[VIDEO]: Comm. Guanzon voted to disqualify Bongbong Marcos in 2022 polls
Media Propaganda of Guanzon
Comelec Commissioner Rowena Guanzon leaks her dissenting opinion to GMA recently with all the negative notions about Bongbong Marcos. The first division has two other members – Aimee Ferolino and Marlon Casquejo. However, due perhaps to the other two going against Guanzon to disqualify Marcos, she squeals to the media. This is clearly another media propaganda.
Comelec’s Subjudicial Rule
The subjudicial rule of the Comelec dictates that the ponente only announces the ruling of the case after the en banc voting that results to a ruling. However, Guanzon seems to be very disturbed to make her own decision public before her retirement on February 2, 2022. On top of that, she implies that someone tries to bribe, threaten, or seduce her.
No Moral Turpitude in BBM’s Case
As a public official, BBM’s salary was automatically deducted for the withholding taxes by the provincial government of Ilocos Norte. He did pay taxes. But ccording to the BIR, there’s a deficiency. Only the BIR can determine the correct tax payable. So, the honest interpretation of the taxpayer may sometimes differ from it. It is not tax evasion.
BBM was not able to contest the assessment because he was no longer in the Philippines when it came out. Although the Court of Appeals rules that there’s no tax evasion. Moral turpitude does not apply here contrary to Guanzon’s reasoning that is purely media propaganda.
[VIDEO]: Comelec Warns Petitioners against Talking to the Media
Comelec Spokesperson Warns against Media Propaganda
Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez reminds the anti-Marcos petitioners that it’s illegal to make noise on the cases especially when talking to the media. Jimenez said that there are comments here and there that are not helpful to the petitions. These statements are then carried out as media propaganda against Bongbong Marcos.
Petitions have the Same Grounds
All petitions against Marcos have the same grounds. The first ones were already known to have no merits. No tax evasion, and the non-filing conviction does not satisfy the moral turpitude ground that could disqualify him. Thereby, the growing number of petitions are just designed as materials for the media propaganda against the hottest presidential bet.
Many vloggers spotted the innocence of the demonstrators against Marcos. When interviewed, many of them did not know what they are fighting for. Therefore, social media is really very effective in counteracting the black media propaganda against Marcos.

The Valentines Day arrest is a shocker to Maria Ressa, Rappler’s CEO who is famous for allegedly spreading lies against the Du30 administration through her own media propaganda that aims to destroy the political enemies of her Liberal Party enablers. She is also instrumental in blocking and minimizing the supporters of Du30, Bongbong Marcos, and Atty. Glenn Chong through Facebook. Her hate towards the non-LP patriots brings her to forge connivance with FB founder, Mark Zuckerberg. On the other hand, Bongbong Marcos continues to inspire Filipinos by disclosing his own love story with wife, Liza Araneta Marcos. This is a hate-mess, love-bless scenario indeed.

The Blame Game of Maria Ressa
Maria Ressa, the CEO of online news site Rappler critical of the Duterte administration faces her arrest after office hours on Feb. 13, 2018. This is in connection with a cyber libel complaint by a businessman. Their so-called human rights advocates call the incident an act of “persecution.” Despite the fact that the case has nothing to do with the government but rather personal due to her spreading rumors about others without a legal basis just to have an edge in business, she can only blame her detractors for her misfortunes.
No Bail Recommendation
The arrest warrant did not state a bail possibility, according to Ressa’s lawyer, JJ Disini. “People should know that a line was crossed,” Ressa said. This is after she arrived at the National Bureau of Investigation headquarters on Taft Avenue in Manila on the night of her arrest. However, the lawyer should know that it is a bailable offense so, Ressa may have a little inconvenience overnight at the NBI. Not in prison per se.
An Awarded Journalist Can Also be Libelous
“We are going to new lows … We should be worried,” added the Rappler CEO, who was one of those named Time magazine’s “Person of the Year” in 2018 for journalistic work. To address this, Malacañang advises Ressa to concentrate on her defense. “The case against Maria Ressa is not based on any violation of press freedom. She simply commits a crime and the court finds probable cause,” presidential spokesperson Salvador Panelo said.
The warrant, issued by Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 46 Judge Rainelda Estacio-Montesa, orders Ressa’s arrest in relation to charges under the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012. The DOJ recommends it. They take her detention as a dramatic escalation in the legal pressure bearing down on Ressa and Rappler. The company is facing tax evasion charges that can shut it down.
Where’s the Link?
Then Rappler reporter Reynaldo Santos Jr. wrote that a car that services former Chief Justice Renato Corona during his impeachment trial belongs to businessman Wilfredo Keng. Santos alleges that Keng has ties to human trafficking and drug smuggling ring. Five years after the story’s publication, Keng files a complaint against Santos, Ressa and six members of Rappler’s board of directors under the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012. The NBI initially dismisses it since the article was published before the law was enacted. But in January 2019, the DOJ revives the charges against Ressa and Santos, as well as Rappler. It is because of the law update that can still cover the said news article in February 2014, and is therefore actionable.
Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos seems to be touring these days. That gives a hint to the press people that she is indeed preparing for the Senatorial race in 2019. She does not dispute that either. It is likely that she will run under the President’s umbrella because of the obvious alliance between them. The latest indication is the recent press conference where she and Presidential spokesperson Atty. Harry Roque answers questions about the current national issues. The Marcoses and the Filipino leader’s popularity remain despite the black media propaganda against them.

Roque Defended the President
Sensitive issues like the Dengvaxia case that hunts the previous administration are thrown at the Presidential spokesperson Roque. He constantly denies ill intention against ex-President Noynoy Aquino. The President is not into jailing previous presidents that came before him. It’s not just his style, Roque added.
Comelec’s Move against ex-Pnoy
The Commission on Elections’ (Comelec) Law Department summons former President Benigno Aquino III and two of his former cabinet members over a complaint of election law violation. This has links to the controversial dengue vaccination program. Aquino, former Budget Secretary Florencio Abad, and former Health Secretary Janet Garin have to appear at a preliminary hearing on March 15. The three face a complaint filed by the Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption for the implementation of the immunization program on April 4, 2016. This falls within the 45-day election ban on government projects ahead of the May 2016 elections.
Own Supporters Put ex-Pnoy into Trouble
Roque explains the President’s stand on the Comelec’s complaint against ex-Pnoy and others. What can Du30 do if it is ex-Pnoy’s own supporters who can see such problem in the Dengvaxia case? He has to allow the rule of law to run smoothly and fairly, he said.
The Popularity of the Marcoses Never Dies
Mayor Mauricio Domogan tags the appearance of the Marcos siblings during the weekend Panagbenga parades as unfortunate after critics loomed over social media. It turns out that Bongbong and Gov. Imee Marcos were not formally invited. They asked permission to participate even if they do not have to since all Filipinos can join any festivals. However, they were allowed to join with officials of the city and the Baguio Flower Festival Foundation Incorporated. They also engaged the crowd on the parade route. They spoke to the crowd at the Athletic Bowl. Imee introduces Bongbong as the vice president of the Philippines. Perhaps the mayor did not expect that the popular siblings can overpower the crowd.
The President defends his bloody war on drugs. He tells Southeast Asian lawyers that he is “demonized” by it. Du30 denies allegations of state-sponsored killings of both drug dealers and users. Meanwhile, a Liberal media also justifies the publication of its peer. This is the misconception on the popularized Pietà – like visual. The caption of this image somewhat says; “Jennelyn Olaires weeps as she hugs partner Michael Siaron. He is 30, a pedicab driver. Siaron was killed by motorcycle-riding gunmen. This was near Pasay Rotonda on Edsa.” His death is one of the six drug war deaths in the area on that day. It certainly did not blame the PNP. However, due to the mention of the drug war or drug-related incidents, it created a notion that the administration is behind it.
[VIDEO]: BEWARE THIS IS BLACK MEDIA PROPAGANDA – The Kill List: The Brutal Drug War in the Philippines
Actual Liberal Caption
What can one think that amidst the drug war, news headlines and captions are added with misleading phrases like the line highlighted below?
Church: “Thou Shall Not Kill”
BANNER PHOTO. The caption of this Inquirer photo on July 24, 2016, is as follows: ‘A weeping Jennelyn Olaires hugs partner Michael Siaron, 30, a pedicab driver an alleged drug pusher, who was shot and killed by motorcycle-riding gunmen near Pasay Rotonda on Edsa. He was one of six killed in drug-related incidents in Pasay and Manila yesterday.’ Screenshot from www.inquirer.net
This is a clearly confusing but the media involved blames the Pro-administration journalist and officials instead for defending the President from the misunderstanding.
Human Rights Criticisms
The Du30 administration’s human rights record is strongly criticized by Western countries. It is one of the issues US President Donald Trump plans to raise on a visit to Manila next month to attend perhaps the ASEAN summit. The President tells the ASEAN Law Association that while some things against him were true, he did not order extrajudicial killings of drug suspects as his critics insinuate.
The President’s Statement
President Du30 said;
“I know that I have been demonized. And well, of course, I will assure you upon my oath as a lawyer and before God that some are true, some are not. And the extrajudicial tag that has been placed on me is simply not true.”
The above statement is actually factual given the reactions of the Human Rights bodies here and abroad. Not to mention the international community’s condemnation of the President’s alleged drug war actions.
What the President Really Said
Du30, however, clarifies that he warned drug peddlers that he would kill them if they destroyed the country. This includes the youth that he was duty-bound to protect as President. If doubts if anyone could fault him for making that statement. Recently, he also discloses that there seems like a twist in teenager killings. That has something to do with drug couriers but the PNP has yet to complete their investigation.
Do you hate Binay? Then better check this logic. He is the Philippines’ most trusted public official for 30 years and yet becomes most corrupt only when he runs for president in 2016. The media propaganda formula used here is very similar to Ninoy Aquino’s media stint that made the best president of the country the most corrupt only after he was toppled during the EDSA revolution.

[VIDEO]: MANILA – Vice-President Jejomar Binay is back to being the most trusted among the country’s top five officials, according to the latest Pulse Asia survey, but that may not be enough to catapult him to the presidency next year.
How can the Most Trusted Suddenly become Corrupt in an Instant?
Vice-President Jejomar Binay has been the most trusted among the country’s top five officials, according to Pulse Asia survey. Until in the May 30 to June, 2015 survey Binay and President Aquino are the only ones among the top five officials of government to obtain the trust and appreciation of the majority of Filipinos.
The Senate Blue Ribbon Drama Did it
Various allegations of corruption from alleged Hacienda Binay to Makati Building 2 overprice dramas perpetuated by Senator Antonio Trillanes IV and other senators like Allan Peter Cayetano and Koko Pimentel totally destroyed Binay’s reputation. The government agencies are used to discredit Binay’s claims through intimidation during questionings. The COA and AMLC reports are given different meanings through impartial records. In the end, Trillanes is out on bail for the libel case filed by Binay as well as their star witness, Makati ex-mayor Ernesto Mercado,
Pnoy’s Vengeance for Supporting Bongbong Marcos
Pnoy’s wrath is obvious when Binay declines from the former president’s plea to block Bongbong Marcos from the Vice Presidential race. Instead, the Binay camp led by Pastor Boy Saycon launches the Bi-Bong campaign as endorsed by his running mate, Senator Gringo Honasan who also ran for the same position. Binay urges Pnoy to give a clean and honest election. It turns out that the last election was indeed fraudulent.
The Binay camp bravely shows the senate evidence and witnesses of alleged fraudulent activities. These are not hearsays because the witnesses themselves are the doers of the said acts. They all point to the Liberal Party people as the mastermind of the vote manipulation tricks. Binay does not aim for Marcos to be Vice President only but like Digong, he wants him to be President in the near future.
