Simple EDSA Anniversary is Binay, Honasan, Marcos and the President’s Way of Moving On

Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

The Binay, Honasan, Marcos and the President’s alliance or Bihomadu shows its force for the very first time when Pastor Boy Saycon accompanied the witnesses of the fraudulent activity of the Liberal Party that benefits Vice President Leni Robredo at the senate. Their emergence is one substantial proof of Marcos’ electoral protest. On the EDSA celebration plan, it seems that Bihomadu again shows its existence.

Youtube video by; INQUIRER.net
[VIDEO]: Time to move on from merely celebrating the past. This was how Malacañang responded on Thursday to questions about why the Duterte administration chose “a simple and quiet” commemoration of the 31st anniversary of the Edsa People Power Revolution on February 25.

Simple and Quiet EDSA Celebration

The first EDSA People Power Revolution anniversary under the new administration is “simple and quiet.” It focuses on “moving the nation forward” rather than celebrate the past, Malacañang said. “It’s simple and very quiet… a reflection on nation-building,” the Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella discloses recently.

Future Goals

Abella explains that the public can expect a “shift” in the administration’s focus in this year’s EDSA celebration on February 25. Contrary to the previous shining event, this year, the anniversary looks towards the country’s future. “The emphasis is shifted. It is not anymore a celebration of the past; it now reflects on what the future holds… We are moving on from the past,” he said.

A Day of Reflection

This year’s 31st EDSA anniversary theme is “A Day of Reflection: Celebrating People Power for Nation Building to be exact.” Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea takes the lead in planning the event. He is the new head of the EDSA People Power Commission.

Time to Move On and not about Marcos

“It’s time to move on from just celebrating the past, remembering the past, and to move on into the whole aspect of nation-building. We should give it a more positive outlook and to.. give a more positive understanding.” “The whole nation evolves. We can’t get stuck in the past,” Abella added. Marcos is never mentioned in the explanation. However, Bihomadu announces the same way of moving on from the EDSA incident.

PET Found the Protest of Bongbong Marcos to be Sufficient in Form and Substance

Bongbong Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Contrary to VP Leni Robredo’s lawyer, Romulo Macalintal’s press release that Marcos’ electoral protest is dismissible because he can’t make Robredo responsible for his “general” allegations of electoral frauds and irregularities, PET rules that the protest contains narrations of ultimate facts on such anomalies in the questionable clustered precincts. Marcos can now move on to prove his allegations in due time,” the PET discloses.

Youtube video by; UNTV News and Rescue
[VIDEO]: Former Sen. Bongbong Marcos files a motion to set his election protest for preliminary conference.

Deliberations on the Proofs Submitted

Since the Tribunal finds the protest sufficient in form and substance, the process can now move to the emphasis of the veracity of the Marcos’ allegations. Marcos must prove the accusations with concrete evidence. The protest gets theTribunal’s go signal to proceed and give the protestant the opportunity to prove his case according to the 2010 PET Rules.”

Questions on Certificates of Canvass

The tribunal also dismisses Robredo’s claim that Marcos improperly raises the authenticity and due execution of certificates of canvass (COCs). They are the basis for vote tallies for the vice presidential post. Robredo must contest the issue in a pre-proclamation case filed before Congress acting as the National Board of Canvassers or NBOC.

Disqualification of the Vice President

The Section 4, Article VII of the 1987 Constitution relative to Rule 13 of the 2010 PET Rules provides that the Tribunal shall be the sole judge of all elections contests relating to the election, returns, and disqualifications of the President or Vice President of the Philippines. The phrase ‘election, returns and qualifications’ refers to all matters affecting the validity of the contestee’s title. That includes questions in the validity, authenticity, and correctness of the COCs,” the tribunal explains.

Bongbong Marcos Pleased with the Development

Although the tribunal denies Marcos’ bid to set aside Robredo’s response to the poll protest due to its late response. PET records showed Robredo received the summons and election protest on August 3, 2016, and not on August 2 as stated by the vice president in her response to the protest. Robredo has until August 13, 2016 to file her answer; but since August 13, 2016 is a Saturday, the filing of verified answer and counter-protest on August 15, 2016 is timely. Marcos’ legal spokesman Victor Rodriguez announces that despite of that, Bongbong Marcos is pleased with the decision.

Ferdinand Marcos on Healthcare Priority Agenda: Take Care of Filipino Hearts

Healthcare

By: Danilo Flores II

The next president of the Republic of the Philippines should put healthcare programs on top of the list of significant agenda. In the 2016 Presidential race, five contenders promised to ensure that all Filipinos must have a 100-percent Philhealth coverage. The present administration of President Digong aims to decongest the current specialty hospitals in Metro Manila. All provinces across the Philippines must at least have tertiary hospitals equipped with Intensive Care Units. If this is not possible in the current administration’s term, how about the next?

Youtube video by; Imelda Marcos
[VIDEO]: Imelda Marcos Heart Center opening. President Marcos narrates that when he wed, former first lady Imelda Marcos, he only asked for her to take care of his heart – but she ended up taking care of the hearts of Filipinos!

The Role of Local Government Units

As mandated by the Local Government Code of 1991, the Local Government Units must enjoy genuine and meaningful local autonomy to attain full development as self-reliant communities that contribute to the achievement of national goals. Features of the LGC include the relinquishing of responsibilities of the national government in favor of the government units to efficiently mobilize their own resources.

How Effective are the LGUs Delivering Healthcare Services?

Currently, the local government units in provincial, cities, municipalities down to barangay level has become inefficient in delivering basic healthcare services to the countryside. This can be primarily attributed to financial constraints. There is a great lack of budget for spending on infrastructure, purchase of medicines, ambulance and personnel. The sad reality is that LGU’s is not effective in providing healthcare services compared to the central government.

Alternative Source of Income

Hospitals in the provinces most likely become income generating projects of the Local Government Units. Such hospitals are now comparative to various private hospitals wherein patients could not be admitted without down payment. The LGU’s cannot afford to maintain the salaries and wages of the physicians, nurses, and staff without asking payments from the patients, defeating the very purpose of its creation.

Realistic Platform: Do it the Marcos Way

During the presidential race, the current administration pushed healthcare programs as one of its main platforms. The first six months of the term of President Digong proves that the President’s priority program is the war on drugs. Such advocacy has become controversial due to issues on extrajudicial killings. All Filipinos hope that he make good on his promise of establishing healthcare programs to uplift the overall health of the Filipino people. If not, at least the next president should make this a priority. Who’s that going to be? The current Vice President who is a neophyte in the executive level or the son, of the healthcare initiators in the country, Bongbong Marcos?

Tabloid Claim: Macalintal Looks Like a Fool Waiting for Bongbong Marcos at Manila Cathedral

Bongbong Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

A tabloid online news platform called Abante that looks like an anti-administration media propaganda site wrote that Vice President Leni Robredo’s lawyer waited for an hour in front of the Manila Cathedral in Intramuros, Manila for Bongbong Marcos and his lawyer, Atty. Vic Rodriguez for allegedly signing an agreement with regards to Macalintal’s challenges.

Youtube video by; Rappler
[VIDEO]: Election lawyer Romulo Macalintal dares Bongbong Marcos to commit in writing that he would drop his election protest against VP Leni Robredo if it is not proven that SD cards were used for poll fraud.

Publicity Stunt or Losing his Mind?

Macalintal is quoted as saying that; “The absence of former Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos and Atty. Vic Rodriguez is a clear admission and proof that their claimed “massive electoral fraud” on 13 Secure Digital (SD) cards from unused Vote Counting Machines (VCMs) that favored Vice President Leni Robredo and caused the defeat of Marcos was baseless, frivolous, self-serving and were merely intended as media stunt”, according allegedly to Macalintal. One thing, the Manila Cathedral is for worship and not for signing papers.

Petition Filed by Bongbong Marcos

Maccalintal’s challenges are already ignored because it can only come from a crazy lawyer. Bongbong Marcos already files a petition before the Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday, January 26. It seeks to start the preliminary conference of his election protest against Robredo. Macalintal should know the proper legal process as a veteran election lawyer and not wait in vain at the church.

Who Stages Misinformation?

Common sense tells readers how hilarious the pro-Leni Robredo supporters can become by spreading wrong information just to favor their political bet. If Macalintal really waits for Marcos at the church, when there’s no confirmed appointment made, then there’s something seriously wrong with him. If this is just a publicity stunt, the creators of this online medium involved should learn more about journalism – to be a bit credible in what they are trying to do.

Misinformed Bashers

Based on the comments in this specific article of Abante, it is obvious how the news create haters that immediately bashed Bongbong Marcos without fact-checking if the information is true or not. Now, who is spreading misinformation?

How Mayor Abby Binay, Bongbong Marcos’ Fellow INC Endorsee Keeps Makati Deficit-free after 3 Decades?

Abby Binay

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Makati Mayor Abby Binay, daughter for former Vice President Jejomar Binay discloses that for three decades now, Makati remains deficit-free. It’s annual revenue collections continue to increase year after year. Despite for her family’s excellent performance in Makati, they are accused of graft and corruption. However, the figures say it all. Makati has collected more than P5 billion in revenue during the first six months of Mayor Abigail Binay’s tenure

Youtube video by; PTV
[VIDEO]: [PTVNews] Makati Mayor Abigail Binay, faces graft complains after her numerous achievements but most cases against them are proven to be methods of destroying their reputation.

Not Dependent on the Government’s IRA

Collecting more efficiently and increasing monitoring systems in place allow Makati to continue to be one of few local government units in the country not dependent on the government IRA. Only nine percent of the city’s total revenue accounts for the national IRA.

Computerized Collection System

The Computerized Barangay Realty Tax Payment System is initiated in 2005 by former mayor Jejomar Erwin Binay Jr., Abby’s brother. This is for the convenience of taxpayers. Every quarter, satellite payment centers electronically linked to the Treasury Department at City Hall are set up in barangay halls to accept realty tax payments. The schedules are announced beforehand.  31 out of Makati’s 33 barangays are already using the program.

Mayor Binay is Bongbong Marcos’ Co-INC Endorsee

During the past elections, both Abby Binay for Makati mayor and Bongbong Marcos for Vice president are INC’s bets. Iglesia ni Kristo is known to be influential in politics since church members often vote unanimously. Binay won but Marcos’ electoral protest is still ongoing against the winningVice president, Leni Robredo.

INC Witnesses

Various affidavits are collected by the Binay camp from witnesses of the alleged electoral fraud committed by Liberal Party people favoring their candidates. Some of these witnesses from the INC are accompanied by Pastor Boy Saycon, Jojo Binay’s campaign head to the senate to tell what they know. The Binay-Marcos alliance seems to be the reason why both families are the targets of character assassination by the yellow faction. Perhaps, a tandem to watch for 2022?

Electoral Protest of Bongbong Marcos Leads to the Discovery of Biggest Digital Election Fraud

Bongbong Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Smartmatic decrypts 26 SD cards where 13 of them have folders that contain data in them. It is very unlikely why some of the 120 SD cards have data in them when they come from unused VCMs kits. This supports the Marcos camp’s protest that SC preserves the VCMs until the election protest finishes because they are vital in the protest.

Youtube video by; EagleNews PH
[VIDEO]: The camp of Bongbong Marcos challenged the Comelec to show the content of supposed to be unused SD cards that are suspected to be used.

Decryption is still Ongoing

The Comelec decrypts of 26 of the 127 SD cards found to have data during the stripping of 1,356 unused VCMs last October 2016. This still goes on until they finish all the 127 SD cards.

A Booster of Marcos’ Position

This strengthens the position of Bongbong Marcos that massive fraud indeed happens during the last elections. SD cards from unused VCMs should be empty. Marcos lawyer, Victor Rodriguez confirms that they have data in them. He also serves as the spokesperson of Marcos.

Hurdles along the Way

It is not easy for the Marcos camp to continue the fight against Vice President Leni Robredo’s occupying the second highest position in the land. The discovery inspires Marcos’ team to not surrender.

There is no way that Bongbong Marcos stops his electoral protest against Robredo, especially now that even without knowing the content yet, it’s already proven that there’s indeed cheating since data exist in SD cards that are declared unused. That is already a clear lie!

Martin Andanar: ‘LeniLeaks’ Players must Face the Music when they come Home

LeniLeaks

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Investigating “LeniLeaks” is not the priority cabinet task now – because some senate members who hate the guts of the president don’t want to investigate it. However, some are into protecting the president and so they will do everything to make him safe. Martin Andanar expresses his belief that the opposition is a bit unfair to the president. They do not give him the so-called honeymoon period. They are also quick to judge that he does not respect human rights amidst false media reports by some entities.

Youtube video by; ABS-CBN News
[VIDEO]: Is the “LeniLeaks” controversy proof that there is an ouster plot against President Duterte? One political observer believes the LeniLeaks controversy only shows the campaign and counter-campaign of the Duterte administration and the opposition.

Pnoy vs Duterte’s Honeymoon Period

Pnoy’s honeymoon period in the presidency lasted one year – but Duterte only asks for six months. They should be considerate just like the leniency of the Duterte administration with their aggressive calls for him to step down or resign.

“LeniLeaks” not in Cabinet Agenda

A leak of emails from the supporters of Vice President Leni Robredo that call for the ouster of President Rodrigo Duterte is an issue being treated with “concern.”  However, Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella, however, clarifies that “LeniLeaks,” is not on the agenda of the cabinet meeting.

Duterte’s High Approval and Trust Rating

Anti-Duterte who are overseas must respect what the majority of the Filipinos think about their president. They are noted to disagree of the President’s support to Bongbong Marcos as well, that is why they push Robredo to fight. Duterte has very high approval and trust rating. Most people trust his dealings with Marcos. Those who disagree can express their opinions all they want through social media because they have the rights according to freedom of expression – but when they come home, after enjoying the cool air elsewhere, they have to face the music when they are in the country. It is another story when they initiate chaos locally. That would be against the law. The government will run after them if they do that.

Phone Protection: NQ Mobile Security 2 years or NQ Mobile Security 1 year

Not Necessarily Members of the Liberal Party

Members of the Liberal Party are only about 30 members now because some of them already transferred to Duterte’s political party. Andanar mentioned that there’s a possibility that some politicians who do not belong to the Liberal Party can also go against the president. This is the reason why he and Esperon want to investigate the matter.

Robredo’s Increased Disapproval Rate Paves way to Pimentel’s Ambition to Challenge Bongbong Marcos

Bongbong Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Leni Robredo with 62% and Senate President Koko Pimentel’s 55% approval ratings are considered high. However, there is a major significance in the in the increased disapproval rating of Robredo from 9% to 16% according to Pulse Asia. This only supports the rumors that the Liberal Party is looking at Senator Koko Pimentel as Bongbong Marcos’ challenger.

Youtube video by; Pilipinas Cnn News
[VIDEO]: President Duterte enjoys a high approval rating, but the latest Pulse Asia survey shows Vice President Robredo’s score tumbles in the last quarter of the year.

Pimentel Dismissed New VP Speculation from Electoral Protest

When media asks Koko Pimentel on Marcos taking over Robredo’s place, Pimentel tries to elude because whoever wins should be declared the winner, according to him. “It’s a rule of law.,” he added. Based on experience, the ruling won’t come overnight. Pimentel files an electoral protest against Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri, whom he accuses of robbing him of a Senate seat during the allegedly fraudulent 2007 senatorial race. Zubiri resigned in August 2011, and Pimentel serves the former’s remaining term. Both are now members of the so-called “supermajority” bloc in the Senate.

Lengthy SC Process Shortened

Senator Koko point has a point saying that the electoral process with the Supreme Court is lengthy. However, the Filipino has seen the quickness of the process when it comes to the Marcos burial at the Heroes’ Cemetery under the Duterte administration. This is something to consider also.

Pimentel is not Duterte

Pimentel does not share the same sentiments as President Rodrigo Duterte when it comes to Bongbong Marcos. He is in fact against the Marcos burial but keeps silent about it. Now that he vows to be more open to the media, it will not be surprising that he will soon show his disagreements with the president and dislike to Bongbong Marcos.

Scapegoat for Robredo’s Unpopularity

It is noted that Leni Robredo is not comparable to the popularity of Bongbong Marcos. Despite the media propaganda of the martial law that involves his father, the millions of votes he garnered during the last election prove to show that the so-called martial law trauma is over. Now, can Koko Pimentel be the alternative or scapegoat of Vice President Leni Robredo?

Koko Pimentel’s NY Resolution: Adapting LP’s Media Trick Against Duterte for Marcos’ Seat?

Koko Pimentel

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Senate President Aquilino Pimentel III this 2017 vows not to evade the media anymore. He chose to be quiet in te past with regards to his disagreements with President Duterte’s move. Pimentel opposes Duterte on Marcos’ Heroes Burial and keeps silent about the death penalty and extrajudicial killings. However, he also justifies why he wants Senator Leila de Lima, Duterte’s critic to chair the justice committee. De Lima is later ousted from the position by the senate. This does not erase the fact that many Duterte, Marcos, and Binay supporters suspect that he’s a traitor to the Liberal Party opposition alliance.

Youtube video by; INQUIRER.net
[VIDEO]: There were some “disagreements” but not enough to warrant the ouster of Senate President Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III, Senator Joseph Victor “JV” Ejercito said on Wednesday.

Senator JV Ejercitos’ Petty Issues with Pimentel

Senator JV Ejercito comments that even if there are minor issues with Pimentel’s leadership in the senate, he believes that as of now, he’s senate presidency is stable. There are also not enough threat that could leave in a campaign to oust him. He hopes that the differences are soon be settled.

Oust V.P. Leni Robredo?

Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez denies that the Duterte administration starts to push Vice President Leni Robredo out of her V.P. seat after resigning from her cabinet post. Come to think of it. If. V.P. Robredo is ousted, Bongbong Marcos is not the next in line before the ruling of the electoral protest. If that happens, Koko Pimental takes over the V.P. post. So, if Robredo is ousted, it can’t be the work of the Duterte administration. Can the Liberal Party takes out their own?

Vocal to Media against Duterte?

If the senate president becomes vocal against the actions of the president through the media, that surely results to the division of power in the senate. Duterte won’t dominate anymore in that area. How about the somewhat Liberal views of Pimentel? Does this mean to say that the Liberal Party prefers him to take over the V.P. post than Robredo? Given that her reputation deteriorates at the moment after “Lenileaks,” Pimentel can only be their option – that if he is indeed a traitor to Duterte’s party.

Speculated Plot

Given the nature of the Liberal Party when Mar Roxas is dropped for Grace Poe during elections, they can easily do that to Leni Robredo for Koko Pimentel. Once Pimentel is seated in the V.P. seat, he can then apply his New Year’s resolution to be vocal through the media – and that can include his criticisms to Duterte’s policies, actions and behavior in public to destroy him. The purpose? Be President? Wait, is that supposed to be Bongbong Marcos’ seat?

Christmas Reality: Bongbong Marcos’ Online Supporters are Real Voters not Trolls

Bongbong Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
The anti-Marcos trolls are gnashing their teeth in envy when images of Bongbong Marcos are scattered around Facebook. He organizes a Christmas Party to thank his online supporters for their unending passion in defending him. Google Analytics show that most Marcos Facebook groups are composed of people who read and responded to materials posted.

Trolls Exist for Every Political Candidate

Facebook accounts without their own image, name, and unverifiable origin are called “trolls.” There may be some under the BBM Groups – but they still have the most number of readers who interact in whatever discussions about Bongbong Marcos.

Great Online Force

Inday Espina-Varona’s Facebook account who’s a notable anti-Marcos journalist was previously banned because of numerous reports from verifiable accounts. This is a proof that the united pro-Marcos are gaining force in the online world.

Pro-Marcos Increasing

Facebook’s Marcos individuals are increasing in number. Most admins have to approve at least 10 to 100 joiners on a daily basis. Unlike other groups, the members are really passionate sharing quality materials pertaining about the truth during the Marcos era.

Why do these Activists against Martial Law at the Bantayog ng mga Bayani Blame Marcos for their Insurgencies

Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
The martial law testimonies just depend on who’s talking and who has the greater number. The Bantayog ng mga  Bayani gives honor to the 19 figures called “the real heroes” who fought against the martial law during the late Ferdinand E. Marcos’ regime. Senator Juan Ponce Enrile, on the other hand, attested that it was necessary for Marcos to declare it because the country was in chaos. In fact, he is certain that Marcos is rightful in all aspects of it because he himself studied its details and the former president just complied with his recommendations.

Youtube video by; Pilipinas Cnn News
[VIDEO]: 19 heroes honored at Bantayog ng mga Bayani. www.cnn.ph

19 Awardees

There were 19 patriots added to the wall of remembrance at the Bantayog ng mga Bayani. They are honored by the Bantayog nga mga Bayani Foundation. Liberal supporters refer to them as the “real heroes” for their alleged valiant fight against the late President Ferdinand Marcos’s administration in their respective fields. Many are politicians, journalists, and student activists.

Vice President Leni Robredo’s Participation

Vice President Leni Robredo joins former senator Wigberto Tanada in the flower offering for their acclaimed ‘heroes’ at the Bantayog ng mga Bayani’s wall of remembrance. Knowing that she is the highest elected officer of the Liberal Party, it can be speculated that she might be a great force in initiating it.

Abuses during Martial Law really Happened but why Blame Marcos?

Marcos’s intention in declaring martial law is to save the majority of Filipinos from insurgencies. No one can be trusted at that point as per Enrile. It was never the intention to put the activists’ sufferings from the hands of abusive law enforcers at that time into oblivion.  It is just ironic that instead of questioning their direct head which is ex-President Fidel Ramos when he was the Philippine Constabulary Chief, the target Marcos directly even if he’s already dead. It is just obvious that the move is an effort to discredit the younger Marcos – to destroy his chances of becoming president in the near future.

Marcos’ Burial Used Over and Over Again

The fact must not be forgotten by the millennials that two terms of the Aquino administration provided free lawyers to the alleged human rights victims but no substantial number of cases resulted from that. It is easy to conclude that isolated cases are being escalated to make a bigger impact on the alleged martial law abuses. Another thing, the Marcos burial follows all the laws and it cannot be disputed by such different opinions only.

Robredo’s Martial Law Scare is a Laughing Stock for the Duterte-Marcos Supporters

Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Being a lawyer and vice president at that, president Rodrigo Duterte’s comments that he wants to revise the constitution to bring back the absolute power to the president should not scare Leni Robredo that much. She should know what Senator Juan Ponce Enrile said that under the new constitution, martial law cannot be revised just because the president says so.

Youtube video by; Roy Navigator
[VIDEO]: After resigning from the Duterte cabinet, what is next for Vice President Leni Robredo?

Minority Anti-Marcos

Vice President Leni Robredo believes President Rodrigo Duterte can change his decision on the hero’s burial for former president Ferdinand Marcos. That is if he hears “one great voice” of dissent. “If we have one voice, we have a greater chance of being heard,” Robredo said. Duterte believes there is only a minority of the population that is against Marcos’ burial at the Heroes’ Cemetery. she added according to Rappler.

The President’s Stand

In a speech in Angeles City, Pampanga, Duterte said he wanted to amend the provisions of martial law declaration. This includes the term limits for local officials under the 1987 Constitution. Duterte said wants the declaration martial rule to be the sole prerogative of the President. That is without the approval of Congress and the Supreme Court. “Martial law powers are subject to review by the SC and by Congress. If you declare martial law and in the event of invasion or war, I cannot proceed and especially when there’s trouble, I still have to go to Congress and go to the Supreme Court,” Duterte explained.

Bongbong Marcos is a Separate Person from Martial Law

Manila Times wrote: Bongbong Marcos, Jr. was indisputably the most qualified among the vice presidential candidates. His rivals were political and moral midgets. Nothing can convince his opponents to think they could occupy the second-highest post in the land. Only Bongbong proved to be intelligent, moral, and courageous as to fight President Aquino’s two major plots. This is seen when they convert the Supreme Court into his stamp-pad by removing Chief Justice Renato Corona from his post. On top of that, they lay the groundwork for an independent “Bangsamoro” state in the heart of Mindanao. Only Marcos, Jr. could boast of a lengthy experience in both the executive department. He served for 12 years as governor, and Congress, where he has served for nine long years. Then, he was a senator before joining the vice presidential race.

Why is V.P. Robredo Undermining the Truth?

If Vice President Leni Robredo stick to the truth, where would she be? Back to her hometown of course if she still can. She is nothing compared to Bongbong Marcos and so she has to ride into the Liberal Party’s media propaganda using Martial Law. It’s not that she’s dumb. She perhaps just pretends not to know the legal process to make a drama out of it. Imagine, Duterte’s worst Christmas gift? Even if the president speeds up the martial law revision, there’s no way something would come out of that this Christmas season.

It would be impossible for the President and Vice President to find a common ground when the second person is always contradicting the administration that she is serving. It’s true that she is forced to resign because of irreconcilable differences but that is the only way for Robredo to be herself. She may have served the cabinet the shortest compared to her peers but she is secured in the fact that she still has an important position as far as her political ambitions are concerned.

History of Stealing

Robredo in a separate interview as she always did, commented that between her and Bongbong Marcos, it is him who has the history of stealing – but the Vice President might be unaware that only the Liberal Party accuses the Marcoses of stealing. They were never convicted but only accused of crimes they did not commit and that’s what made her a thief. She only did not steal the Vice Presidency but also their reputation.

The Binay Camp also Corrected Her

Joe Salgado, spokesperson of the Binay Camp corrects VP Robredo, when she said that perhaps she’s the only HUDCC chair who personally attends board meetings and works on weekends and at home. She is given the benefit of the doubt that maybe she hasn’t heard of former VP Binay’s work ethic. It is remembered that former V.P. Binay gave her utmost respect and support during the transition period and her latest words only prove to show that her true colors are really very undesirable.

Bongbong Marcos and Jojo Binay vs. Leni Robredo

The advice that both camps can give to Robredo is to be careful with her words because she looks like an evil person during TV interviews. Her words are actually against her and perhaps that’s what Duterte is sad about.

Watch and Read How Bongbong Marcos Addresses Protesters Who Just Want to Attack

Bongbong Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Bongbong Marcos has this to say on martial law accusations: History will speak for itself, saying there are  two different kinds of people who asks questions: those who pose sincere and honest questions, while those who are simply prejudiced. Meaning to say, there are people who ask the question to attack you. So no matter what you say, it won’t make a difference because they just don’t like you, anyway,” Marcos said, according to CNN.

[VIDEO]: Amid reports that the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos was buried at the Libingan ng mga Bayani at 12 noon of Nov. 18, activists hold a noise barrage to condemn what they called as an insult to the Filipino people.

Leni Robredo Is Really Worried Now

Bongbong Marcos keeps his silence when it comes to Vice President Leni Robredo’s accusations. Her subconscious already knew what will happen to her. She might wake up one day and no longer V.P. like a thief in the night. She is indeed one pitiful woman!

.

Martial Law Victims?

Better ask former Vice President Jejomar Binay who was a humanitarian lawyer representing alleged martial law victims. Why did he endorse Bongbong Marcos instead to replace him as V.P? His actions speak for itself.

Hidden Wealth? Have you heard of the Philippines’ Gold Reserves at the World bank since 1960?

The World Bank Data attested that the Philippines is one of the few countries that have ample gold reserves since the 1960s during the time of former President Ferdinand E. Marcos.
126.94 since 1960 (millions of gold bars worth billions of dollars)
80,640.41 updated in 2015  (millions of gold bars worth billions of dollars)
A World Bank whistleblower also confirmed that it was the former and late president Ferdinand E. Marcos who embarked the gold reserves for the welfare of the Filipinos.

Bongbong Marcos’ Hope

“After the political cycle is done… it is  a must to set aside politics and move on.  Think about what should be done on how to achieve, how we can all work together to come up with solutions to the country’s problems… To be able to move the country forward,” said Marcos.

Robredo: “Cheating” problem is between Comelec and Smartmatic – nothing to do with her

Robredo

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Lawyer Bernadette Sardillo said that the problem on the alleged transfer of votes from Bongbong Marcos her client Leni Robredo was between the Comelec and Smartmatic – and she added that it should not be taken against the vice president. “Surely, this could not be a ground to contest the election of Robredo since an election protest is a contest between two candidates,” as seen in the 536-page affidavit of Robredo.

This is their response to Marcos’s claims that the vote counting machines of Smartmatic, which was the company hired by the Commission on Elections or Comelec to manage automated polls, have no “demonstrated capability” on the alleged transfer votes from him to Robredo.

Sardillo further explained that annulling the results of an election of one precinct, more than half of the ballots must be found as illegal. “It must be shown that the illegality of the ballots must affect more than fifty percent (50%) of the votes cast on the specific precinct or precincts sought to be annulled, or in case of the entire municipality, more than fifty percent (50%) of its total precincts and the votes cast,” the lawyer added.

Marcos’ protest cites only nine of 88 municipalities and cities in the three provinces. “Surely, this does not comply with the 50% affected-ballot requirement laid down by the SC to justify the annulment of the results of the election,” Sardillo tried to lead people astray here because the law says, more than have of the ballots in one precinct or 50% of the votes casts but even though it’s only 9 precincts cited in Marcos’ electoral protests, many of those precincts’ voters were affected because not even one were allowed to vote, So, it can easily justify the 50% of to total number of voters. These were the places complained by the Iglesia ni Kristo that their votes must have been stolen because it was impossible that their members did not vote for Marcos which was mandated by their church. Most of those precincts 9 reported zero votes for Marcos.

If the “cheating” problem is only between Comelec and Smartmatic – who’s the direct beneficiary then? Why would they tamper election results?

Robredo’s lawyey was also wrong in saying that the NBOC, did not use the data collected in the tampered Comelec’s transparency server but the compiled canvass certificates from different regions – because the purpose of the transparency server is to reflect the actual votes to show that there’s no cheating involved. Since they more or less gave the same results, they obviously have only the same sources. Plus the fact that there was a hidden server not disclosed to the public which is clearly illegal. So since she has replied, PET will now have the benefit of making a ruling as to which side is more or less telling the truth.
