BONGBONG MARCOS LIVE UPDATE WITH MAHARLIKA

Stop Politicizing Covid-19

Maharlika asked Bongbong Marcos on his comments to the Presidential-like image makeover of the sitting Vice President Leni Robredo. BBM did not stress on her actions but begs to please stop politicizing Covid-19. Each public official must do something in his area of duty to educate people on how to protect themselves from the virus. It does not matter who can do it first. The faster they can come up with a solution, the better.

If Bongbong Marcos is the Vice President

If Bongbong Marcos is the Vice President today, he would make sure that each Filipino knows how to deal with the virus. The learning is continuous and the health experts are doing all they can to manage the pandemic. The government on the other hand has the mandate to balance the infection and the economy. Therefore, it is crucial that the Vice President is in line with the President’s strategies. The Philhealth fiasco is also not helping. That agency must be reliable enough to provide the best healthcare possible.

Revolutionary Government and the SC

Take the 1986 case with the late President Cory Aquino. The government system has to start from scratch. President Duterte does not need that because he’s already President, Bongbong Marcos said. On the insinuation of Robredo’s camp that Duterte should also resign like the Prime Minister of Japan, BBM just cannot find a connection. PM Abe cannot manage the country well while suffering from his disease. While the Filipino leader is still on top of his responsibilities. The best thing to do now is for the SC to allow BBM to submit the evidence of fraud and eliminate the votes in places where the cheating is evident. Decide on the successor first before asking PD30 to resign.

The Strategy of Senator Imee Marcos in Pressing for Philhealth Answers

Philhealth

IMEE MARCOS PHILHEALTH SENATE HEARING

The Senators are Dismayed over Philhealth Interrogations

Philhealth Senior Vice President Chief Information Officer, Jovita Aragona faces the senators with Senator Imee Marcos on the lead recently. However, the interrogation went nowhere after the officials in question evade giving direct answers. This prompts the senator to speak in local dialects; Waray Waray? Negrense? with the officer-in-charge of fund management. She stresses the provisions of massive funds in Tacloban without known Coronavirus infection.

On the Blue COA Reporting

Senator Panfilo Lacson comments on COA’s disclaimer on Philhealth’s usual report adjustments. It looks like they made it look like revenues are on the blue with regards to OFW collections. Then, they get adjusted to the final reporting.

It System Anomalies

SVP Aragona defends the IT budget allocations by saying that the procurement stage made it difficult for her department to finish its programs. They can procure the hardware but the data software customization still needs a revamp. No real-time reporting, no IT Tax, cannot cope up with reports and no confirmations of the claimant’s status are some of the major problems. Complete listings of the responsible people with their corresponding tasks are one of Senator Marcos’ requests to further the investigation. This is on top of the breakdown of all the major spendings and short-term and long-term plans.

The First Thing that Bongbong Marcos Wants to do After Going Out of Coronavirus Isolation

Bongbong Marcos

By: Elena Grace Flores

YouTube video by Elena Grace Flores

BBM Can See His Family Soon after Coronavirus Isolation

Bongbong Marcos’ Simple Wants

Bongbong Marcos tells Choy Torralba that he will be out of isolation soon. He is adamant to see his family and friends again at close range. They might be in the same house with some of his immediate family members but he made it a point to keep a safe distance to avoid any chance of passing the Coronavirus infection to his loved ones.

Goodbye Boyish Looks

Torralba jokes that the boyish look of Marcos is already gone together with Coronavirus. He now looks like one Garcia actor. The namesake of the late President Ferdinand Marcos blames it for the lack of appetite. He said that it was really difficult to eat nutritious foods during his ordeal. His throat just feels like it’s covered with sand.

Out of Isolation Soon

He may already be out of isolation at this time of writing. However, he still needs to be careful. Marcos would surely donate his plasma when the doctor advises him that it would be safe to do so. The 2022 plan is certainly on track! Sorry to the detractors.

Bongbong Marcos’ First Appearance after Surviving the Pandemic

pandemic

My COVID-19 Story | Bongbong Marcos

Bongbong Marcos’ Message

I was wrong to think that I could battle COVID-19 alone. I am deeply grateful for the expert care of the doctors, nurses, and medical technicians who helped me overcome this ordeal.

My next fight will be to ensure that they all get support for the invaluable work that they do for our country. Maraming salamat at mabuhay po kayo!

Shout Out to the Pandemic Frontliners

Marcos is very grateful to the frontliners for surviving the pandemic. He urges every one to follow them and stay at home not to add up to their burden. He also campaigns to help in providing them with their necessary medical needs to be able to fight the coronavirus. He narrates his ordeal from attending a relative’s wedding in Spain to his quarantine state. Marcos is aware that he is already a senior citizen and at a high risk. He can only be grateful to the new heroes of the world.

A Pandemic Survivor

The former Senator’s appearance only shows that his experience was not easy. He calls on people to have the discipline not to spread fake news. He is still alive and calls himself a Covid Survivor. The late President Ferdinand Marcos’ son knows he’s very lucky to survive. This is because of the dedication of the doctors and nurses. Some of them already perished so it is best to adhere to the safety precautions. This is for the good of one’s family and the frontliners’ as well.

Will a Golden-Ager Forget the Name, Ferdinand Marcos When It Comes to Nutribun?

Ferdinand Marcos

ANG MAKABAGONG PAGBABALIK NG NUTRIBUN

SMC Brings Back Nutribun

San Miguel Corporation rekindles the production of vitamin-packed Nutribun. This is for distribution to charitable groups and critical Metro Manila communities. Priorities are families that have either no access to, or unable to afford, food amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

Ferdinand Marcos and Nutribun

A golden-ager pro or anti – Ferdinand Marcos can automatically recall that the Nutribun is classic when it comes to the nutritional provision in schools during the late President Marcos regime. The ingredients originally came from USAID. The Marcos administration produces the bread in 1975. Scientists from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University during the late 1960s and early 1970s put this together. This is to overcome childhood malnutrition in the Philippines.

Mayors Adopted the Nutribun Concept

Mayors Isko Moreno of Manila and Marcelino Teodoro of Marikina revive the Nutribun concept earlier on. Yorme as Mayor Isko is popularly known said that the power bread serves as his motivation to attend school classes every day from Monday to Friday. A worthwhile memory that he can share with the children of his constituents today.

Marcos-Binay: Vague Coronavirus Info Causes Panic

Marcos-Binay: Vague Coronavirus Info Causes Panic

Binay hits DOH over slow dissemination of info on COVID-19 cases

Senate Interrogation on the Mishandling of COVID-19

Senator Nancy Binay on Monday criticized the Department of Health’s (DOH) supposed slow dissemination of information regarding the confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the country.

Viber Groups are Ahead of the Coronavirus News

Senator Binay presses of the DOH official why they cannot confirm a local COVID-19 case in an area ahead of time. She at first suspects the local transmission rumor as fake news. Only to find out in the evening that it is exactly the case. A parent of one school is said to be infected with the coronavirus thus prompting the establishment to disinfect the whole campus.

The Balancing Act of the DOH Causes Public Distrust

While Binay said she understands that DOH needs to perform a “balancing act” in respecting the privacy of COVID-19 patients and being transparent with the public, she reminded officials that they should make decisions that would benefit everyone. Senator Imee Marcos earlier urges the DOH to be transparent without causing public panic. However, putting the people in limbo drives them to anxiety.

Cayetano-Marcos: A Jurisdiction Conflict or Just Hating Each Other’s Guts?

Cayetano

By: Elena Grace Flores

YouTube video by INQUIRER.net
Sen. Pia Cayetano, pinuna ang hearing ni Sen. Imee Marcos

An Overlapping Situation

Senators Pia Cayetano and Imee Marcos continue the rift between their families. In 2016, Senator Ian Peter Cayetano and Bongbong Marcos also had some bouts. A recent hearing that tackles the the “economic effects” of the government’s investment promotions program has led to Citira. Cayetano is the sponsor of the Senate version of Citira, which is under her ways and means committee. She fumes over Marcos’ inclusion of this topic on her economic hearing.

Cayetano’s Dissatisfaction

Malacanang certifies the CITIRA bill as urgent, according to Cayetano. The bill is now up for plenary debates as Committee Report No. 50. Are we allowed to have another committee conduct a hearing on exactly the same subject matter in another hearing without even informing the chair, even on a personal level?” Cayetano said in the plenary session. “I don’t mind, dear colleagues, you can speak to any resource person. You can invite them to your office, but to have them in a hearing on a matter that was pending on the floor is a slightly different thing,” she continued.

Apology to the Irrate Senator

This prompts Marcos to clarify that the Senate economic affairs’ hearing did not touch on the tax aspect of the CITIRA measure. It merely tackles the impact of COVID-19 on exports and the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies. Marcos added that the discussion also includes the impact of the cancellation of the Philippines-U.S. Visiting Forces Agreement (VFA) and the over-all effects of COVID-19 on the economy. Marcos eventually apologizes to Cayetano and Cayetano accepts Marcos’ apology but has difficulty understanding her explanation that the committee covers a wide range of topics.

Should a Symptomatic Person Get Tested for Coronavirus Despite No Cure?

coronavirus

By: Elena Grace Flores

YouTube video by ANC 24/7
Philippines confirms 2 new COVID-19 cases

Coronavirus is Here in the Country

Many Filipinos ask if one should take a test while experiencing the coronavirus symptoms even if there’s no cure yet? Two more cases of COVID-19 were reported in the Philippines, raising the country’s total to five. Among those infected was a Filipino male who had no travel history abroad. The DOH assigns a hotline for such reports but most people are hesitant.

Clearly a Local Case

A 62-year-old diabetic also tests positive of SARS-CoV-2 despite the absence of travel. He regularly worships st the Muslim prayer room in Greenhills. The place is now disinfected. He experiences coughing with phlegm since Feb 25. This is a clear indication of local contamination. The virus is here. Although the spread is a little slow compared to other countries because it’s not heat resistant. It’s now summertime in the Philippines.

Self Isolation is the Best

In Japan, people with the symptoms of coronavirus cannot get a test from hospitals. This is to protect health practitioners as well. In Thailand, it would also cost them 10,000 Baht. So, not many can afford that. Nonetheless, if one suspects to have the virus, self-isolation is important. That means, away from anybody including close family members. Treat the symptoms accordingly like the common colds, flu, and coughs. Take loads of Vitamin C to boost the immune system. A healthy diet and regular exercise are also a big plus.
