Robredo’s Electoral Protest Fake News Not Working as Netizens Reviewed PET’s Resolution on 25% Shading

electoral protest

By: Elena Grace Flores

Netizens can’t trust the mainstream media anymore. They dispute the latest fake news that the presumptive VP Leni Robredo announces through a press conference.  The PET’s resolution was verified by them. They analyzed why Robredo claims the 25% shading victory. The Supreme Court stresses that the segregation and classification of ballots shall be done. This is by referring to the election return. As generated by the machine used in the elections. The PET clarifies that Robredo’s assumption on the decrease of her votes when the 50% mark was implemented has no basis. There is no final vote counting yet and the 50% standard stays the same. Atty. Glenn Chong who has read the 26 pages ruling said that the only procedural change for the electoral protest recount is the use of the decrypted images which Bongbong Marcos will oppose contrary to Macalintal’s analysis.

Chong Opposes Brillantes

Former Comelec Commissioner Sixto Brillantes said the focus should be on the election returns, not the shading threshold. The former congressman from Biliran, Atty. Glenn Chong opposed him. Chong had been invited to the Senate hearing as a resource person several times during the course of the election fraud inquiry.  But he said he had been deprived many times as well of the opportunity to speak on the issue, especially regarding the alleged early transmission of votes prior to the day of the 2016 automated elections. He explains the difference between manual and automated elections. In manual elections, fraudulent activities can only be manual. While in a digital one, even the cheating is done automatically. His evidence shows that the digital results are not a replica of the actual ballots.

Compromised Decryption for the Electoral Protest?

The PET resolution denies Marcos’ opposition to using decrypted ballot images in the revision process. Marcos earlier claims that the images were “compromised.” This coincides with Chong’s findings. He was compelled to study the system of the automated elections after being a victim of rigged elections himself. This was during the 2010 and 2013 polls. He spearheaded the election watchdog Tanggulang Demokrasya. It primarily aims to scrutinize the systems and processes imposed in previous elections. He said that in an automated elections Chong said, one stand to lose because all the cheating will take place within the machine.

Macalintal’s Old Belief

Robredo’s legal counsel, Romulo Macalintal, repeated his belief that no election protest has won based on the manual recount of the ballots. He said the results of the manual recount must tally with the result of the vote counting machines. On the other hand, based on the information, Chong claimed that there was a huge difference between the number of votes from the transparency server and the number of votes from the central server of the Commission on Elections (Comelec). He insinuates on the conspiracy between Comelec and the service provider Smartmatic. He also notes the response of former Comelec chair Sixto Brillantes about it. Macalintal also said that if the 50% is not changed to 25%, there should be no procedural training. However, Chong said the procedure pertains to the use of decrypted images for the electoral protest.

Marcos’ Clarification

While the Robredo camp celebrates falsely, the camp of Marcos said it may seek a clarification from the PET about its ruling. Lawyer Vic Rodriguez said that the Tribunal’s ruling is clear that there is no basis to change the 50 percent shading threshold for the vote recount in the vice presidential race.

Wrong Assumption

But Macalintal countered Rodriguez, saying the PET will not order the retraining of revisors if there are no changes that will be implemented. Atty. Chong who is an IT expert and a lawyer explain why Robredo’s lawyer is wrong during the interview with Maharlika. Malacañang, meanwhile, deferred all actions to the PET. “There’s no hand on this case as far as the executive office is concerned because the President is not a party to the protest… Let the PET do its job,” Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said.

Are you One with Atty. Glenn Chong’s Fight in Toppling the God-like Election Syndicate?

election

By: Elena Grace Flores

Atty. Glenn Chong gnashes his teeth when he remembers how the Comelec in connivance with Smartmatic prevents him from realizing his plans for Biliran. Chong ‘s protest against Rogelio Espina, the elected congressman during the May 10, 2010 elections got a cold shoulder from Comelec despite around 4,000 of its residents took their sentiments to the streets and cried grave injustice due to massive cheating complaints. Since then, Chong became a clean election advocate. At presents, he uncovers a God-like system responsible for such digital frauds. It denies the country with leaders who have the capability to make it a progressive one like Bongbong Marcos.

Glenn Chong .

Liberal Party Favors

Atty. Chong won his election in 2007 by defeating former Representative Gerardo Espina Sr., who had held the seat from 1995 to 2004. He became the very first representative of Biliran who does not belong to Espina political clan under the Liberal Party banner. However, he decides to leave the LP because he can’t accept ex-Pnoy as the party’s bet for president. He sought for re-election in 2010 and 2013 but lost twice to Rogelio Espina with only around 361 votes margin. He ran under Lakas-Kampi and PMP party, respectively.

Technical Details of Automated Fraud Explained to Maharlika

In his interview with Maharlika, Chong uses analogies to explain in a layman’s term how the automated system seems to be transmitting early results even before the actual election. A transmitter with VCM IP address 10.12.0.1 was already inquiring in the morning of May 8, 2016, to the directory lookup for CCS 1730 assigned in Ragay, Camarines Sur, VP Leni Robredo’s bailiwick.

God-like Capability to Manipulate Election Results

Root powers were the capabilities given to foreign users who are not officially authorized. This means that like God, they can do anything they want.  INFRASEC and E360SYNC with domain AMAZONAWS are cloud computing services based in Seattle, USA. There are traces that they were in and out of the servers from May 8 to May 14, 2016, even if all servers were off on May 8. The election was on May 9. There are concrete indications that Liberal Party bets benefited from the interference.

Good Intentions Went Down the Drain

Chong said that the Comelec should not continue with Smartmatic for the 2019 elections. Leaders with good intentions for the country won’t have the chance to serve if no one can stop them. The country’s progress lies with the chosen leaders. It is the will of the people that must prevail and not the PCOS’ choice.

Ferdinand Marcos’ Plans for the Philippines

President Rodrigo Roa Du30 believes that the late President Ferdinand Marcos’ brilliant plans for the Philippines are so far the best. He tries to follow them by reactivating his “Build Build Build” blueprint. This is a very ambitious project given the current situation of the country. Due to its extensive infrastructure coverage nationwide, this can go beyond his term. It is now understandable why he is skeptical of passing the torch to the Vice President. They would do everything to erase the traces of Marcos in this country like they always do. The Filipinos must do something before the President can have the power to interfere as democracy dictates. Bongbong Marcos would soon be Vice President then President when that happens.

Election Probe: Character Assassination against Atty. Glenn Chong using Bongbong Marcos Failed

election

By: Elena Grace Flores

Atty. Glenn Chong emerges as the man of the hour during the automated election probe as the resource person of the Senate inquiry on the anomalous Comelec procedure powered by Smartmatic. He backs up the earlier claims of Senator Tito Sotto that advance transmissions indeed happened. The young lawyer is not only an enthusiast for clean poll since 2010 but also an IT expert. He can explain the malicious acts clearly both technically or use an analogy for the general public to understand. Besides, he made sure that the evidence in hand is from the Comelec itself as per the subpoena requested by Sotto.

[VIDEO]:  Drilon asks Atty. Glenn Chong if he is a counsel of Bongbong Marcos which he reputes by saying that he did not accept the nomination.

A Character Assassination against Atty. Chong

It must be clear that the recent probe was not the VP election protest of Bongbong Marcos. However, it is evident that on the seats of the resource speakers for the opposition headed by Senator Franklin Drilon, Vice President Leni Robredo’s media consultant and lawyer were among them. In fact, Atty. Bernadette Sardillo, Robredo’s counsel was caught handling a note to Drilon. That was for him to attack the credibility of Chong.

Atty. Chong was more than Ready for the Election Probe

[VIDEO]: DRILON TAMEME KAY GLENN CHONG ‘Hindi sila nakasagot kasi handa ako’ – Maharlika w/ Glenn Chong

Atty. Chong was ready with his technical expertise, wit and documentary evidence. The Comelec representatives were safer not opening their mouth or they could give Chong more power to expose their incompetence. Their only means to recover is to use the media to assassinate Chong’s character. They insist that he is Bongbong Marcos’ lawyer which he denied since he is smart enough not to accept the nomination. That shows his strong dedication to his advocacy that money can’t buy.

The Analogy of the Findings

He calls Sardillo as the tutor and Drilon as the pupil. He said that it seems that the tutor failed to teach the pupil because the instruction concerning the election probe does not match the document showed by Drilon which is for the electoral protest of Marcos. As per the May 8 illegal transmissions, the DNS serves as directory assistance. It directs the VCM machines where to send the results. Chong can read this through the actual technical behavior of the system when the machine is asking the DNS server where it has to forward the results to on hand. 459 machines were asking where to sent the results even before the election day.

Media Blackout

James Arthur B. Jimenez, Comelec’s spokesperson admits that the impact of Chong’s revelation is quite overwhelming. This is despite the mainstream media blackout. Jimenez is quite right that the incident is powered by social media. However, it is not just solely that but it is most especially powered by the people. He can hope all he wants that this news will die down but at the rate, it is going, the Filipino people are united in educating the rest when it comes to the sins of the Comelec and its cohorts that benefit from its fraudulent activities using Smartmatic.

Powered by the People using Social Media

Atty. Chong can trust that this time, he is not alone in his quest to strive for a clean and honest election. Social media users are intensely reactive to his disclosures as shared non-stop over Facebook and other online communities. Many accounts are blocked but Chong is once again ready to file a complaint to any online messaging tool operators violating the Freedom of Speech provision. This man is really something and the Filipinos can only support such a figure for the good of the country.

Bongbong Marcos Camp: Macalintal’s Defenses Show what Robredo Thinks of Filipinos

Filipinos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Bongbong Marcos’ spokesperson, Atty. Vic Rodriguez said that Atty. Romulo Macalintal’s excuses for his client VP Leni Robredo are so feeble and insulting to the intelligence of the Filipinos. It provides them too little too late.  In short, Robredo thinks Filipinos are stupid. The squares in the ballot images should not be there in the first place. The source code review shows no boxes. Adding it after the review is against the law,” he added.

[VIDEO]: Bongbong Marcos supporter, Maharlika details the actions of VP Leni Robredo’s Camp and her allies in power that made Filipinos look stupid.

Marcos Camp’s Counter Claim

The legal counsel of Marcos counters the claim of Vice President Robredo’s lawyer that Marcos was “ill-advised” over his allegations. This is concerning the ballot images in the electoral protest. Marcos’ spokesperson Vic Rodriguez maintains that square marks in the ballot images from Camarines Sur and Negros Oriental that his client previously publicized should not be there in the first place.

Misleading the People

Another “yellow” election lawyer Emil Marañon III supports the explanation of Macalintal. He is one of the counsels previously consulted by the Vice President’s camp. He is not an IT expert unline Atty. Glenn Chong who technically verifies the facts presented by Marcos in a press conference.

Questionable Features

The Vice President’s lawyer, Macalintal retaliates with a press conference to explain that the squares are merely among the new features of the ballot introduced in 2016. However, many IT experts can attest that these can be signals to transmit a defaulted report.

Trampled Rights of the Filipinos

“They have trampled on the right of the Filipino people and deprived them of their duly elected vice president. Now two years on, they are continuing their web of lies even in the face of direct and solid evidence of rampant cheating,” said Rodriguez. “This is the grandest and longest deception ever committed against the Filipino people,” he added.

FASO-Maharlika Conflict: What’s Bongbong Marcos Got to do with It?

conflict

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

FASO and Maharlika have their own rights to express their sentiments on some political issues. That’s freedom of speech. The only thing that is odd is the attempt to maliciously implicate Bongbong Marcos’ name on news reports on the conflict. What is the purpose of implicating him to such publicity?

[VIDEO]: MAHARLIKA IPAPAKULONG NG GRUPO NI LENI ROBREDO, DAHIL SA FUNDRAISING SA L.A. | Leni in Los Angeles

Binibining Maharlika

Maharlika is a blogger based in Los Angeles. She allegedly politicizes the FASO event after VP Leni Robredo attended its gala dinner. She suspects that FASO is secretly raising funds for Robredo. Just because Maharlika is an avid supporter of Bongbong Marcos does not make this conflict a direct Robredo-Marcos sanctioned strategy.

FASO’s Event

FASO’s primary purpose for the awards dinner and gala was to recognize Filipino Americans who are excellent in the musical arts. Their generous volunteer service to the orchestra is also appreciated. The event aims to raise funds for its projects. Music workshops for young members and complimentary public concerts that feature classical music, traditional and contemporary Philippine music are its main outreach programs.

Accusations

Maharlika allegedly published her accusations against FASO and posted video material and photos of the event. She also includes photos of the Board of Directors of FASO and some guests during the gala event. A commentary on the issue was also displayed that offended FASO.

Pro-Bongbong Marcos Rally

Maharlika, with some supporters, gathered at the venue of the association’s event and criticized FASO. Guests who were en route to the activity were alarmed. Their group featured an intimidating pro-Marcos banner which is freedom of expression under a democratic law. If Maharlika is guilty of libel, then it’s FASO’s right to sue her. Why involve Bongbong Marcos?
