Bongbong Marcos in an ambush interview said that he has no idea on the Smartmatic bribery between the automated election machine supplier and Comelec chair, Andres Bautista as divulged by his wife, Patricia Bautista. He urged everyone to let the authorities decide on the matter.

Spare Liza Marcos
The former Senator denied that his wife, Liza Marcos was the bridge of the meeting between the President and Mrs. Bautista who is battling a personal conflict with her husband over their finances. “We don’t interfere in marital quarrels,” he told reporters in an interview at the House of Representatives.
Du30 also confirmed meeting separately with the Bautistas in Malacañang after Patricia called his attention on her accusations against her husband. She speculates that he has unexplained wealth worth nearly P1 billion. He, however, refused to meddle on the marital issues and channeled the alleged anomaly to the investigators.
Marcos does not want to comment on the hidden wealth anomaly of Chairman Bautista as revealed by his wife. Reporters are adamant to get his side because this case directly favors his election protest against VP Leni Robredo. He insists after all that he had no knowledge whatsoever in the said issue.
The namesake of the late President Ferdinand Marcos stresses that his opinion is immaterial if he believes in the accusation or not. It is better to let the case go through its due course. Like the President, he does not want to influence the authorities’ finding on the matter because of the political situation that he is in.
In a shocking admission, Comelec Chair Andres Bautista revealed that he was a victim of theft and sexual abuse at the time his wife took all the alleged documents and bank statements that are now being presented. His sex life is now out in the open. Commission sidelines are divulged and Bongbong Marcos is implicated in the process that also discredits the integrity of the 2016 election.

Comelec Chair’s Sexual Fantasy
Patricia Bautista’s lawyer insists that it’s not her client who had extra-marital affairs but it’s the chairman who has some kind of “Latigo” sexual fantasy. He even has accounts in some pornographic sites where he is into young boys or he sometimes portrayed himself as a woman. One of their condo units was even converted into a sex den. She divulges this to justify that it’s not Mrs. Bautista who is immoral but the Comelec Chairman.
Smartmatic Deal during Election
In her statement to the NBI, Mrs. Bautista said that her husband got commissions from Divina law firm. These are referral fees for Smartmatic, Baseco, and the United Coconut Planters Bank. “Nilo Divina’s checks in Bautista’s name can prove this.” Smartmatic is the supplier of vote counting machines. Divina did not elaborate on his plans to file a complaint against her but confirmed that he will file a libel case against her.
PCGG Ghost Employees
Mrs. Bautista’s lawyer also discloses that Chairman Bautista also had some ghost employees when he was PCGG chair. She tries to prove that Andres Bautista is corrupt contrary to his allegations against his wife. That she just wants money. Therefore, she allows herself to be used by politicians.
Evidence vs Hearsays on Bongbong Marcos
Since PCGG is an agency that chases the alleged stolen wealth of the Marcoses, Bongbong Marcos easily surfaces into the scenario without mentioning his name. This disclosure of Mrs. Bautista is just in time for the upcoming recount for his electoral protest against VP Leni Robredo. However, the chairman’s political defense remains hearsays compared to the evidence presented by his wife.
Bongbong Marcos finds an ally in its quest to prove the fraudulent digital election system in 2016. The justice department reverses the decision of the Manila Prosecutor’s Office, which earlier found no basis to Marcos’ complaints that the alteration done by Smartmatic in the server did not have the permission from the authorized Comelec officer.

[VIDEO]: The Department of Justice orders the filing of criminal charges against the Commission on Elections and Smartmatic.
The DOJ orders the filing of criminal charges against the Commission on Elections (Comelec) and supplier Smartmatic for changing the script in the servers in between results transmissions during the 2016 polls. This coincides with the sudden switch of the trend that favored Leni Robredo.
The justice department found probable cause to charge Comelec and Smartmatic personnel. This is for violating Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act. Recommended for charges are Smartmatic technical support team head Marlon Garcia and members; Neil Baniqued and Mauricio Herrera. Comelec IT specialists Rouie Peñalba, Nelson Herrera, and Frances Mae Gonzales are also not off the hook.
Criminal Intent Not Necessary
The DOJ rejects Comelec’s defense that the script change was just for cosmetic purposes. That it did not affect the election results. The change in the script was allegedly due to the need to correct the items with “ñ” appearing as “?” and not for digital fraud. The DOJ stressed that RA 10175 is a special law that does not require criminal intent. Whatever the case may be, they have
The President’s Hand
The DOJ is noted to be an agency that pursues the ideals of the President – unlike the Supreme Court that sits as PET for Bongbong Marcos’ electoral protest against Robredo. Netizens recently urged the President over social media to interfere in the delaying tactics of Robredo being tolerated by the Comelec and the Supreme Court. It is a relief for Marcos supporters to think that their pleas did not fall on deaf ears.
Smartmatic decrypts 26 SD cards where 13 of them have folders that contain data in them. It is very unlikely why some of the 120 SD cards have data in them when they come from unused VCMs kits. This supports the Marcos camp’s protest that SC preserves the VCMs until the election protest finishes because they are vital in the protest.

[VIDEO]: The camp of Bongbong Marcos challenged the Comelec to show the content of supposed to be unused SD cards that are suspected to be used.
Decryption is still Ongoing
The Comelec decrypts of 26 of the 127 SD cards found to have data during the stripping of 1,356 unused VCMs last October 2016. This still goes on until they finish all the 127 SD cards.
A Booster of Marcos’ Position
This strengthens the position of Bongbong Marcos that massive fraud indeed happens during the last elections. SD cards from unused VCMs should be empty. Marcos lawyer, Victor Rodriguez confirms that they have data in them. He also serves as the spokesperson of Marcos.
Hurdles along the Way
It is not easy for the Marcos camp to continue the fight against Vice President Leni Robredo’s occupying the second highest position in the land. The discovery inspires Marcos’ team to not surrender.
There is no way that Bongbong Marcos stops his electoral protest against Robredo, especially now that even without knowing the content yet, it’s already proven that there’s indeed cheating since data exist in SD cards that are declared unused. That is already a clear lie!

Another attempt to mislead the public of the Comelec Chairman’s ineptitude? Bongbong Marcos’ Vic Rodriguez, spokesperson said that it is not fair for the former senator to be blamed for the delayed return of the VCMs to Smartmatic because the Comelec should have anticipated that delay can happen when there’s a case file in its contract with the VCM provider. They must not be negligent in protecting the rights of Filipinos from the contracts they entered the agency to.

2 Billion Loses is the Fault of the Comelec
Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista earlier said delivery of some VCMs to Smartmatic was delayed because of the electoral protest filed by Marcos. This was done before the Supreme Court, sitting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal. The delay may cost the government P2 billion because of the “options to purchase”. This provision is in the contract that the Comelec signed with Smartmatic. Due to the elections fiasco, the government is not buying them anymore thus requiring them to return.
Comelec is Negligent with Contracts despite Massive Fraud
The electoral system of the Philippines is noted to be fraudulent. It is unbelievable for the Comelec not to anticipate any filing of election protests. The right to vote is guaranteed by the Constitution. So Comelec must ensure that our votes are counted, Rodriguez stressed this out.
Do not Blame Bongbong Marcos
Why blame Bongbong Marcos for the lost? The Comelec’s ineptitude will cost the Filipino people P2 billion as Smartmatic now opt to collect the amount based on the “options to purchase” provision in their contract since the VCMs are now considered “sold” because of the failure to return the machines on time.
Bautista might be hurt with the canceled purchased?
Due to the behavior displayed by Bautista, it somewhat obvious that he is hurt by the canceled purchase option. This lead people into thinking that he might have some commissions there that he cannot take advantage off anymore. The man must not point fingers quickly because many of his fingers are pointing at him! He is protecting Smartmatic more than the people.
