[VIDEO]: Presidential aspirant Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is still in the race.
Robredo Vows to Beat Bongbong Marcos
The questionable VP Leni Robredo vows to beat Bongbong Marcos after the Comelec rules in favor of the most popular presidential aspirant. Robredo seems to get her confidence back after the alleged Comelec data hacking. However, many voters are asking what happened to the former Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista. He’s still in exile in the US after his wife accused him of having unexplained wealth during the 2016 elections.
A Hand in the Election
Bautista’s wife, Patricia implies that her husband’s unusual wealth may have something to do with the massive election fraud in 2016. She testifies that he allegedly received bribes during the said poll. Robredo was the highest mainstream media advertiser at that time while Bongbong Marcos was defeated with a very slim margin. Although IT experts identified a suspicious pattern on the data increase that gave Robredo the advantage after a sudden disruption of transmissions during the wee hours right after the election day.
Bongbong Marcos Retains his Lead
Bongbong Marcos retains his lead despite the many black media propaganda against him. His popularity even increases after the Comelec rules in his favor over the DQ petitions. The ballots are definitely with his name on them. That would leave the people to be vigilant when casting their votes in May 2022. While the IT experts continue to scrutinize the election system. The no-election scenario is unlikely.
[VIDEO]: Willie Revillame: The Country would Suffer under a Neophyte Leader
Willie Revillame is not for the Senate
Willie Revillame deliberately turned an offer from the President to run for senator under the administration. This is because he doesn’t know anything about politics. Not to mention law-making strategies. He can serve the country better in his current capacity.
The Presidency is not for Revenge
The popular TV host criticizes Leni Robredo’s intention to block Bongbong Marcos from the presidency. She said that she decides to run to prevent a Marcos from coming back to the executive office. Willie Revillame is disgusted with this pronouncement of hers.
A Public Servant is better than a Politician
Revillame advises the presidential aspirants like Manny Pacquiao to know what they are getting into. Public service is good. But politicking has no place in a peaceful country. A president should have the wisdom to run all aspects of the country. He also thanked Senator Bong Go for being true to himself.
The protest of Bongbong Marcos against the presumptive Vice President Leni Robredo makes noise again after he submits a memorandum to Presidential Electoral Tribunal to reconsider, review and re-examine preliminary results of poll recount. Then proceed to his 3rd cause of action for PET to conduct technical exam in 3 Mindanao provinces. He also argues that even granting Robredo won in the recount of ballots despite irregularities, her lead is “not mathematically insurmountable.” Therefore, it cannot render his third cause of action moot.
YouTube video by Elena Grace Flores Marcos, Robredo camps debate on Rule 65
Analyzing the Numbers
Assuming Robredo leads the race by 263,473 votes, Marcos could easily surpass this overall margin. It’s because Robredo stands to lose 497,985 votes after the annulment of election results in the 3 Mindanao provinces. This third cause of action is based on terrorism, intimidation and harassment of voters. Pre-shading of ballots resulting to the illegality of ballots and the impossibility to distinguish with reasonable certainty between the lawful and unlawful ballots warrant Marcos’ request for the annulment of the results.
The Recount is NOT the Only Basis for the Race
The second cause of action is based on the misappreciation in the counting of ballots which require revision NDappreciation. However, this is not the only basis. Therefore, Robredo’s alleged 15,000 additional votes are not relevant because they can also be the result of fraudulent activities or VCM manipulations.
The Opponent’s Action
Robredo immediately urges the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) to “immediately dismiss” Bongbong Marcos’ election protest for allegedly failing to show “substantial recovery” in the initial recount. Her camp stresses Rule 65 but we already know that the conditions did not end there. Besides, Marcos’ protest has 3 course of actions.
DOST Region 7 Director Paradela clarifies that they are not meddling with the tasks of the Department of Education that was hit by
Evidence Not a Problem
The PET orders Marcos to “present evidence.” This is to justify resorting to a technical examination of the ballots in 3 Mindanao provinces. This is necessary to allow the protest to proceed to Marcos’ third cause of action. It seeks to annul the election results in those areas. The late president Ferdinand Marcos’ son awaits such a presentation of evidence. Since they have massive proofs of fraud against the opponent.

A fellow UP product, Atty. Bruce Rivera defends Imee Marcos from the presumptive Vice President, Leni Robredo’s bitch-talking over her radio program. He said that graduate or not from UP or Princeton, the governor is more successful than any summa cum laude like Hilbay or magna cum laude like him. Considering that her family’s humiliation due to black media propaganda drags on for over 30 years. This is after Robredo accuses Marcos of lying despite her own very notable reputation of being a great liar herself.
[VIDEO]: Otso Diretso to Bulacan youth: Will you vote for somebody who lies about college degrees?
Otso Diretso is Straight to the Loo Because of Imee Marcos
The opposition senatorial candidates hit administration bet, Imee Marcos. Like Robredo, they also accuse her of lying for saying that she graduates from Princeton University and the UP College of Law. Former solicitor general Florin Hilbay was first to take a swipe against Marcos. Someone runs yet lies about her diploma, Hilbay announced. Veteran election lawyer Romy Macalintal follows suit. He said that they must scrutinize the backgrounds of each of the candidates. He urges them not to entrust their future in the hands of thieves. Then Macalintal turns to Marcos. Former Quezon congressman Erin Tañada also shares his failures to pass the bar examinations twice before passing it on his 3rd try. Tañada said the students should vote for candidates who have integrity. Then lashes on Marcos all the same.
Leni Robredo’s Bitchiness
The Vice President who faces an electoral protest by Marcos’ brother, Bongbong Marcos alludes to the eldest daughter of the late President Ferdinand Marcos for not engaging in senatorial debate to address the issue. What’s worse is the others can really continuously lie…Just like about her studies in UP and Princeton, there were lies, right?, Robredo confirms. Marcos declares she graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines (UP) College of Law and earned a master’s degree in religion and politics from Princeton University in the United States. But both universities have debunked Marcos’ claims about her educational credentials. This is despite visual evidence and testimonies of her batch mates.
The temporary Vice President zeroes in on Marcos and other administration-backed senatorial candidates from Hugpong ng Pagbabago party for not joining televised debates. In her radio show, Robredo said the HNP candidates should let the people know where they stand on policies and issues through a public debate. Our candidates and the others join, but they don’t come, especially those who are okay in the survey. So how would the people know the issues against them or their beliefs where they stand, what they feel about issues? she asked.
Just for Media Mileage
Senatorial candidates of the opposition slate Otso Diretso are challenging administration bets to a debate to gain publicity, Malacañang said. Presidential spokesman, Salvador Panelo said that the administration candidates did not accept the challenge because they did not want to give their opponents media mileage. “I can understand that those from the other side, they want to debate because it would give them publicity. The administration candidates did not want to give their rivals publicity,” Panelo said in an interview.
Atty. Bruce Rivera’s Defense
Atty. Rivera is not surprised with the missing record any other way because they do happen in the Philippines and elsewhere depending on the authority at the time. He just explains the logic of why would Marcos claim that she qualified – just to be humiliated in her political career? The fact that she has been governor of Ilocos Norte. She was also its congresswoman for the longest time when both the Romuadez and Marcos name were a curse. Marcos is indeed very successful without becoming much of a scandal like Robredo, Rivera insinuates.

Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles pities ex-CNN reporter, Maria Ressa because she has lost control of the media because of social media. Real people can already counteract all her misinformation online. This is in time for the 2019 election when Filipinos have to choose vital government lawmakers particularly senators and district representatives in the Congress. Ressa’s tweet triggers them to expose themselves just to prove that they are real people behind the Du30 administration who is in favor of Bongbong Marcos and not trolls as per her claim.
[VIDEO]: Atty Trixie Cruz Angeles is meeting up with dds bloggers. They are reals. They are not fakes, they are not paid trolls as Maria Ressa of Rappler insists to the world.
Follow Trixie Cruz Angels on FaceBook:
The 18th Congress
The 2019 elections for the House of Representatives of the Philippines will be for the 35th lower house in the Philippines and will be held on May 13, 2019. All seats in the House of Representatives of the Philippines will be contested. The winners will serve in the 18th Congress of the Philippines from June 30, 2019, to June 30, 2022.
Maria Ressa is Public Enemy No. 1
International media picks up Ressa’s story that there are alleged cases of harassing journalists as one of the President’s specialties. They even call Du30 the strongman president of the Philippines. They depict him as someone who goes after her, a former CNN reporter and a founder of the online news site Rappler. Her news platform caters to just criticize the current government, his works, and allies. Atty, She has criminal charges because of tax evasion and libel. She also faces criticisms through Facebook because of the lies that she spread out.
Real People and NOT Trolls
Supporters of Du30 who are also Pro-Marcos troop to the office of news website Rappler to prove to its chief that they are “not trolls.” Trolls refer to netizens employed to attack using inflammatory statements or even fake information on social media. Du30 supporter Mark Lopez made the visit following Ressa’s tweet last week that trolls were deployed to misinform her friends and colleagues such as former United States Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and CNN journalist Christiane Amanpour.
In the Light of Marcos’ VP Recount
Ressa and her cohorts are making noise to cover up the ongoing recount of Bongbong Marcos. The presumptive vice president, Leni Robredo already opposes the recount in Mindanao. Marcos’ counsel, lawyer Vic Rodriguez dismisses the statements of Macalintal that Marcos’ evidence of fraud are not substantial. “We believe that all statements coming from Macalintal are nothing but a drive to earn “media mileage” in his quixotic effort to bring relevance to the carcasses of his Senate bid,” Rodriguez said. He added that it is only the tribunal that can decide on the merits of the electoral protest of Marcos against Robredo.
The Problem of Maria Ressa
Atty. Trixie nails it when she said that the problem with Maria Ressa is that, she does not respect opposing views. She has become a public enemy number one because of her false reports. It is in fact not Du30 who suppresses freedom of speech but Ressa’s network that aims to mislead people locally and abroad to destabilize a government that she doesn’t like. Unfortunately for Ressa, common Filipinos do not hesitate to come out of the open to defend the truth because social media has allowed them to voice out, at last for the longest time.

Atty. Glenn Chong, one of the hottest faces to run for a Senate seat this 2019 election explains during an interview his affiliations with Bongbong Marcos. It happens that he asks Atty. George Garcia to include his name in the list of attorneys for Marcos’ defense team to prove a technical anomaly of Smartmatic. However, he never shows up during interpolations to protect Marcos. Therefore, he insists that he is not one of his electoral protest lawyers against the presumptive Vice President, Leni Robredo.
[VIDEO]: Si dating Biliran Rep. Glenn Chong ang haharap sa matinding job interview kasama si News5 Chief Luchi Cruz-Valdes. Karapat-dapat kaya siya para sa iyong boto?
2016 Transmission Anomalies/h3>
Chong points out 459 precincts already transmit their results that generate at least 220,000 votes before the election which are substantial enough for Robredo’s win. In the future, he recommends that if there’s a hybrid system with manual voting and counting, the physical counts are already in the precincts’ record. These can then be the basis for the digital transmissions should there be suspicious trends like in Robredo’s case.
Atty. Glenn Chong Needs to be a Senator
Chong confirms bluntly that he needs to be a Senator to be able to defeat the cheaters during elections. He would have his own legal forums and authority to defend his stand on clean election systems. As a private person, the mechanisms are limited to flourish his idealism to protect the people’s votes. He swears to realize this promise when elected.
Breaking his Spirit on Aide’s Murder
150 million is hilarious to be paid by a syndicate just to break Glenn Chong’s spirit according to the interviewer. She made it sound bizarre that someone actually would pay that to discourage a guy like Chong. He answers with the utmost composure saying that he’s noisy. Perhaps a pain in the neck for the election manipulators. Chong believes that Richard Santillan’s case was meant to scare him in pursuing his advocacy.
Political Platform Supported by Data
The anti-poverty projects of Glenn Chong follow the 3 foundations of health, education, and transportation. Poverty incidence in Biliran in 2007 was 65% but immediately drops to 30% after Chong left in just 3 years. He addresses the anchor’s question with legitimate data that cannot be contested.
Bongbong Marcos Support is Coincidental
Chong did not intend to protect Bongbong Marcos for his electoral protest fight but his concrete findings on Smartmatic’s anomalies put a lot of weight on Marcos’ case. Besides, he has a very effective online and offline systems that encourage common people to take part in his campaigns. Filipinos definitely need a Senator like him.

Atty. Glenn Chong sees lowering of criminal age as a way to move children away from adult criminals and syndicates. “By lowering the age, we actually remove more of these children away from them,” he said. Chong added that rehabilitation facilities should also be given adequate funding to ensure that children are “well” rehabilitated. “If our goal is to rehabilitate, there must be enough funds necessary to bring back their dignity,” he said. This is contrary to Bam Aquino’s stand who disagrees with the bill. He explains that syndicates or parents should be punished instead of children.
[VIDEO]: #Harapan2019: Glenn Chong on age of criminal responsibility
The House Approves the Bill
The House committee on justice approves the bill that would lower the minimum age of criminal responsibility from 15 years old to 9 years old. Last January 21, the justice panel gave its thumbs up to the substitute bill. This would amend Republic Act (RA) 10630, the law that currently retains the minimum age of criminal liability at 15. However, it allows children as young as 12 to be in youth care facilities or Bahay Pag-asa for serious crimes only. These include rape, murder, and homicide, among others.
Glenn Chong Got the Ultimate Purpose
House justice panel chairperson and Oriental Mindoro 1st District Representative Salvador Leachon said the bill primarily seeks to protect children from being used by syndicates to commit crimes. “Let it be understood that with the present bill, we are not putting these children in jail but in reformative institutions to correct their ways and bring them back to the community. They are not branded as criminals but children in conflict with the law,” said Leachon. The controversial, clean election advocate and lawyer, Glenn Chong explains this better than anyone else.
“Reformative institutions do not punish individuals. Instead, they are set to help the children to be integrated back to the community after they have committed criminal acts,” Leachon added. This is why Atty. Chong insists that it is necessary to have substantial funding if it’s rehabilitation that we are after for the children to have better opportunities in the future.
The Same Stand but Different Mindset
Former Metro Manila Development Authority chairman Francis Tolentino agrees to lower the age to 12 or 13. He said that the country needs a “reformative justice system” for children accused of crimes. Broadcast journalist Jiggy Manicad also said that law enforcers should go after “masterminds” and “drug lords” that use children in crimes.
No Funding from Marcos
Running alongside hong is another lawyer Lorenzo “Larry” Gadon. He agrees to lower the age to 12. Children already have “discernment at such age, ” he said. “Today’s kids are smarter, they know what’s wrong and right,” Gadon added. “They will commit a crime because they have in mind that no punishment is at stake, Both Gadon, and Chong are in line with the administration’s objectives. Better yet, their advocacies pave the way for Bongbong Marcos to have a better stand in his electoral protest against the presumptive Vice President, Leni Robredo. The two also deny that they get any financial support from the Marcoses. They claim that their findings just coincide with Marcos’ fight.

President Rodrigo Du30 recently said that the late President Ferdinand Marcos was right. During his time, he was really right, he added. He wanted to change the country’s name to Maharlika or the Republic of Maharlika. Maharlika is a Malay word and it means more of a concept of serenity and peace,” Du30 explained. “But it’s okay. When the time comes, let’s change the name. The President floats this idea as Bongbong Marcos, the only son of the late Philippine leader awaits the resolution of his VP electoral protest against Leni Robredo.
It is quite noticeable via social media that issues are raised to divide supporters of Marcos and Du30. Many posts imply that the President could have a hand to speed up the resolution of the VP electoral Protest that is now on its third year against the presumptive Vice President, Leni Robredo. However, if one observes the Filipino leader’s actions, it is a sure thing that he is doing everything in his power to set the record straight for Marcos but following the rule of law. Often, Du30 thinks out loud but these signify his true feelings and intentions. People can only realize his achievements when they finally happen.
Supreme Court Decision
Meanwhile, Marcos, in his extremely urgent motion of grave concern with omnibus motion, wants PET to order the Voters Identification Division of the Commission on Elections–Election Records and Statistics Department (Comelec ERSD). This is to produce the documents involving its technical examination on the Voters Registration Records (VRRs) as against Election Day Computerized Voter’s List (EDCVL) of 508 established precincts in the provinces of Lanao del Sur, Maguindanao, and Basilan. Robredo consistently opposes such forms of technical examinations of the ballots and insists for SC to use the allegedly tampered digital images.
Getting Rid of Spanish Colonialism
President spokesperson, Salvador Panelo said that President Du30 does not resent Spain’s 333-year colonial rule. He merely asserts the Filipinos’ national identity. “He said that Maharlika is a Malay word. Since we are Malays, we should have a name identified with us. I agree with him, I like the idea of Maharlika as a name for the Philippines,” Panelo clarified.
Two Arguments on the Name Change
There are two contradicting views about the supposed proposal to change the country’s name. “One, as one of my staff lawyers pointed out, the ‘Philippines’ is mentioned in the Constitution. So if you issued an executive order or passed legislation to rename it, some constitutional expert might say, ‘You cannot amend that, it’s in the Constitution’,” Panelo said. The other argument, according to the President’s spokesperson, is an instance where the name ‘Philippines’ was just established for the time being. The Constitution provides that Congress may enact a law that can change the name of the country. It needs to submit it to the people for a referendum,” Panelo said. He stresses that a mere executive order would not be effective.
Ferdinand Marcos for President in 2022
President Du3o certainly appears to endorse Ferdinand Marcos’ namesake. Ferdinand Marcos Jr., better known as Bongbong Marcos. He refers to him as his Vice President. It may be a lengthy process for Marcos to regain his position as the country’s second leader but Du30 potentially paves the way for his succession to the top job when he steps down before his term or in 2022 during the next Presidential elections.

Atty. Joseph Banguis, the lawyer of Wilfredo Keng explains that his client’s case with Maria Ressa is personal and nothing to do with politics. This is after the presumptive Vice President Leni Robredo denounces the arrest and overnight detention of Ressa. The VP who faces an electoral protest filed by Bongbong Marcos said; “We denounce this in the strongest terms.” She implies that the government is behind such action that would force journalists to follow what they want. Banguis reminds the public that Ressa’s slight inconvenience is nothing compared to the misfortunes she caused to his client.
[VIDEO]: Wilfredo Keng’s Lawyer Denies the Palace’s Hand on Maria Ressa’s Case.
The Rule of Law is Followed
Rappler CEO Maria Ressa fails to post bail Wednesday night and stays at the NBI. The Palace releases a statement on the issue. Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said that Maria’s case is not an issue of freedom of expression. This is contrary to Robredo’s statement. She denounces the arrest. There are different reactions to the arrest here and abroad. One thing is certain that the government follows the rule of law. This is why Ressa did not escape her rightful arrest, added Panelo.
The Victim’s Side
Keng’s lawyer is aghast when loud criticisms are everywhere in the mainstream media with regards to the progress of their case since 2012. Rappler’s pronouncements on the alleged involvement of his client with the late Chief Justice Renato Corona whom the Aquino administration removes through an impeachment proceeding causes a big blow to the business of his client. His reputation is also in question when the online media implicates him with their illegal drugs stories that they vehemently deny. The threat on his life is one that exceeds all sufferrings.
A Curse from the Grave
Many believe that Corona’s death due to a heart attack during his prosecution brings a curse to the Liberal Party. Despite their media propaganda using the mainstream press networks under their control. The LP bets for the Senatorial race in 2019 remain unpopular. Worst, the ranking of the existing reelection seekers from their party continue to slide down. One example is Senator Bam Aquino’s rank down that pushes the position of Gov. Imee Marcos up.
Ressa is a veteran journalist and critic of President Rodrigo Du30. She was arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents who served her arrest warrant in her office in Pasig City at 5m on Wednesday, Feb 13, 2019. Robredo comes to the aid of the libel case defendant and said: “It’s saddening. We denounce it in the strongest terms”. It seems that the presumptive VP has shown the people that she goes to the extent of siding criminals, offenders, and unlawful people in general just to discredit the President and his allies.
Political Harassment by Leni Robredo?
Leni Robredo also said; “Today, there’s political harassment because of expressing opinions; opposing certain policies becomes an excuse for suppressing the freedom of not just members of the media but also of those who dare to speak out.” This clearly causes division in the country. The supposed second leader of the country only shows that she is not serving the people – but the entities that gave her the title regardless of the people’s will.

Martial law bitterness works in the past with the presumptive VP Leni Robredo’s debates and speeches. They were able to separate the Filipino voters in their stand. Now, another opposition senatorial candidate and human rights lawyer Jose Manuel “Chel” Diokno counters his rival Ilocos Norte Gov. Imee Marcos’ stance on term limits. He cites his own situation during Martial Law contrary to the many advantages that the country still enjoys at the present time. Marcos insists that instead of the term limit, electoral reforms are needed to assure the people of clean and honest elections.
[VIDEO]: Pabor ka ba o hindi sa pagtanggal ng term limits sa mga mambabatas?
Removal of Term Limits
The two aspiring senators’ debate creates a stir on social media. Comments are more personal depending on which side netizens are on. Marcos and Diokno explain their position on the removal of term limits in the draft federal constitution. The governor said that instead of lessening the dynasty, the surname has become a franchise when the term limits were installed. She said that having term limits gives families an option to pass on their posts from father to “unknowledgeable wives” and “stubborn” children.
Marcos’ Factual Basis
Marcos cites the October 2011 study of Pablo Querubin at Harvard Academy for International and Area Studies in her arguments. She claims that the “Political Reform and Elite Persistence: Term Limits and Political Dynasties in the Philippines” study proves that having term limits is ineffective. Instead of just 67 percent of elected officials with similar family names, it rose to 91 percent. She adds that term limits hinder the plans of elected officials.
Diokno’s Emotional Stand
Diokno’s father, the late Sen. Jose “Pepe” Diokno, was detained during the Martial Law period, opposes this stance of Marcos. He did not mention the name of Imee’s father, the late President Ferdinand Marcos, but alludes to him during his rebuttal. He asks if the people already forgot his bitter experience.
Electoral Reforms Needed
Marcos’ alternative measure for the removal of term limits is electoral reforms as per the campaign of Atty. Glenn Chong. She helps in the research for the new Sanggunian Kabataan format that contains the first anti-dynasty provision. Under the said provision, Marcos explains that those with “second degree of civil relations, consanguinity and affinity” would not be allowed to run. Marcos also calls for studies on electoral reform and the real definition of a dynasty.
The House of Representatives approves on third and final reading its version of a federal constitution that scraps the term limits for members of the lower chamber and other local officials. Senators only have two terms while House members have a three-term tenure. Marcos’ idealism supports the advocacies of Atty. Chong and Toti Casino who disclose Smartmatic’s digital fraud that favors Robredo. Bongbong Marcos’ electoral protest is still ongoing.
