Senator Nancy Binay’s resolution to study all-digital election fraud in 2016 is crucial to the VP electoral protest of Gov. Imee Marcos’ brother. Bongbong or Ferdinand Marcos, the namesake of his father now faces the recount against VP Leni Robredo. Without this bill of Senator Binay, the Senate as per the previous expose of Senator Tito Sotto won’t be able to conduct such investigation. The younger Marcos acknowledges Binay’s move during Tulfo’s radio interview.

Not a Chance Encounter: Senator Nancy Binay and Gov. Imee Marcos
Binay’s Resolution Acknowledged by Bongbong Marcos
Bongbong Marcos announces through Tulfo’s radio show that Senator Nancy Binay files a resolution to study all digital fraud in 2016. This gives way to the Senate hearing on this subject. Its filing was just in time for the ongoing recount. Senator Sotto assures the public that he has very accurate information and if these allegations are serious enough to prove the allegations, electoral sabotage for the conduct of the 2016 elections might be the case.
The President’s Special Assistant
Black media propaganda strikes again after destroying the Marcos and Binay patriarchs. This time, it’s against Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Christopher “Bong” Go. Car enthusiasts urge Go running for Senator in the 2019 mid-term elections. The Mustang Enthusiasts Philippines issues its call during the 2018 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) at the World Trade Center in Pasay City recently.
Endorser of Du30’s Projects like Oil & Gas Exploration
Bong Go already endorses the proposal of EMGVCI that pursues oil and gas exploration and development in the Cotabato and Sulu Basins to the Department of Energy where the permit issuance is now pending. This can provide cheaper gasoline component to the country. On top of that, this also leads to the extraction and development of Deuterium which is a heavy source of hydrogen for the clean fuel of the future. The Presidential Assistant vehemently supports the President’s projects from the drug war to the infrastructure initiatives.
The Link: Supporters of Marcos’ Projects for Progress
The supporters of late President Ferdinand Marcos’ projects for progress come from the different political personalities with one common goal. The Marcos siblings, first of all, vow to continue their father’s vision for the Philippines. SAP Go also makes sure that President Du30’s (who adapts Marcos’ plans) initial joint ventures can pursue beyond his time. The last but not the least is Senator Nancy Binay’s playing the underdog but she provides a solid legal ground for the realization of all these public interests, not just the 2016 election fraud resolution but most especially the Bataan Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) where she is the Senate’s Vice Chairman for the Energy Committee. She is the only Senatorial “re-electionist” among the likely top 3 bets.
A week prior to the recount, this is a hot topic in social media. Nothing can beat the thickness of Vice President Leni Robredo’s face. This is after she said that all the winners of the 2016 elections including President Rodrigo Du30 are affected with Majority Leader Senator Tito Sotto expose. Previously, the Supreme Court already set aside the first course of action on Bongbong Marcos’ electoral protest that questions the integrity of the automated poll system of Smartmatic to pave the way for the recount on March 19, 2018. However, Senator Nancy Binay’s resolution on the issue enables the Senate to investigate then the Congress follows suit.

How Different is Fraud?
Robredo said that Sotto’s claims appear to be different from the grounds of her rival, former Senator Bongbong Marcos, in his electoral protest against her victory in the May 2016 polls. Both point out that they have evidence of digital manipulation that only the ruling party at that time is capable of orchestrating. Although, she did not elaborate on the subject.
Favorable to Marcos
Marcos congratulates Senator Sotto for bringing the “election anomalies” to the public. Robredo, on the other hand, proposes an independent body to look into Sotto’s allegations.
The Senate & the Congress VS. the Supreme Court
The co-equal branches of the government seem to be on a power struggle at the moment. Firstly, Senator Tito Sotto III claims in his privilege speech to receive information that the 2016 polls were tainted with irregularities. The early transmissions of votes and alleged proof of “foreign access” in the election servers are among the issues raised. Then, the House Minority Leader Danilo Suarez also laid out the analysis of the cheating reports that coincide with Marcos’ protest. Lastly, the Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno faces an impeachment case. Robredo takes this as a quick way to get rid of her.
One Week Before the Recount
A week prior to the recount set on March 19, 2018. Marcos continues to attend to social invitations from groups that consider him as the legitimate Vice President. Meanwhile, Vice President Robredo tries very hard to bring down with her the President who is in alliance with the Marcoses. The people can only guess the next development.
Many voters asked Binay supporters – why Binay? It all boils down to the good heart. That’s how the family is known in their own community. No one can contest that despite the black media propaganda against them they remain compassionate. The Binays share the same forgiving heart as the Marcoses.

[VIDEO]: A little over a year ago, a warm exchange between Senators Alan Peter Cayetano, Grace Poe, and Nancy Binay was unimaginable. But on Wednesday, May 17, ahead of Cayetano’s final speech as senator, it happened.Senator Binay approached Cayetano and wished him luck on his new stint as foreign affairs secretary.
Nancy Binay’s Forgiving Heart
Senator Nancy Binay approaches Senator Alan Peter Cayetano to wish him luck on his new stint as foreign affairs secretary. It might be awkward given what Cayetano did to her father, the former Vice President Jejomar Binay accusing him of corruption using the Senate blue ribbon televised hearings. This really ruined his chances to become president and removed him from the top spot of presidentiables.
Senator Panfilo Lacson teases Binay saying that her Goodluck message is so contrived. This created the playful atmosphere in the Senate where jokes and sarcasm are not any more serious issues unlike during the 2016 elections.
Referring to his instant confirmation, Cayetano said that it must be because of two things: either they honestly want him to be in the DFA or they just want him out of the Senate quickly. That catches the attention of Grace Poe.
Senator Grace Poe’s Joke
Upon hearing Cayetano’s response, Senator Poe eagerly said: Good that you’re naturally aware. I don’t have anything to do with that, she said. Then added that with all that they have been through, it is just proper to move on and leave all the pains behind.
Senator Antonio Trillanes IV already lost his credibility. He must be ignored. Malacañang does not give in to his cravings. Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella said that the Palace would rather focus on “nation building” than entertain the accusation of Trillanes that President has P2.4 billion in his bank accounts. Senator Nancy Binay agrees with this when she said that Trillanes does not have an inch of credibility and yet he talks like a saint.

[VIDEO]: Palace Spokesman Ernesto Abella. Rehash has been dealt with 3 days before the elections. Trillanes has to go to higher authorities if he has basis on the alleged bank accounts of the president. Trillanes must be the one to prove that they exist.
Corrupt because of Arroyo?
Trillanes also accuses the president of being corrupt because he allows former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to be free from prison. She is released from detention over the court’s decision for lack of evidence on the plunder cases filed against her. Why blame PDu30? She is clearly a political prisoner of rival, former President Noynoy Aquino, Trillanes’ boss who pardons him for rebellion.
Bank Account Records Falsified by Trillanes
Abella sais that the document that shows the undeclared wealth of the President and his family is “falsified” when Trillanes brought up the issue during the 2016 elections. So, he’s a liar in the sense that he is capable of faking legal documents. He is no longer credible. He should not be given that kind of attention that he wants, that he craves for, Abella said. The presidential spokesperson added that the senator does not merit attention since he is making a claim sans integrity.
Nancy Binay: Trillanes does not an Inch of Credibility
Senator Nancy Binay’s statement saying that Trillanes does not have credibility and yet he talks like a saint to discredit her father’s presidential bid in 2016 applies to the current situation. Trillanes is noted to stage senate plays and media shows to destroy the reputation of his party’s political opponents. Since PDu30 is seen as the bridge of Bongbong Marcos to the executive office, the Liberal Party is expected to do everything to block that. This is from cheating as per the electoral protest against VP Robredo to media propaganda by Trillanes and the likes.
The President honors cases with integrity. He said that if Trillanes has evidence, he will resign. PDu30 merely shrugs off the senator’s “old and rehashed” claim on his alleged hidden wealth. Since he already won as president, that means no one believes Trillanes anymore.
Former President Fidel Ramos breaks away from the late President Ferdinand Marcos as vice chief of staff during the EDSA People Power Revolution in 1986. He is still anxious in re-enacting his jump with glee. This is on the third day of the 4-day revolt while he and other key players unfold the event along the EDSA-Aguinaldo and Crame road. His co-player, Former Vice President Jejomar Binay, however, calls for real democracy by alleviating poverty.

Jejomar Binay on True Democracy
Vice President Jejomar Binay issues a statement as the nation marks the 28th anniversary of the EDSA Revolution. “True democracy cannot thrive in a society whose population lives in poverty,” he said. It is the duty of the government and citizens alike to let the effects of the economic gains of the country benefit all, he added. He is a member of the MABINI group of human-rights lawyers who defend critics of the martial law regime – but an avid supporter of Bongbong Marcos.
Half the Battle
Binay expresses his thoughts that the peaceful revolution’s success is only half-way. The other half is for the people to protect the democracy the nation by not letting memory fade. Not through lavish celebrations but to be It demands vigilant against any violation of human rights that makes poverty worse.
Binay agrees on the establishment of a memory museum to document the struggles against martial law. This is to help in educating the youth and to make them aware of the fight for democracy during that period.
Senator Nancy Binay also said that people power is not finished yet since most Filipinos have no food on the table. Poverty continues to increase and inequality still persists. She believes that it is still work in progress. Binay said the EDSA People Power Revolution should inspire people to attain real democracy that stops hunger worldwide.
