I thought that disturbing news and emotional break downs can rob you easily with good sleep – but I was surprised not seeing those in this list. Before thinking that alcohol can give you a good, deep rest, read this article first because it is probably the reason why you can’t sleep well:

Do you wake up in the morning feeling more tired than you did when you went to bed? If so, something is disturbing your sleep. But do you know what it is?

Some reasons for sleep loss are obvious —

The mind is very powerful but it must be controlled so as not to exhaust the body. Negative happenings are going on around us – but so as the good things in life. Being knowledgeable with what’s hindering sleep can help a lot in determining why sleepless nights happen, despite not having anything to worry about – because it may just be one of your normal routines causing it. Perhaps, drinking your daily vitamins. So, you know what to do.
