peso Value on the flip side may spur inflation. That can negatively impact the purchasing power of the common Filipino.

Marcos-Friendly Leadership

The electoral protest of Bongbong Marcos against VP Leni Robredo may still be uncertain. But now not only the President is Marcos-friendly. The heads of the Congress and the Senate are now on the same boat.  The current line of succession to the office of the President of the Philippines is specified by the 1987 Constitution. During the Marcos era, the line of succession would be amended to include a newly created cabinet or ministerial offices. The line of presidential succession follows the order of Vice President, President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives. In case of death, permanent disability, or inability of these officials, Congress shall, by law, provide for the manner of selection of the person who is to act as President until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.

Atty Chong Walked Out From Senate Hearing as Senator Pimentel Barred him from Speaking

Senator

By: Elena Grace Flores

Atty. Glenn Chong walked out of the Senate hearing on the electoral reforms as Comelec explained their answers to the allegations tolerated by Senator Koko Pimentel. The latter blamed it to lack of time. He apologized that not all resource persons were given the chance o talk. Chong urges the people not to vote lawmakers who are biased with Comelec’s nonsense explanations.

Youtube video by; DU30 News

[VIDEO]:  ATTY GLEN CHONG NAG WALK OUT DAHIL AYAW PAGSALITAIN SA SENATE HEARING NI KOKO PIMENTEL!

Comelec Did Not Address the Anomalies

Comelec’s lengthy presentation made no relevance whatsoever to the specific anomalies raised by Chong in the previous hearing. Senator Tito Sotto even warned them that they have to provide factual evidence to counter the allegations because his sources are IT experts that can’t be fooled. However, Pimentel allowed Comelec’s nonsense stories to eat up the time.

Group Walk Out

The supporters of Chong followed suit after his walk out when they were informed that he is giving an interview outside of the hearing video. They swear that the event will be posted on social media as soon as they can. The people should know which bets for the seats of Senator do not deserve such votes in the 2019 elections.

Comelec to Retain Smartmatic for 2019

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV was seen at the beginning of the hearing. Sotto also left after a few minutes. The flow of the manifestations was solely in the hands of Pimentel. His partiality is very obvious here. However, he is open to the Hybrid treatment of the upcoming election that would clarify any surprises of fraudulent activities after the poll.

Fooling Around with their Answers

Those in charge of this very expensive propaganda campaign were so good at their job that they apparently even “convinced” government station PTV4 not to air the hearing live and the local gatekeepers of popular social media platform Facebook to take down pages that shared the YouTube video of the proceedings posted by the Senate, said the Manila Times.

A Big Election Fraud Against the People

Comelec now means the collector of Smartmatic proceeds. Social media marketers are one in making the call of Atty. Chong a massive campaign on letting the public know how he was ignored by the committee head. Many of them are publishing live coverages online. Few videos made it to the Youtube channel in real-time. The people must be aware that the manipulation of the country’s election is supported by some LP players as seen in the video.

Senator Lacson’s Sotto-Pimentel Senate Presidency Agreement Announcement Premature but True

senator

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

acting workshop

Seniority-wise, Senate Majority Leader Vicente “Tito” Sotto III is set to succeed Senate President Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III. This can happen within this year, Senator Panfilo Lacson said. He cites that both seem to have an “agreement” that the Senate would respect. However, the senators deny this at this time but assure the public that they would soon talk. Previously, Senator Sotto reveals that he has reliable sources that can shed light on the anomalies of the 2016 election that is now the subject of the ongoing VP recount. The change of leadership can definitely give Bongbong Marcos an upper hand against Vice President Leni Robredo.

Youtube video by; News5Everywhere

[VIDEO]: Bukas daw si Sen. Tito Sotto kung sakaling ipasa sa kanya ang liderato sa Senado.

Senator Lacson’s View

Senator Lacson estimates that the change in Senate leadership may happen in June or July, or in October at the latest. He speaks logically based on the legal process. Pimentel needs to give up his post for his re-election bid. Sotto is next in line in terms of experience.

No Agreement Yet

In previous reports, Lacson said the Senate will respect the agreement between the two if there’s any. However, Pimentel is yet to talk to Sotto on this matter. Sotto also confirms that there is no direct indication yet on that issue. There must be a caucus because two parties cannot decide only by themselves.

Will Talk Soon

Pimentel said there is “no agreement” yet. However, he added: “But will talk to Senator Sotto immediately upon arrival from Europe. Then hold majority caucus.” He is ready to vacate the post once the required 13 votes are reached. This pronouncement jives with Sotto’s thoughts. Therefore, it is likely to happen really soon.

Much Favored Senate President to Be

Like Pimentel, Sotto is a staunch ally of President Rodrigo Du30. The only difference is, there’s no doubt of his loyalty whereas Pimentel can be “friendly” to the Liberal Party members. Sotto also is the most senior among all senators and has more core allies in the chamber than Pimentel, whose only party mate is neophyte Senator Manny Pacquiao. Sotto definitely gets the nod of the majority with his expose and exchanges against the unpopular VP.

The DOE Cites the Proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law as the Reason for the Deuterium Exploration Delay

Deuterium

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

acting workshop

Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri, the chairman of the sub-committee on the BBL, reiterates the Senate’s commitment to passing the Proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law bill. Zubiri earlier said that President Rodrigo Du30 expresses the commitment to certify the bill as urgent. This shows clearly that the President is not a dictator as supported by former Senator Bongbong Marcos. However, the power struggle in both the Senate and the Congress causes the delay of the country’s progress. Currently, the Department of Energy cites the pending Bangsamoro issue as the cause for the issuance delay of the oil and gas exploration permit that allows EMGVCI to develop deuterium deposits as hydrogen fuel for the country’s consumption.

Republishing of PTV’s Youtube video by; Elena Grace Flores
[VIDEO]: Du30 has appealed to both the Congress and the Senate but until now resistance is still strong from both chambers. This is an extract from PTV’s news clipping: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsOuo…

A Priority for the Senate

The Senate will prioritize the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) and not the impeachment trial against Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno when the Senate resumes its sessions in May, Senate Majority Leader Vicente “Tito” Sotto III said recently.  However, prior to the April 2  recount of Bongbong Marcos’ electoral protest, Sotto exposes evidence of digital election fraud during the 2016 election.

The Delaying Game of the Anti-Marcos

[VIDEO]: FORMER SENATOR Ferdinand _Bongbong_ R. Marcos Jr., chair of the Senate Committee on Local Government,

Former Senate President Aquilino Pimentel Jr. despite the son’s alleged commitment to the Du30 administration questions the possible violations of the proposed parliamentary system of the Bangsamoro government and the implementation of Shariah laws. Pimentel said the system of government should be presidential, consistent with the 1987 Constitution. It is noted that former Senator Pimentel is an anti-Marcos. Koko Pimentel is also an indirect rival of Bongbong Marcos in the Vice Presidency because, in the constitution, the Senate President is next in line to the VP Post.

Different Faces of the Resistance at the Hearing

[VIDEO]: Senate hearing on the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law

The co-sponsor of the said law, Senator Risa Hontiveros said this previously in her speech; Bangsamoro is our commitment to peace. A peace that is built on and strengthened by democratic ideals, empowerment, progress, and justice. A peace that has long been awaited by a nation that is trying to heal from its fractured history. She also stresses this; With the Bangsamoro Basic Law, a bill I proudly co-sponsor, we renew our commitment to democracy. The persistent strife and poverty in the region took its damaging toll on our democratization project. So, this lady senator from the opposition is into the passing the law in line with the Presidents wishes. Isn’t she the one who accuses Du30 with term extensions through federalism, and entering into a compromise agreement with the Marcoses?

EMGVCI’s Stand

Banking on the Bangsamoro Basic Law does not make sense because of the A. O. R. is not within the area of ARMM. The property in question for the oil and gas exploration has a T. C. T. privately owned by Maulana. It also has M. O. A from the previous owner, Petronas Oil, OFyzia.  He bought the rights for 10 million USD and has a PNOC-approved permit from all the Barangays, Mayors, and provincial officers. It’s a  Maguindanao A. O. R. NOT a Tausog. However, we don’t want to deal with the oligarch’s big companies and consortium. Our group is a 100 percent Filipino including the engineers from Aramco Petronas Texas oil. We have all-Filipino technicians who are best in the world. They work for Maulanan Oil,  Mindanao, Philippines; said the chairman of the Filipino Consortium.

Cayetano Can’t be a Threat to Bongbong Marcos’ Possible Vice Presidency

Presidency

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Cayetano versus Marcos social media battles emerged right after President Du30’s VP speech. He said that if one of them is his successor, then he can already resign. Nonetheless, DFA Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano is actually not in the position to compete with Bongbong Marcos when it comes to the Vice Presidency. According to the 1987 Constitution, the order of the line of succession is the Senate first. Then the Speaker of the House of Representatives is second. That is once Vice President Leni Robredo is impeached which is not the case at all. Only the Marcos-Robredo electoral protest holds much weight right now. So, the VP race is just between the two.

Video by; Pinoy Epic Viral Videos Channel

[VIDEO]: Kung nanalo lang sana si Cayetano o si Marcos wala na akong problema

Presidential Admiration

The President openly admires the leadership style of the late President Ferdinand Marcos. He considers the Marcos clan as important political allies who are helping him in rebuilding the nation. He is counting on the younger Marcos to take over the Presidency at the soonest possible time which adheres to the Philippine constitution. This is if Bongbong Marcos is successful in his protest to assume the Vice Presidency come 2018.

No Cayetano in the VP Line-Up

In an impeachment rap for the Vice President, the Senate President takes over which is Senator Koko Pimentel. In case of his inability, the Speaker of the House is next in line which is Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez. He will act as Vice-President until the elected or the chosen one qualifies. If Bongbong Marcos wins in the electoral protest against Leni Robredo, he can immediately be installed in the VP post. Therefore, Pimentel or Alvarez’ take-over can be temporary. Although, it is not necessary for the time being since no case such case survived to remove Robredo.

.

Speculations have No Legal Basis

The speculations that Cayetano as the president’s running mate aspires to replace Robredo has no legal basis. He is not in the line of VP succession. He seems happy as DFA Secretary. His previous debates with Marcos were for political survival. The yellow traces in him are normal. Considering that many Senators and Congressmen shifted to the president’s PDP Laban from the Liberal Party.

Marcos as VP in 2018 is Still on Track

Marcos reiterates that once the recount is already on schedule by the Supreme Court, it takes only 2 to 3 months to know if he has merits to the case.  He is always for unity and to deal with misunderstandings among the supporters of the DFA Secretary is the last thing on his list. Loyalists must be prepared also to support the favored Du30-Marcos tandem by understanding the feelings of the followers of the rest of the unsuccessful 2016 Vice Presidentiables. That way, we can all stand united for nation-building.

Not the Senator: Rep. Johnny Pimentel Dreams of Seeing Two Marcoses Behind Bars

senator

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

The Vice Presidential line of succession does not include Rep. Johnny Pimentel. Although he has the same last name with Senator Aquilino or Koko Pimentel who is the Senate President. He was once involved in the Pork barrel scam that implicates the Senator who denied it. So far, he’s just a menace to that surname. Under the constitution, the Senate President and the Speaker of the House of Representatives are next in line to the VP post should it be vacated.

Youtube video by; PTV
[VIDEO]:  Ilocos Norte Gov. Imee Marcos, handang humarap sa Kamara

Senator-Governor Pork Clash

Senator Koko Pimentel claimed that his signature was forged in a 2012 memorandum of agreement. It was signed between Antonio Fleta, the undersecretary for finance before and Surigao Del Sur Governor Johnny Pimentel. According to the MOA, Pimentel was allocated the funds for marginal farmers in Surigao Del Sur but the Senator insists that his signature was forged.

The Ultimate Dream

Johnny Pimentel, who chairs the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability said that the country may soon see two Marcoses behind bars. It is likely the scenario if Ilocos Norte Gov. Imee Marcos won’t show up in the House inquiry on July 25, he confirmed.

Difficult Arrest

He said arresting a Marcos would be very difficult. If they will issue a warrant for the arrest, to do that to a popular incumbent governor who is a Marcos is a big challenge. This is a possibility given that the people of Ilocos Norte are behind Marcos.

Yellow Motivation

Pimentel also said the governor’s brother, Bongbong Marcos should refrain from advising his sister – to disregard the House inquiry. To disobey a court summons is against the law. The question is, where is the democracy? Liberal Party politicians are noted to claim that they are Democrats but their actions are very undemocratic.

If Impeachment against Robredo can divide the Nation, How about Recount for Bongbong Marcos?

Robredo

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez threatens to file an impeachment complaint against Robredo for alleged betrayal of public trust. Her video message for a side event of the United Nations drugs body destroyed the country’s image before the international community. On the other hand, Senator Koko Pimentel stresses that if and when Robredo is impeached and convicted, her removal does not mean that her rival, Bongbong Marcos can automatically take her place.

Youtube video by; News5Everywhere
[VIDEO]: Mahihirapan daw na maisulong ang planong impeachment laban kay VP Robredo ngayong nagsalita na si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte. Yan ay ayon kay Senate Pres. Koko Pimentel

Not Duly-Elected VP

Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez cannot consider Robredo as VP because he doubts her election victory. He has no one in mind to replace her in case she gets ousted through impeachment. Robredo narrowly won the vice presidential election last over former senator Bongbong Marcos. He has a pending electoral protest against Robredo with the Supreme Court sitting as a presidential electoral tribunal. The constitution dictates that next in line for Robredo is Pimentel then Alvarez. If the post is declared vacant, the president can appoint a replacement from both Houses which is subject to confirmation by the Senate and CA.

Betrayal of Public Trust

Alvarez reiterates his contention that the Robredo betrayed public trust when she sent a video message to the United Nations side event criticizing extrajudicial killings and human rights violations in the President’s war on drugs. He said that the video has put the Philippine leader and the nation in a bad light before the international community.

Impeachment Not for Marcos

It is true that the Marcoses are the president’s allies. He once introduced Marcos to Chinese officials as the incoming vice president if he wins the electoral protest against Robredo. On insinuations that he wants Robredo impeached so that his choice for vice president could take over, Alvarez said that the issue at hand was her having possibly betrayed the public’s trust. It is not PDu30’s goal to impeach her to let Marcos replace her.

Email: elenagraceflores@gmail.com

Theory on Robredo’s Legitimacy

A trivia from Pastor Boy Saycon’s Binay Camp says that there is an intentional and pre-planned human creation that evident in Robredo’s administration attacks. Ex-Pnoy once said that he shall do everything in his power to stop Du30 and Marcos from winning. The president’s then secret alliance with Binay made him safe fro the Liberal Party’s black propaganda that destroyed Binay. But Robredo emerged victorious fraudulently.  A clandestine operation was implemented by Comelec and Smartmatic. An alleged former executive secretary led the sinister operation. Comelec Head was hands-on. By-pass operations were done at Lucena, Cabuyao, and Tarlac to reconfigure. President Du30 was robbed of around 5 million votes, so are then VP Binay by 6 million votes and Bongbong Marcos by around 3.5 million votes.
