Not many Duterte supporters knew that their support towards the tough-talking presidentiable would lead them into realizing the fear of outgoing President Noynoy Aquino – which is the comeback of a Marcos in the top government office. With Duterte now becoming the most powerful official in the Philippine government, the Aquinos’ efforts in using martial law aftermaths to discredit the Marcoses will now go in vain. The incoming president is not only vocal in his loyalty to the late former President Ferdinand E. Marcos but he’s also refraining from doing anything that could hurt his personal friendship with Bongbong Marcos.
The hairline defeat of the younger Marcos in the Vice Presidential race amidst cheating allegations might made him farther from the presidency – but with Duterte’s alliance, the prophecy of him having a short-cut to become the leader of the country while going to war with China – that soon will make the nation as the greatest in Asia under his leadership was described by Nostradamus as “the pearl of the orient is going to have a new leader with name sounding like that of a bell; “bong, bong” at that!
There are speculations now that Leni Robredo, who was inaugurated as Vice President will be ignored in favor of Marcos is not far from reality or at least in Duterte’s territory – but the nation would soon realize that these things are destined to happen whether they like it or not – for the good of the country and the world in general.
