Governor Imee Marcos discloses earlier that she and her mother try to convince Bongbong Marcos’ son to run for public office. Among the three siblings, it is Sandro Marcos who is in the limelight. He is definitely too young to run for Senator with the age requirement of 35. He ‘s only 24. Besides, Gov. Marcos is likely the clan’s candidate for 2019. However, his supporters already launch the Sandro Marcos for Congressman movement.
[VIDEO]: Sandro Marcos speaks about his political views.
Chances in the Congress
A Member of the House of Representatives must be a natural-born citizen of the Philippines. On the day of the election, he is at least twenty-five (25) years of age. A registered voter in the district in which he shall be elected, and also resident. Ferdinand Alexander Araneta Marcos III or Sandro’s birthday is on March 7, 1994. That would make him exactly 25 in 2019. Under the Constitution, elections for the members of Congress occur every second Monday of May every third year after May 1992. So, the next ones would be in 2019 and 2022.
Senator to be, Gov. Imee Marcos’ Replacement
The age requirement for governor is only 23. Since Governor Marcos seems to run for Senator, a candidate from the Marcos family is needed. The rest of the younger Marcoses are reluctant to run for such posts. This can be another option for Sandro.
Sandro Marcos has a master’s degree in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He often joins campaign trails, a substitute speaker for his father and grants TV and video interviews for the sake of his patriarch. This gives people a hint that he might soon seek a public position.
Like his father, Sandro believes in unity. His mother is Louise or Liza Araneta. She is a relative of Mar Roxas. The latter is the 2016 LP Presidential candidate in 2016. He said that relationships must not transcend politics. Like any other profession, he is also open to politics.
Just prior to the PET’s assurance to Bongbong Marcos that the recount pushes through on April 2 regardless of the revisor shortage, his two other sons urge the Comelec to bring out the original ballots if the ones presented by their father in a press conference are fake. This coincides with Gov. Imee Marcos’ disclosure that other members of the family may be forced to run for a national post because of such delays in his brother’s Vice Presidential electoral protest. Sandro for one is a favorite Congressman potential this early. Will Vincent and Simon follow suit?

Signaling the Youthful Marcoses
Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos said that the family talks about other members of the family to run for the national elections due to the uncertainties surrounding her brother’s protest against VP Leni Robredo. She for sure is one major bet for the upcoming Senatorial race in 2019. However, due to the dirty game exhibited by their detractors, it helps to have younger bets that would continue to inspire Filipinos. Luckily, all the sons of Bongbong Marcos got the charm that touches hearts.
The PET’s Incompetence
In the interest of transparency, the Marcos Camp informs their supporters, especially those who anticipate the revision or recounting of votes in the election protest of Marcos at the Supreme Court, that the scheduled event is moved from March 19, 2018, to April 2, 2018, with calmness. This is due to the incomplete staffing requirements of the Presidential Election Tribunal (PET). They cannot handle logistics for that matter.
A challenge to the Comelec
Vincent and Simon react to the previous comment of Robredo’s lawyers that their copies are fake. The two brothers take it upon themselves as private citizens to call on the Comelec. This is to reveal the original ballots for comparison with what they have.
Public’s Fascination with the Marcos Siblings
The new delay may be a setback in the proceedings for Marcos. However, this is taken as an opportunity for the other Marcoses to shine. The tireless support of the Marcos loyalists even grows stronger, as the younger Marcoses display their wit and good looks to the public via social media.
Dr. Rene Escalante, Chairman of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines finds himself explaining the true essence of the EDSA People Power Anniversary. Filipinos should express unity and set aside political colors and political affiliations, he said. This is after President Du30 speaks on the heroism of the late President Ferdinand Marcos. Anti Du30-Marcos protests mushroom in minimal fractions due to the fear that once Bongbong Marcos wins the recount on March 19 against Vice President Leni Robredo, Du30 resigns to give way to Marcos as President. This is in line with the prediction in the past.

Only a few thousand protesters made it to the scattered scenes.
The Yellows’ Nightmare
It is not surprising for people who know President Du30 why on the eve of the so-called EDSA People’s power Anniversary, the President hails the late President Ferdinand Marcos as a hero. Knowledgeable Filipinos can relate to this because the only reason why EDSA was peaceful is that, the former President had the heart of preventing a bloody defense by stepping down. Nonetheless, Du30 can be irked by unmindful protests. When that happens, Filipinos can wake up one day with Bongbong Marcos as the new President.
Copy Cat Campaign
The anti-administration rally organizers said that the nationwide protest seeks to raise awareness on several issues. They include press freedom, human rights, Charter Change, mass transport, extrajudicial killings, and martial law in Mindanao in their campaign. Collectively, the protesters show their concern over the assumed looming dictatorship of President Du30. This is the same scenario as to the event leading to the fall of President Marcos. The yellows seem to forget that they are destabilizing a very popular leader and well-loved real Vice President.
Warning or Prediction?
Since the evidence against Robredo is logical, the yellows seem to double their efforts but to no avail. The majority of Filipinos still support the current administration. Most Filipinos wish to see Bongbong Marcos leading the country. As it was written; hail the pearl of the orient now has a new leader. His name symbolizes the sound of a bell…bong, bong, bong.
Like Father, Like Sons
Joseph Simon, Ferdinand Alexander, and William Vincent all have the bearing and intellect of a Marcos. Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Marcos, 23, recently finished his graduate studies at the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science. Sandro’s popularity roars this early as seen recently at the Caloocan University gathering. Apparently, the crowd expects to see the younger Marcos and not his father Bongbong.
Just as when the Presidential Electoral Tribunal ordered the camps of Vice President Leni Robredo and former Senator Bongbong” Marcos to refrain from discussing their respective poll protests in public in a gag order, Marcos publishes his 4th video series. It contains his recent appearance at the Caloocan University. Apparently, he was not the one that the crowd expects to see. The truth comes out during the Q and A portion when a lady from the audience pops the very serious question. Where is Sandro?

Gag Order on VP Electoral Protest
The tribunal issued the order last February 13, as it called on both parties to observe the sub judice rule in light of the impending start of the recount of votes. The sub judice rule prohibits public discussion of cases pending before the courts.
Charisma and Humor
With charisma and humor, Marcos always empowers the youth. He addresses the Millennials and acknowledges them as the Majority Demographic of the Philippines today. If the Millenials could act together, they have the power to elect any official in any position, he said. Despite the failures of the system, Bongbong Marcos still urges the youth to be involved to make the politics of today better., he added
Since both camps cannot give interviews anymore to clarify their actions as far as the protest is concerned, the best way o deal with the issue thrown at the Marcoses is to publish this icebreaker. This tells the people that their choice will always excel not only in this generation but also in the next.
Still a Marcos in the Limelight
Joseph Simon, Ferdinand Alexander, and William Vincent all have the bearing and intellect of a Marcos. Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Marcos, 23, recently finished his graduate studies at the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science. He accompanies his father often in public appearances. In fact, Sandro often substitutes the older Marcos during his absence in speaking engagements. The millennial crowds welcome this with glee and affection because of his wit and good looks. Sandro is always the darling of the crowd wherever he goes.
While Vice President Leni Robredo tries to influence the millennials negatively against the Marcoses, Bongbong Marcos speaks highly of them. He considers them as the majority demographic of the Philippines. This is the reason why they should get involved. He urges them to speak out and help in revising the inefficient system of government if there is. The former senator’s backing among these young group of Filipinos is secured through the influence of his sons. In fact, they often overpower his popularity in gatherings.

The End of Misinformation
Fake news and the so-called “post-truth dominate the world not only today but even during the Martial Law Days. The only difference is, nowadays, it’s easy to seek for the truth with the IT technology. Young Filipinos should fight to win against misinformation in the past that affects the present. Numerous events and alliances during the EDSA revolution celebrations show all the truths that people should know especially when it deals with the Binay, Honasan, Marcos, ad Du30’s camps.
Dictatorship Black Propaganda
The word dictator attached to Marcos’ name is not even appropriate. There’s no dictator in a democratic country. However, there are politicians who are propagating the communism idealism. Not following the mandate of a president elected by majority votes like President Du30, for example, is one example of a communist move. The electoral protest of Bongbong Marcos against Vice President Leni Robredo is another thing – that a political party would do everything to disrespect people’s rights to choose their own leader.
Senator Gringo Honasan who leads the military during Edsa 1 and former VP Jejomar Binay, a martial law human rights lawyer were important players of the EDSA Revolution that ousted the late President Ferdinand Marcos. They were at the Quirino Grandstand Freedom Celebration on February 25. They both support Bongbong Marcos’ return to the executive office along with President Du30. This is more than enough proof as to who millennials can fathom on who are the pro-democracy leaders in the country today.
