It’s debatable to wear contact lenses overnight – since risks are involved when you do. So, people wearing them during their sleep just kept quiet about it. In my case, I find it more risky to remove them every night because of my long nails. Also, I hate waking up in the morning with blurry vision. Therefore, I took the risk – and just made sure that I buy quality lenses and luckily, I got the right brand. Read this:

Aside from getting the the contact lenses made for extended wear – it’s always necessary to practice proper hygiene in maintaining them. It is best not to go beyond the recommended length of usage. Better yet, when you feel even the slightest discomfort – to immediately remove those contact lenses and do the ideal cleansing process. This way, you are preventing dirt to cause eye infections thus stopping bacteria from damaging your eyes.
