Plunder, Rape, and Homicide Next in Line

Alvarez discloses that the president wants plunder, rape with homicide, specifically, rape on children next to the death row sentence. The majority of lawmakers in the House agreed to limit the bill on drug-related offenses. This is to increase its chances of approval in the lower House. Plunder and rape are among the heinous crimes initially taken out.

Alvarez’ Assurance

Alvarez assures the President that plunder and rape make it to the amendments – once the senate approves the death penalty bill. Both are colleagues in the 11th congress. Thus, the close ties.

Reality of the Death Penalty

Other bills just to punish rape and plunder with capital punishment are also on the horizon. House leaders just want to be realistic about imposing the death penalty initially on drug-related offenses. Then they can pursue it for other offenses after learning more.

What kind of Bodyguard to Look for?

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Hiring private bodyguards can be tricky – depending on what you are looking for in a bodyguard. Would it be someone with untainted record or somebody who had been through odds in life?

Bravery in this type of job cannot be compromised. The quality can only be developed when the the experience calls for it. So, what can clean record mean in this regard? Messing up for once or twice in your life does not mean that you are a bad person. It’s how you get out of a bad situation that matters.

So, can a bodyguard candidate with a pending murder case filed against him is a no no? Of course not. The nature of the job suits for it. The question is, will he be convicted or it’s a case of self defense? Why is he not convicted if he is really a murderer? What’s the story behind that particular incident? I guess, these questions should be answered before making a conclusion wether he is worth the trust or not. One thing is sure, he will kill if the duty calls for it!

What to do if Husband Developed a Pattern of Not Coming Home?

welcome
By: Elena Grace Flores
It is devastating for a young wife to experience husband’s disappearing acts that seems to be developing into a regular pattern. Not coming home just becomes so natural for him – and when home, he just play with his gadget or sleep. This is despite serious talks and giving all his demands to be comfortable and entertained at home. Understanding his old character also did not help especially when he promised to come home early and ended up not coming home for a week or two.

First thing that comes to mind is to hire a detective – but what can a detective do when he can’t even get into the highly secured work establishment of the person involved. Since work is the constant alibi, this will be just a waste of money. Another idea is to not give him allowance or cut off his smartphone subscription that often registers questionable transactions. This might make him angry but it has happened before that he did not mind calling after not coming home for a month or so, just because he did not have a mobile phone!

This behavior has not only brought psychological and emotional breakdowns to the wife – it has now giving her a progressive physical disability. It would be easier to just separate and file an annulment for abandonment – but when he finally comes home, it’s like nothing happened until the pattern revolves again! How can we help a loved one affected by this when keeping quite and tolerating the issue has now becoming very painful?
