A “Dayan” Arrest
A subpoena for Marcos to attend the next hearing on July 25 is already issued by the Congress. Since she won’t submit herself voluntarily. They have to arrest her. Pimentel admits that it is difficult to do that in Ilocos Norte because she’s an elected governor with ample support from the people.
“De Lima” Contempt
Bongbong Marcos also is warned. The governor said that she wants to testify during the probe into her alleged misuse of P66.45 million worth of provincial tobacco funds. This is to purchase motor vehicles upon the request of the farmers themselves through their barangay officials including two of the Fariñas clan. However, her brother, Bongbong Marcos discourages her to so so. The younger Marcos just shrugged off their threats.
Doing a “Corona”
House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez also vows to impeach Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno for advising the justices involved to seek the intervention of her branch which is their constitutional right. Where is justice?
Gov. Marcos’ detention room is a 70- to 80-square-meter extension office of Detabali. It is on the 3rd floor of the House of Representatives’ main building. It is fully air-conditioned with private bathroom and a water heater. A solo metal bed with mattress and food are provided. She can also bring her own. Gadgets, television, and internet connection are allowed for her to continue working.
The European Parliament adopts the call of a lawmakers’ group to immediately release detained Philippine Senator Leila de Lima. She is the fiercest critic of Philippine President. In a resolution, it firmly asks for her to be provided with adequate security while in jail. Filipinos are confused why an international body dares to interfere with the country’s legal system just to protect a notorious illegal drugs trade coddler?

[VIDEO]: European lawmakers propose a draft resolution calling for the “immediate release” of Philippine Senator Leila de Lima.
On top of that, European lawmakers urge the Philippine authorities “to ensure a fair trial. It even recalls the right to the presumption of innocence. It demands the government to drop all politically motivated charges against her. They also ask the government to end any further acts of harassment. As if she’s not capable of any wrongdoings. This is a clear manifestation of misinformation.
Death Penalty Say
In the same resolution, the EU tells Philippine officials to “immediately halt ongoing proceedings to reinstate the death penalty.” Do they have the right to do so? Can’t they understand that the Philippine government is capable enough to do its mandate to properly govern the country? What’s wrong with this people? Filipinos elected a leader who vows to declare war on drugs. They should respect that.
Display of Arrogance
Senate Majority Leader Vicente “Tito” Sotto III thinks that for the European Parliament to call for Senator Leila de Lima’s release clearly displays their arrogance. “The European Parliament must be told that the Philippines is a democratic nation ruled by law. Judicial processes are fully functioning,” Sotto said. Their demanding the release of Senator De Lima is a display of arrogance. They want to show power. Pure interference in the country’s domestic affairs cannot be tolerated.
Sotto then urges the Philippine embassy in EU Capital to file a protest and explain De Lima’s case. “Our embassy in EU Capital must file a Note Verbale of Protest and explain in full the case of Senator Leila,” he said.“The Department of Foreign Affairs or DFA must see to it, it’s done. They must be warned that they cannot just malign us!”
Philippine presidents have immunity from lawsuits, but critic the PDu30’s greatest critic, Sen. Leila de Lima says that Lascañas testimony is useful in an impeachment complaint. The opposition lawmaker is now in jail on drug charges that are allegedly politically motivated, according to her. She challenges the president’s immunity in a landmark case before the Supreme Court.

[VIDEO]: Arturo “Arthur” Lascañas claims to have killed more or less 200 people in Davao City, supposedly because of his “loyalty” to the President.
Since the president cannot be impeached due to crimes committed in the past during his stint as Davao’s Mayor, Lascañas explains how the administration uses the Davao Death Squad formula for police operations in Manila for the drug war. He claims that it is better in Davao because they get to bury the dead in the Laud Quarry in Davao. Some journalists inspect the area but residents there do not have knowledge regarding Lascañas’ claims. He added that in Manila, they just cremate the supposed extra-judicial killing victims.
Afraid of the Family Curse?
Lascañas confesses in an interview that if he won’t confess before he dies, his family inherits the curse that is upon him. It is hard to believe that he even cares for his family when he can even get his two brothers killed as per his own words in his intention to stay loyal to the president. He claims that he orders to kill them if they fight during a buy-bust operation on illegal drugs.
God Fearing or ICC Package?
Lascañas allegedly sought refuge from members of the Catholic Church shortly after he retired. Then reached out to Senator Antonio Trillanes IV to help facilitate his “public confession” of all people. If he is afraid of God, then why go to Trillanes? Is he really for clearing his conscience or for the prize that they would pay to topple the president? How much are we talking here on top of the all-expense paid testimony at the ICC in Netherlands?
Lascañas should know that PDU30 becomes president because of the rumors about his fierce strategy of solving Davao’s criminality problems. Nevertheless, successful or not, he for sure gets his reward from the Liberal Party that Trillanes and De Lima serve. The truth is, people just don’t care if his testimony is true or not. The majority of Filipinos are at the back of the president because he genuinely works for the good of the country and his people whatever it takes. Besides, a real priest can advise him that he can repent in secrecy – not in public through Trillanes.
Inciting to rebellion or insurrection is an offense without taking arms or being in open hostility against the Government. Incite others to the execution of any of the acts against the government by means of speeches, proclamations, writings, emblems, banners or other representations tending to the same end. Vice President Leni Robredo’s call to her colleagues in the political opposition to toughen up, be braver, and be louder in their opposition to the Administration’s policies are clearly inciting to rebellion.

[VIDEO]: VP LENI ROBREDO NAGMAMAGALING SA MEDIA INTERVIEW
Robredo Warns Senators
Robredo distributes paddle boats to fishermen in Bohol when she criticizes the reorganization in the Senate. She sent the message that there are repercussions to senators who do not allow kowtow to the policies of the administration. The blunt message means; lose your committee chairmanship.
Troubled with Senate Reorganization
The message of the reorganization is troubling, she said. You cannot go against the administration. If you do, repercussions are at stake,” she added. She should know the law.
De Lima as Victim?
Sen. Leila de Lima, a vocal critic of the President is the first to suffer the repercussion, said Robredo. De Lima is now detained in Camp Crame since Feb. 24 after the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court orders her arrest on drug charges. The Department of Justice clarifies that she is not a political prisoner.
The penalty of prision correctional as a maximum sentense and a fine not exceeding 2,000 pesos only is nothing for the Liberal Party to get scared about. This is the reason why they are not afraid of libelling the government using the media, official events, the senate, the church, and in Robredo’s case, her office for such anti-administration attacks.
The Liberal Party loses so badly during the last elections. The win of the Vice President and some senators from the group is questionable. Most of their members have already transferred to the opposition. Only a few loyalists are left. President Rodrigo Duterte even announces that since the election, nobody wants to be LP anymore. Just recently, Gordon warns anti-administration senators who are also anti-Marcos to take their masks off and leave from the majority bloc.

[VIDEO]: SEN. GORDON BINATIKOS ANG MGA PLASTIK O MAPAGKUNWARING KASAPI NG MAJORITY BLOC NG SENADO
Anti-Administration Senators Inside the Majority Bloc
Gordon is talking about Franklin Drilon, Leila De Lima, Bam Aquino, Francis Pangilinan, and Risa Hontiveros, who are all members of the Senate majority bloc. They are the solid opposition in the Senate masquerading as administration players. “They have to take their mask out,” said Gordon.
Leave Majority Bloc
Gordon thinks that they should leave the majority bloc. The five senators are in unison with the libelous Senator Antonio Trillanes IV and Ralph Recto who said that Federalism is ugly. Most of them, if not all support the series of protests against the late former president Ferdinand E. Marcos’ burial at the Heroes’ Cemetery.
Oust Duterte Plan Coincides with Anti-Marcos Protests
A senator can go against the plans of the president without being an anti-administration public official. Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri explains this during his conflict with Trillanes. He said that he is against the death penalty but he is never a part of any plan to oust the president unlike the senators mentioned by Gordon in the majority bloc. The anti-Marcos senators seen in protests are the same officials speculated to be part of the plan to oust Duterte.
Reason of Robredo’s Forced Resignation from the Cabinet
The president accuses Robredo of joining anti-Duterte rallies. Then she shows up at a Cabinet meeting the next day. Robredo and the Liberal Party members deny plans to unseat the President, but Duterte is sure that the “yellow group” cannot accept defeat. It is remembered that the Fil-Am billionaire, Loida Nicolas Lewis calls on Duterte to resign because she’s disgusted that he will let Bongbong Marcos take-over if he can’t deliver his promises.

The House would leave it up to the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Ombudsman to file charges against De Lima for her role in abetting illegal drugs. Members of the house minority voted against De Lima’s prosecution.
[VIDEO]: Watch the humiliating experience of Senator Leila De Lima during the Senate Probe but evidences cannot stand in court accusing her as “Mother of all Drug Lords”. House won’t recommend charges against her.
Ombudsman: Hearsays cannot stand in Court
The Office of the Ombudsman is not likely to initiate its own investigation of Senator Leila De Lima in light of a lack of firm leads. Everything are just allegations; she said. Nothing concrete that could stand in court. The evidences are just hearsays.
Evidences are just testimonies that can be false
De Lima was accused of receiving payoffs from convicted drug lords in the New Bilibid prison.
De Lima was paid millions of pesos as bribe to carry on with the illegal drug trade in Bilibid.
All the inmates except Sebastian claimed that a fund-raising activity transpired within the jail from 2012 to 2015 to finance her senatorial bid in 2016.
Mother of all Drug Lords?
What happen to the “mother of all drug lords” tag? If she really is, then it should not be hard to get a concrete evidence against her.
Will Duterte say Sorry?
The President made a lot of mistakes already in his shaming alleged drug criminals. He might be wrong again when it comes to De Lima. Hopefully, he is man enough to say sorry – even if he cannot bring back De Lima’s reputation anymore.
What will happen to the Sex Videos?
Now, President Duterte can watch them over and over again – and convince himself once more that the woman in the video is really De Lima. They are obviously fake.
What prompted the President to connive with De Lima’s Character Assassination?
Could it be true that the President had no choice but to destroy De Lima’s reputation – so that the people will not believe her in the Extra Judicial Killings Probe involving him? Now that both probes are not halted, maybe they can move forward and work together?
Pnp Chief Dir. Gen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa displays his sens of humor when he posted his picture wearing a wig via social media. In his caption, he asked Sen. Leila de Lima: “You may or may not answer this question: Who is more handsome, me or Secretary (Vitaliano) Aguirre?”
[VIDEO]: Bald headed personalities try to cover up their baldness which is hereditary. See them wear fake hair pieces or wigs. What do you think of PNP Chief Bato? Is he more handsome than DOJ Secretary Aguirre?
Response to De Lima but Just for the Laugh
Bato just laugh of De Lima’s earlier jab at Aguirre, saying the alleged evidence the administration is using to implicate her in the illegal drug trade is “fake and cosmetic” like Aguirre’s toupee.
Suave or Boring Look?
Skinhead guys can make it to Hollywood. Their looks excel from the rest. Bato might look suave with the false hair but he looks just like any other men from the streets. The “star” quality” is gone. Just plain and boring.
Wig does not match
Bato might just have taken the wig from somewhere and tried it on just for a quick selfie. It obviously does not match his charisma.
De Lima’s Say?
We don’t think this would catch Senator De Lima’s eyes with all the things she’s going through. But in fairness, it has shared many times via Facebook.
Filipinos love of Humor
This is harmless humor so if Filipinos have feasted on this then, well ad good. It is better to laugh than be sad with the drug war killings around or its inciting to killings.
Fake Hair Fashion?
Wearing a fake hair is someone’s prerogative but natural looks are always better even if it means, no hair at all!
Former Vice President Jejomar Binay urges his supporters to support the Duterte administration as they did for him. Further on to this Binay News, Binay is clearly one with Duterte’s plea to respect Senator Leila De Lima.
[VIDEO]: Jojo Binay detests selective justice and urges supporters to support Duterte as he calls to respect De Lima as our own senator.
No Family should Suffer the same Plight as the Binay’s
Some Duterte supporters continue to attack De Lima through social media by creating false video scandals but Jojo Binay agrees with the President to respect De Lima. He explains that no family should suffer the same when they were victims of selective justice allegedly by the previous administration.
Binay never wishes even to an enemy the same selective justice he experienced
Jojo Binay’s presidential bid really suffered because of the unfair hearings manifested by the Liberal Party. Now that Senator Leila de Lima is on the line with the present administration, Binay never tolerates that.
Political Motives against Enemies
Intimidating witnesses during hearings by senators in probes just to discredit the opponent should not be the characters that senators are perceived of by the public. They should not be acting as lawyers as well. If De Lima is really guilty with protecting the illegal drug trade, then file a case against her. Not perform such dramas in the senate.
De Lima must be Respected as per Duterte
As per Martin Andanar’s official announcement in behalf of the Duterte administration, De Lima must be respected along with the media. It is pathetic destroying our very own. The government also reminded the people that the senate is a co-equal branch of the executive office.
Right after Duterte’s plea, social media has been flooded with Leila De Lima’s faked sex video scandals. Does this mean that Duterte is not even followed by his supporters or these are orchestrated by his enemies to give him a bad name?

Mike Arroyo, the husband of former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo was a bit off saying: It’a ‘karma’ that Senator Leila de Lima has become the subject of President Rodrigo Duterte’s brutal attacks.
Former First Gentleman Jose Miguel Arroyo hinted that Senator Leila de Lima is getting the taste of her own medicine after she persecuted him and his wife, during the past administration while De Lima was in connivance with then President Benigno Aquino III in her capacity as justice Secretary.
It was remembered that De Lima stopped Arroyo’s medical treatment in the US with the temporary restraining order or TRO issued by the Supreme Court or SC in 2011.
Here’s what Mr. Arroyo has to say; “Senator de Lima complained that what President Duterte did to her was ‘very foul.’ How about when you violated [Arroyo’s] human rights by not allowing her to leave? You willfully disobeyed the SC TRO. Wasn’t that ‘very foul’ also?” the former First Gentleman stated in his social media account.
“How about when you said I escaped when I left for [Hong Kong]? You said flight is proof of guilt. Although the CCTV showed I went through the regular process, you never apologized. And I came back. Wasn’t that ‘very foul’ also?” Arroyo wrote.
“Now that the shoe is on the other foot, how does karma feel?” he added.
Based on the record however, De Lima did apologize after finding out that the Bureau of Immigration spelling record caused the misunderstanding – they should have been permitted to travel under such circumstance. This is a reality that when revenge is the ultimate motive, the government will go nowhere near progress. Healing should happen before we can move forward. It looks like that Duterte is becoming the instrument for vengeance and this is a very bad news for the Philippines.

A “comprehensive investigation” into drug syndicates at the New Bilibid Prison that allegedly implicated former Justice Secretary and now Senator Leila de Lima during her term has been launched by allies of President Rodrigo Duterte in the House of Representatives.
Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez and ten more lawmakers filed House Resolution No. 105 to enable the organization of a probe on the alleged involvement of the previous government while under De Lima’s watch that has been blamed for the advancement of illegal drugs inside the prison facility.
This is their response to De Lima’s chairing of the Senate committee on justice and human rights, leading the Senate investigation into the rising death toll without due process while war against drugs is ongoing.
Majority Leader and Ilocos Norte Rep. Rodolfo Fariñas, Batangas Rep. Raneo Abu, Rizal Rep. Michael John Duavit, Antipolo Rep. Romeo Acop, Davao City Rep. Karlo Nograles, minority leader Quezon Rep. Danilo Suarez, Iloilo City Rep. Jerry Treñas, Cavite Rep. Abraham Tolentino, Oriental Mindoro Rep. Doy Leachon, and Valenzuela Rep. Eric Martinez co-authored the resolution as per The Inquirer..
