Russia Interfered during the U.S. Elections?

Russia

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

People scrutinize Mainstream media for fake news recently. This leads Denzel Washington to comment: If you don’t read the news you are uninformed if you do read, you are misinformed, he said. However, that’s not all. It is alleged by U.S. Spy Chiefs that Russia spearheads hacking government computer systems to spread misinformation that discredit Hillary Clinton. President Trump does not buy this.

Russian Authorization

James Clapper, National Security Agency chief Michael Rogers and Marcel Lettre, undersecretary of defense for intelligence, tells the committee during the hearing in a joint statement that “only Russia’s senior-most officials” could have authorized the operation. They refer to hackers’ who steal Democratic Party files and emails.

Not Convinced

The Republican mocks via Twitter intelligence errors of the CIA, the FBI, and other agencies. It challenges them to prove Putin’s administration to the hacking and leaks.

CNN Report

US officials tell CNN that they already have the names of the liaison officers who deliver the hacked emails from Russia to WikiLeaks. Russian officials indicate that that celebrate Trump’s victory. His triumph is also a win for Moscow so to speak. Former president Obama hopes that Trump looks into this report.

Friendly with Russia

Trump vows to get along with Russia and admires Putin. His non-traditional approaches are compared to Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte. Isn’t this a good thing that the possibility of warring nations can be minimized if not eliminated?

Trump’s Bad Words can Worsen if he becomes President like Duterte

bad words

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Donald Trump apologizes with what he did a decade ago saying bad words against women. In the tape, Trump can be heard bragging about being able to do anything to a woman, including groping them in the “p—y.”

[VIDEO]: Guilty people like Trump for saying bad things will always turn around the issues to their rivals – like what Duterte is doing.

Don’t bank on the Promise to be a Better Man when already President

A person cannot change just like that. His real personality will only come out once he’s on safe grounds. If already showing bad symptoms, it can only get worst when already in the position. The people in the Philippines continue to struggle to deny the bad things President Rodrigo Duterte has been talking about especially with regards to Obama, the UN, and EU. They wanted to justify whatDuterte really meant when it’s coming out right from his mouth.

Apology that contains attacks to others is Insincere

Apologizing on public TV about the bad things done then reverting to attack enemies is insincere. It’s abusing the media mileage given to explain actions. Not to discredit opponents in a very exaggerated way. Trump defended his bad mouth and then accused Bill Clinton of abusing women – which in reality is wrong. Bill might have extra-marital affairs in the past but far from what Trump would like to show to the world.

Difference between Bad Words and Actions

Duterte supporters would always defend the tough mouth of the president by saying that he’s better because his actions are for the good of the people. Never mind the mouth. However, bad words can kill, abuse, hurt and destroy a nation. If Americans vote for Trump, they would for sure suffer being isolated by their president – just like what Duterte is doing.

Words Reflect the Person Inside

The mouth is the reflection of the heart. The eyes is the reflection of the soul. If a person is full of foul words, chances are, he’s got a lot of hatred in his heart. He would then govern with hatred when given the chance.

Attempt to cover Bad behavior

Real culprits would always find other people to blame for their messes. This is to cover up their bad behaviors and wrong decisions. Their own diversionary tactic, so to speak.

It is understandable that people would like to have changes in the government especially when things are not better like it should be. However, the character of a president to be is vital in his ability to govern. A nation can only be progressively successful when in friendly terms with other countries. Lesser enemies, the better and it will not be that good if you have a president with a mouth that would shoo away allies.

Presidential Debate: Trump defensive even with Clinton’s use of personal email for top secrets

Presidential Debate

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Hillary Clinton forces Donald Trump onto defense over his temperament, refusal to release his taxes and his past comments about race and women during their first presidential debate. Clinton would do it differently if given the chance to correct her mistake in dealing with highly confidential matters through her personal email but Trump thinks, she’s a disgrace.

[VIDEO]: Hillary admits that using personal emails on the country’s highly confidential documents was a mistake – but Trump insists she did that on purpose.

Clinton’s Dominance

Clinton, delivers a strong performance in which she demonstrates a command of policy and a sense of humor. She’s just smiling through some of Trump’s strongest attacks.

“Trump’s False Claim

The debate highlights Trump’s tendency to make false claims as he made inaccurate statements on everything from laws regarding policing. His support for the Iraq War and his contention that Clinton was behind the so-called birther conspiracy.

Discussion on Barack Obama

One of the most powerful moments of the debate comes when the conversation focuses on the so-called birther debate. It follows Trump’s recent acknowledgment that President Barack Obama was born in the US. It is a fact that has been evident for years. With Trump standing just a few feet from her, Clinton blasted him for perpetuating a “racist lie.”

Trump is a Racist

“He has a long record of engaging in racist’s behavior,” Clinton said as Trump shook his head. Trump hit back, noting Clinton’s tough critiques of Obama during their bitter 2008 primary battle.

Dignified and Poised

Hillary Clinton’s preparedness to swallow Trump made her look so dignified and posed. While Trump is busy fighting with the moderator or controlling his body language. That tells people he lacks information.

Presidential Debate: Clinton slams Trump for Temperament that could start another War

Presidential Debate

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Clinton and Trump open the debate positively by shaking hands. Then, the station themselves behind their podiums at Hofstra University on New York’s Long Island. Former President Bill Clinton and Melania Trump also greet each other before going to their assigned seats.

CNN
[VIDEO]: Trump brags that he kows how to win and Hillary don’t. Whooh what a temper!

Presidential Debate Temperaments Exposed

Trump narrates how outrageous Hillary Clinton was talking to someone whom he does not know.  He also praises himself for having much better temperament than her. Clinton then narrates how Trump commented about a foreign navigational vehicle coming into the American waters. Take them off he said. That can start another war.

Temperaments all throughout

Trump’s intense manner of speaking did not help him in this round. Clinton’s smiles, body language and “whoos” could just make audience applaud her.

Democratic Audience

The drawing aura of Hillary Clinton makes the audience respond by applauding her every brilliant defence. In many instances she really makes Donald Trump look like a neophyte smart ass.

Trump Convinces Self that He did better than Expected

Trump could be right that he did better than expected considering that Hillary Clinton makes her living doing public speaking.  However, as a presidential aspirant, he should have prepared himself by researching what he has to do as president. Often, he’s just acting aggressively when caught off guard.

Iranian Ship to be “shot out of the water” by Trump (Actual words)

Hillary Clinton highlights that Trump’s “shot out of the water” comment to the Iranian ship entering territorial waters of the US can actually start a war. Therefore he is not fit to be commander-in-chief. Point well taken!

Non-white Favorite: Clinton leads Trump by 5 points in Florida

Clinton

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores
Hillary Clinton becomes the favorite for non-white Americans. She holds a 5-point edge over Donald Trump in Florida. This is according to a new poll from Monmouth University out Tuesday.

Philippine President

The poll found Clinton leading Trump among likely voters in the crucial battleground, 46%-41%. Libertarian Party nominee Gary Johnson and Green Party nominee Jill Stein, both of whom will be on Florida’s ballot, drew 6% and 1%, respectively.

Florida voters

Monmouth’s poll produced another unfavorable finding for Trump: 54% of Florida voters believe the GOP nominee’s recent turnabout on President Barack Obama’s origins was made for political reasons. Only 24% think Trump believes that Obama is a natural-born citizen.

After years of promoting conspiracy theories regarding the first black President’s birthplace, Trump changed course last week.
He still has plenty of work to do on that front in Florida. According to the poll, Clinton leads Trump among Hispanic, black and Asian voters in the state, 69%-16%. Those three blocs comprise one-third of Florida’s electorate.

CNN/ORC Survey

Clinton’s 5-point advantage is wider than other recent polls out of the state, including a CNN/ORC survey released last week that found Trump up by 3, within the poll’s 3.5 percentage point margin of error. But it’s smaller than her lead in the previous Monmouth poll in Florida last month, which showed Clinton up by 9. That margin was also larger than other Florida polls conducted at the time.
The latest Monmouth poll was conducted September 16-19 using phone interviews with 400 likely Florida voters. It has a margin of error of 4.9%.

Clinton focuses on helping the disabled: No Trump in Speech

Clinton

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

Hillary Clinton’s concern now is  about policy. Hopefully, there will be less ofTrump. She immediately starts with that and ignores Trump.

Philippine President

Clinton strongly explains her agenda of  giving people with disabilities an equal chance at success. She made it clear that the opportunity for the disabled  is a vital aspect of her presidency.

The speech is in contrast with Trump

She has the chance to criticize Trump who mocked New York Times reporter Serge Kovaleski, in the past. His arthrogryposis impairs the movements in his arms. But Clinton chose to  ignore Trump’s deed and continued her 30-minute speech.
It was Clinton’s fourth in a series of addresses where she attempts to talk more about her values and proposals.  Hardly not mentioning Trump.

Stronger Together

Clinton’s past “Stronger Together” speeches on faith, community service and children and families have been far more focused on Trump.  The latest speech lived up to what Clinton’s aides had hoped the series of speeches would be: More policy than politics.
Clinton said people with disabilities are “invisible, overlooked and undervalued” The United States is “falling short” in protecting their rights.

Face problems and do Better

for everyone’s sake,” Clinton said. “Because this really does go to the heart of who we are as Americans.”
Clinton added that as president, she would do away with the subminimum wage. She will urge Congress to ratify the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Then launch a program to help with autism in the workplace.

No Isolation for the Disabled

“People with disabilities shouldn’t be isolated. They should be given the chance to work with everyone else. And we’re going to eliminate the subminimum wage, which is a vestige from an ugly, ignorant past,” Clinton said.  She refers to laws that allow employers to pay people with disabilities less than the minimum wage. Some advocates for the disabled, however, have feared that the elimination of the subminimum wage would diminish hiring of disabled workers.

Speech Attracts Supporters

Jennifer Mizrahi, the president of Respect Ability, an advocacy organization for people with disabilities, said the speech was the first time a presidential candidate has dedicated an entire campaign event to the disabled.

Poorest of the Poor

People with disabilities are usually the “poorest of the poor,” Mizrahi said, noting that around 400,000 disabled people work in “sheltered work shops where they can pay subminimum wages, as little as 20 cents an hour.”
The activist also suggested the Clinton’s struggles would be helped by focusing on people with disabilities.
“We span every demographic,” she said. “A lot of white people with disabilities.”

Clinton Strong with the Latino-Americans

Clinton is beating Trump with Latino and African-American voters, but lagging behind the Republicans with white voters, especially those without a college degree.

Trump loyal Christie calls Clinton a ‘disgrace’ over mixed Info

Clinton

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

New Jersey governor and Donald Trump surrogate Chris Christie called Hillary Clinton “a disgrace”. This is  after she connected recent police shootings to “systematic racism”. This has happened hours after the GOP nominee said he was “very troubled” by a recent incident in Oklahoma.

Philippine President

“She’s a disgrace. She’s a disgrace and those comments are a disgrace,” Christie said Wednesday on “The Laura Ingraham Show.” “It’s typical of Hillary Clinton. She knows nothing but the mouth never stops.”

Not Different from Rival Trump

Trump, however, has also displayed a tendency to speak about events before all the facts are made clear. He was noted calling the explosion in New York City  a “bomb” 30 minutes after the incident. Despite  not knowing the exact facts.

The Steve Harvey Show

Ingraham played comments Clinton made Tuesday on “The Steve Harvey Show” following the shooting of Terence Crutcher. He is  a 40-year-old unarmed black man shot dead by police in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

“And we’ve got to tackle systemic racism — this horrible shooting again,” Clinton said. “How many times do we have to see this in our country? In Tulsa, an unarmed man with his hands in the air? I mean, this is just unbearable, and it needs to be intolerable. And so maybe I can, by speaking directly to white people, say, look, this is not who we are.”

Synonymous with Trump

Trump, speaking Wednesday in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, at a minority voter outreach event, also expressed concern about the shooting.

“I must tell you, I watched the shooting, in particular in Tulsa, and that man was hands up, that man went to the car — hands up — put his hand on the car. To me, it looked like he did everything you’re supposed to do,” Trump said. “And he looked like a really good man — and maybe I’m a little clouded because I saw his family talking about him after the fact … but he looked like somebody who was doing what they were asking him to do.”

Keith Lamont Scott

Christie — speaking hours after Clinton condemned the shooting death of Keith Lamont Scott in Charlotte, North Carolina — said the former secretary of state doesn’t know enough about policing to draw any conclusions.

“The fact is she has no idea what happened in North Carolina,” he said. “The same way, as you very aptly pointed out Laura, people jumped to conclusions in Ferguson, which caused riot conditions in Ferguson, because of politicians dumping gasoline on a fire.”

National Best Practice for Clinton’s Campaign

The Clinton campaign has said she hopes to develop national best practices for police to help them manage situations like those in Tulsa and Charlotte. But Christie, a former federal prosecutor, said Clinton had “no experience in law enforcement except for being interviewed by them.”

“I’m just appalled, and as someone who spent seven years in law enforcement, she’s exactly the kind of politician that law enforcement loathes, loathes her,” Christie added. “Because she jumps to conclusions for political gain and doesn’t care what careers or lives she ruins in the process.”

US Election: Clinton’s pneumonia not a big deal

Clinton

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

As U.S. election day is fast approaching, there’s no stopping Hillary Clinton. She has not rested after being diagnosed with pneumonia. She’s back on the campaign trail – thus showing signs of weakness. Is it worth it? Here’s CNN’s coverage:

Pneumonia not a big deal

Hillary Clinton said Monday night she’s “met a high standard of transparency” about her health and didn’t think the pneumonia was “going to be that big a deal.”

Clinton said she felt dizzy and lost her balance Sunday, but did not lose consciousness, and is now “feeling so much better.”
“I was supposed to rest five days — that’s what they told me on Friday — and I didn’t follow that very wise advice,” Clinton told CNN’s Anderson Cooper in a phone interview.

“So I just want to get this over and done with and get back on the trail as soon as possible,” she said.

Clinton appeared wobbly and stumbled Sunday as she left a 9/11 commemoration ceremony in New York. Her campaign later revealed she’d been diagnosed Friday with pneumonia — a disclosure that fueled arguments that the Democratic nominee isn’t sufficiently forthcoming about important details. But during her interview Monday, Clinton sought to turn criticism of her secrecy over her illness into an attack on Republican rival Donald Trump.
“Compare everything you know about me with my opponent. I think it’s time he met the same level of disclosure that I have for years,” Clinton told Cooper.

“It’s really past time for him to be held to the same standards, not just as me, but as anybody else who has sought this job,” she said.
Clinton had a cough last week, and chalked it up to allergies — joking at an event that she was allergic to Trump.

She said Monday night she’d thought at the time it was allergies, because she experienced a similar cough in the spring and fall due to seasonal allergies.

“What happened this time, though, was it didn’t dissipate, and that’s why when I got off the road on Friday, I did go to see my doctor, and that’s when I was diagnosed with pneumonia,” Clinton said.
She said her campaign didn’t publicly reveal her diagnosis because “I just didn’t think it was going to be that big of a deal.”

“Obviously I should have gotten some rest sooner — I probably would have been better off if I just pulled down my schedule on Friday, but like a lot of people, I thought that I could just keep going forward and power through it. And obviously that didn’t work out so well,” she said.
