Contradicting Survey Reactions at Robredo’s Camp after the Recent Plunge

[VIDEO]: Pulse Asia survey does not yet capture rally support surge — Robredo’s camp.

Survey Does Matter

VP Leni Robredo said that she’s unfazed by surveys after plunging down another point. Making the gap from the Presidential bet on the lead, Bongbong Marcos wider. However, her spokesperson, Barry Guttierez admits that they are hopeful that they would do better after their alleged Northern propaganda.

Debunking No Solid North for BBM Failed

Robredo’s event organizers really exert lots of efforts in transporting people from town to town to make them appear that they have snowballing support during their sortes in the North. However, bloggers are quick to denounce this. Like a snow ball, their claims immediately melt as per the new survey results. Exaggerating the number of attendees just didn’t work well for them. Their estimates are normally three times higher than the venue capacities.

Banking on the President’s Endorsement

Robredo did not become the most hated VP of President Rodrigo Duterte for nothing. The President just said that a lawyer would make a good president. Even if Robredo is the only lawyer among the presidential aspirants, there’s no way that President Duterte would endorse her. The Filipino leader tried so hard to not return the power to the Dilawans. It’s the same for the Pinklawan. Even if they change colors. Their hearts are still yellow; full of hatred. They only propagate lies and these affect the surveys.

Bongbong Marcos still Leads SWS Presidential Survey while Robredo Advances to the 2nd Spot

[VIDEO]: Marcos Jr. tops latest SWS presidential survey.

Top Choice for President

Bongbong Marcos still emerges as the top choice for President in the 2022 elections. The recent Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey said. Marcos got 47 percent in the October 20-23 period. Vice President Leni Robredo advances to the 2nd spot with 18 percent.

Robredo Advances to the 2nd Spot

Robredo said that Marcos’s preparation for his presidential bid lasts already 6 years. But she just decided recently. Despite that, she still beats the other contenders and lands at the 2nd spot. This scenario can very well lead to their repeat rivalry in 2016.

Developments after Survey Period

However, various developments unfold after the November 15 deadline for substitution. It was a relief for many Marcos loyalists that Mayor Sara Duterte becomes the official running mate of Marcos for VP. His father endorses Bong Go as President. He expresses his sentiments about not being told about his daughter’s plan. Nevertheless, Inday Sara stresses that she even asked PDP-Laban to support the Bongbong-Sara tandem but they refused.

Bongbong Marcos Doesn’t Mind: Uson’s DSWD Online Survey that Robredo Tops is a Peace Offering

welcome By: Elena Grace Flores

ASec Mocha Uson is a known critic of Vice President Leni Robredo. She surprises her by including Robredo in the online survey for possible DSWD Secretary choice. Eventually, she tops the poll and Bongbong Marcos who is for unity seems to not mind despite his ongoing protest against the VP. Palace Spokesperson Ernesto Abella thinks that this is difficult. He, however, trusts that the President has his way of doing things.

Public Gratitude

Vice President Leni Robredo expresses her gratitude to the public after she tops an online survey on the next social welfare secretary. Her critic, Mocha Uson, a blogger and assistant communications secretary of the Du30 administration initiates it. Robredo said that she was surprised that Uson included her among the choices. The VP should know that ASec Uson is now a government employee like her and in that instance, both should act as public servants and not as the campaigners for their party. This can be taken as a peace offering from Uson to Robredo.

Voters’ Trust

“First of all, I was surprised because my name was included. I also thank Asec. Mocha for believing in our ability to handle the position,” the Vice President said. She is also grateful to those who showed their trust by voting for her. Robredo tops the online survey through Uson’s Twitter account. It garners 81 percent of the votes. Uson initiates the poll after the decision of the Commission on Appointments to reject Judy Taguiwalo as head the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

Top Choices

Vice President Leni Robredo, Social Welfare Assistant Secretary Lorraine Badoy, and former Tarlac Representative Monica Teodoro-Prieto are included in the list of people who might replace Taguiwalo. Uson’s survey showed that Robredo is taking a wide lead against the Badoy and Prieto.

Not Saying NO to Robredo

Abella downplays the online poll. He said that the President has his own ways of picking the next DSWD chief. “I’m sure the President has the other ways of measuring a candidate’s capability, aside from surveys. It means that the President has a different set of categories,” he clarified. It seemed to be a “difficult choice.” “Perhaps, there may be conditionalities that may not be too favorable regarding that if it happens. I don’t know. It all depends on the President.” “I mean, I’m not saying no for Leni, I’m saying that it seems to be a difficult choice,” he added.
