The joke of Senator Imee Marcos that she might arrange their Igorots to dance and bless former Senator Antonio Trillanes IV’s office prior to her moving there is again given another meaning. The news report states that Marcos implies their ownership of the Igorots. A certain group of this native community allegedly denies their affiliation with the Marcoses. This is a clear proof that the opposition would twist everything just to block any Marcos to return to Malacanang. However, they prove them wrong especially ex-Pnoy. They even poses next to the portrait of their patriarch at their former home during the new Senator’s oath-taking.

In his independence Day message, Bongbong Marcos reminds to strengthen nationalism. Finding ways to serve the country is a highlight. One possibility is to bring back ROTC. Senator Manny Pacquiao already files the bill for this. The President also deems this urgent. He supports the efforts as he explains that the Reserve Officers Training Corps is not only a reserve for war but an exercise for discipline.
Black Propaganda Against the Marcoses is Now Ineffective
Over three decades since their patriarch’s ouster, the Marcos family sets foot in Malacañang anew. This is during the oath-taking of Senator-elect Imee Marcos before President Rodrigo Du30. Corruption and human rights allegations are the opposition’s tool in making the Marcoses unpopular. These are now laughing matters after Senator Imee Marcos’ win in the Senate with over 16 million votes.
Social Media is the Initial Source
Photos of the Marcoses’ recent Malacanang visit are available at the official social media accounts of the Marcos siblings, Imee and Bongbong Marcos. Their return to the halls of power recently symbolizes their return to power as a family and not just one or two of their members.
Malacanang Pictorial Coincides with the President’s Remarks
Find another Marcos, the President said. He hints on the election of a Marcos as President. Coincidentally, the namesake of the late President Ferdinand Marcos also discloses that he is now ready for the Presidency. This prompts his Vice Presidential rival, Leni Robredo not to close the possibility that she might run in the 2022 Presidential elections.
Symbolic Photo with the New Senator
Back in Malacañang for the oath-taking of senator-elect Imee Marcos and her son Ilocos Norte governor-elect Matthew Joseph Manotoc, the Marcos family took the opportunity to pose with the portrait of former president Ferdinand Marcos. Among the members of the Marcos clan who attended the ceremony were former First Lady and Ilocos Norte Rep. Imelda Marcos and former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. His son Sandro, and the two other sons of Senator Marcos are also in the picture with her sister, Irene Araneta.
