Electoral Protest of Bongbong Marcos Leads to the Discovery of Biggest Digital Election Fraud

Bongbong Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Smartmatic decrypts 26 SD cards where 13 of them have folders that contain data in them. It is very unlikely why some of the 120 SD cards have data in them when they come from unused VCMs kits. This supports the Marcos camp’s protest that SC preserves the VCMs until the election protest finishes because they are vital in the protest.

[VIDEO]: The camp of Bongbong Marcos challenged the Comelec to show the content of supposed to be unused SD cards that are suspected to be used.

Decryption is still Ongoing

The Comelec decrypts of 26 of the 127 SD cards found to have data during the stripping of 1,356 unused VCMs last October 2016. This still goes on until they finish all the 127 SD cards.

A Booster of Marcos’ Position

This strengthens the position of Bongbong Marcos that massive fraud indeed happens during the last elections. SD cards from unused VCMs should be empty. Marcos lawyer, Victor Rodriguez confirms that they have data in them. He also serves as the spokesperson of Marcos.

Hurdles along the Way

It is not easy for the Marcos camp to continue the fight against Vice President Leni Robredo’s occupying the second highest position in the land. The discovery inspires Marcos’ team to not surrender.

Phone Protection: NQ Mobile Security 2 years or NQ Mobile Security 1 year

Dedicated to Fight Until the End

There is no way that Bongbong Marcos stops his electoral protest against Robredo, especially now that even without knowing the content yet, it’s already proven that there’s indeed cheating since data exist in SD cards that are declared unused. That is already a clear lie!

Why does Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista Blamed Bongbong Marcos for the 2 Billion Pesos Smartmatic Penalty?

Bongbong Marcos

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Another attempt to mislead the public of the Comelec Chairman’s ineptitude? Bongbong Marcos’ Vic Rodriguez, spokesperson said that it is not fair for the former senator to be blamed for the delayed return of the VCMs to Smartmatic because the Comelec should have anticipated that delay can happen when there’s a case file in its contract with the VCM provider. They must not be negligent in protecting the rights of Filipinos from the contracts they entered the agency to.

[VIDEO]: [NewsLife] Marcos Camp files raps vs SMARTMATIC, COMELEC [05|24|16]

2 Billion Loses is the Fault of the Comelec

Comelec Chairman Andres Bautista earlier said delivery of some VCMs to Smartmatic was delayed because of the electoral protest filed by Marcos. This was done before the Supreme Court, sitting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal. The delay may cost the government P2 billion because of the “options to purchase”. This provision is in the contract that the Comelec signed with Smartmatic. Due to the elections fiasco, the government is not buying them anymore thus requiring them to return.

Comelec is Negligent with Contracts despite Massive Fraud

The electoral system of the Philippines is noted to be fraudulent. It is unbelievable for the Comelec not to anticipate any filing of election protests. The right to vote is guaranteed by the Constitution. So Comelec must ensure that our votes are counted, Rodriguez stressed this out.

Do not Blame Bongbong Marcos

Why blame Bongbong Marcos for the lost? The Comelec’s ineptitude will cost the Filipino people P2 billion as Smartmatic now opt to collect the amount based on the “options to purchase” provision in their contract since the VCMs are now considered “sold” because of the failure to return the machines on time.

Bautista might be hurt with the canceled purchased?

Due to the behavior displayed by Bautista, it somewhat obvious that he is hurt by the canceled purchase option. This lead people into thinking that he might have some commissions there that he cannot take advantage off anymore. The man must not point fingers quickly because many of his fingers are pointing at him! He is protecting Smartmatic more than the people.

Marcos Camp to find out Truth on Smartmatic Lapses by Filing Cases – before Cheating Issues can Surface

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
A criminal case was filed by the Marcos camp with the Commission on Elections (Comelec) against Marlon Garcia, Smartmatic project director and three other alleged accomplices for violating RA 9369 or the Automated Election System Law by Atty. Jose Amorado and ABAKADA party-list Rep. Jonathan de la Cruz on behalf of Marcos.

It was cleared by Marcos’ lawyer that they are not making a conclusion that there’s indeed cheating, instead they wanted to know the truth why it was necessary to tamper the script in the server. Cheating incidents will be dealt with in another instance – with evidences gathered by the camp.

Fact is fact. “Smartmatic committed two violations. One is the script alteration on May 9,2016 at night and secondly transmissions of results via the transparency server halted at 10:00 PM nationwide on that same day,”. Marcos supporters also showed up during the filing of the case at the Comelec.

Smartmatic Summoned on Publicized Script Tempering without Evidence

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Mata sa Balota Movement leader, Father Robert Reyes led his group to file an electoral sabotage complaint against Smartmatic’s Marlon Garcia. This was due to the alleged change in script as per news on the transparency server after the election that coincides with the sudden change of trend on the Vice Presidential results favoring Robredo and wiping out the one million lead of Marcos overnight as reported by MARC JAYSON CAYABYAB of the INQUIRER.NET

Smartmatic project manager Marlon Garcia and PPCRV chair Henrietta De Villa were summoned for violating the election automation law or Republic Act 9369, according to Inquirer.

The group however did not have an IT expert to vouch for the accusation nor present any evidence for the alleged tampering. Will this group’s case stand a chance or will this have probable cause under the circumstances? Very unlikely but it really did created a noise – if that is the intention.
